La location è nel cuore Old Quarter quindi si gira benissimo a piedi, buona la colazione a buffet con caffè, acqua frutta anche durante la giornata! Ma la perla di quest' Hotel è il personale che è davvero attento e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa che si può avere bisogno, con loro abbiamo prenotato il tour di 2 giorni a Cat Ba, ci sono venuti a prendere in areoporto, ci siamo fatti prenotare un pullman notturno per andare a Sa Pa' Consigliatissimo!! Ottimo posto dove soggiornare. Vicinissimo al centro storico, e il personale è estremamente cordiale. Ci ha aiutato a prenotare tour locali nei dintorni. Altamente consigliato. Hotel economico con servizio a 5 stelle.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottimo soggiorno con colazione, buona posizione e, soprattutto, personale cordiale. L'elenco dei buoni ristoranti è molto utile.

Il servizio è fantastico. Hanno servito caffè e tè tutto il giorno con frutta in omaggio nella loro lounge, il che è stato un gesto molto carino. La colazione era buona, anche se potrebbe fare con più scelta. La pressione della doccia era forte, ma il riscaldamento dopo il bagno di una persona potrebbe essere migliorato. L'unico inconveniente è il letto duro e il cuscino sottile sembra di dormire sul pavimento.

«+» Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast - eggs, soup and/or pancakes to choose, fruits, drinks, toast, potatoes, sausages, rice. Good water pressure in the bathroom. «-» The room in general and the bed linen in particular smelled unbearably of detergent and some kind of chemicals, which caused an exacerbation of allergies and because of that we were forced to urgently leave the hotel after the first night in it. This smell could not be aired out by an open balcony. In another room of the hotel it smelled exactly the same. The room was very cold and the air conditioner did not cope with the function of heating the room, but at the same time it was very noisy. The balcony door constantly lets in cold from the street. All the noise from the street can be heard in the room. Absolutely ugly dirty bed linen and towels that were scary to touch. Also hair and an ant were found in the bed. The edge of the cup was broken. Because of all these significant shortcomings we were forced to urgently move out and look for a new hotel instead of spending time with benefit on a trip.

Always a wonderful experience in Hanoi, home away from home. Would recommend to any traveler.

After booking just one night at this hotel, I was so impressed by the staff’s warmth and the hotel’s convenience that I extended my stay for two more nights, essentially for the entirety of my visit. The manager and staff were consistently attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist. While the breakfast was simple, it was satisfying. My overall experience at the hotel was delightful. Additionally, its proximity to attractions like Hanoi Train Street, Dong Xuan Market, Hoan Kiem Lake, Masjid al-Nur, St. Joseph Cathedral, and several halal restaurants within walking distance made it even more appealing.

We stay in 508 the shower pressure was very low

The accommodation was excellent very clean, The hotel service was excellent, so friendly staff and extremely helpful. Great location, for the old quarters and not noisy. Not a fan of the breakfast, but not a breakfast person to be honest. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hanoi. I came with my adult daughter , who enjoyed her stay too.
