Only a night in between flights but super nice team and the kids loved it !

房間大小合適，晚上也比較安靜，早餐很豐富，選擇很多，食材都很新鮮，工作人員服務態度都很好.

Buena ubicación para moverse en metro. Desayuno buffet bueno, tiene cafetería por si quieres tomar algo. Las habitaciones limpias y camas muy cómodas.

乾淨舒適，離機場近，機場內搭地鐵8號線沒幾站就到！離地鐵口近走路幾分鐘！ 對隔天轉機的我算是挺方便的！

位置不錯，下了地鐵走幾步就到了，適合馬德里轉機過夜

L hotel è molto comodo se si deve andare in fiera e comunque vicino alla metro. Camere un poco vecchie ma comode, pulite e spaziose. Zona bar e ristorante molto carino, personale top

Horrible experience. Breakfast was cold. We asked multiple times if the egg and bacon served will be warm and were told yes its hot. 20 mins was left for breakfast to finish so that’s probably why the chefs gave up cooking. When you are charging 20 Euros or so for breakfast at least serve what your promise. Hotel staff were also flat faced no enthusiasm in their job and very basic rooms. Novotel has gone downhill. I travelled with my 2 kids . Will never ever use novotel. Horrible

Hotel is modern and we’ll keep. Shopping and dinning options are within walking distance and close to the airport.

Excellent stay. Everything great. Staff very friendly and helpful as well.

We recently stayed at this property for 1 night. There was a desk by the door where we checked in. We were not asked to put a credit card on file which we did not think of at the time. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the room service as we had a long day travelling and knew we would want to eat on arrival so we looked for the menu in our room but it was a QR code. As we didn’t have a credit card on file we could not figure out the room service so we decided to go down and use the cafe. The staff saw me standing at the bar wanting to make an order for a very long time but did not come to serve me until I went and asked them to. I was told to wait while they unloaded the dishwasher and did other things. We ordered food and drink. Nachos were ok, the burger was bad… the meat of the burger was raw! Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The side tables were ridiculously low and unusable. The tea/coffee station was BAD! So there was a kettle, 2 paper cups and some random tea/coffee/sugar sachets. I ended up going down to the bar and asking for 2 cups and a spoon and we also had to purchase water so we could make a coffee. There was not many English speaking channels on the tv. There was a fair amount of noise in the early morning in the corridor with guests leaving. Upon check out we asked if they would be able to call a taxi (I had recently had surgery) and we were told there was a taxi rank just out on the street!?! I would not recommend this hotel.

It’s good enough to stay with your family and enjoy the hotel. Nearby towards El Corte Inglés there’s an excellent area of restaurants and cafes.
