Recensioni su Coco Hanoi Hotel

I booked this hotel because of the ' Deluxe view of the city' they advertised. On photos you can see they can't be further than the truth 😂 Bathroom was very basic, no shower cabin, room was tiny, not even close to that one on theur advertisement, like in many ' hotels' in Vietnam, they charge for the ' mini- bar'. I wouldn't mind paying if that was proper mini -bar. Instead, they put few beers in a mini fridge, few bags of crisps and instant noodles 😂 They charge 25.000 VND for 0.33 water bottle and around the corner, i bought 1.5 l for 14.000. This is definitely not the way to run a business. So disappointed..

City view= motorway view, no soundproof. Also horrible noise from the elevator which didn't allow me to sleep normally. The bed is good and comfortable and soft. I don't recommend the place

Hotel on a busy street. It was not so clean and smelled a bit funky.

Pretty much worth the price but tv channels were limited and aircon was noisy at night . Pillows were quite stiff but can’t complain much for the price

衞生很差，床單明顯都沒換，枕頭髮黃，還臟。地上還有很多頭髮，還有蜘蛛網，牆角都很臟。 叫人上來換床單，等了半個多小時，服務也不怎麼樣！

Tuyệt vời. Phòng sạch sẽ. Dịch vụ mọi thứ đều thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện

ホテルの設備はアメニティなどは揃っていましたが、シャワーのお湯に切り替わるのが遅かったです。またエアコンも効いていないのと、リモコンも電池が切れているのか操作ができませんでした。
