met with enthusiasm of the front desk staff and was arranged to a newly decorated floor where all the bedding are new.

Hubei Subway Station (Line 2 or 8) Gate B is just less than 10 min walk on the right when you step out the hotel. 7 eleven is also just next to the hotel. Overall there's wear and tear. Established since 1985. But its clean. No ciggy smell despite carpeted floor rooms. I came end winter and there was no heater. Need to ask for extra blanket. It's near Shenzhen Railway station and Dongmen lu area.

Booked a double bed room , trip.com booked me a single bed on the 5th floor ,noisy with drilling sounds and internet access is super slow and unsafe , trip.com how can you make such a mistake ?for proposing me a hotel room which you promised but did not deliver you should refund half my money .

A traditional hotel with very good location. A bus to/from Lowu, very convenient. The hotel hardware is quite old but still worth to stay.

Overall a comfortable stay. Service and facilities are great.

Hotel is very convenient bus stop just outside the few steps away many eateries and lots of shops and digital stores to shop . Hotel very clean and no smell of cigarettes,will come back again .

When I checked in, the room type I reserved are full, and the manager upgraded me to the executive suite and showed me all room type I can choose on my next stay. I will definitely stay in this hotel on the future.

The room toilet is very smelly, and I guess most guests in the other room open their door to get away this smells in their room. The furniture is run down, and the location needs to be walked to the city center.

The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the station. The front staff didn't speak English, so I had to use a translator. Could not connect to Wi-Fi.

Hotel fairly conveniently located within 5 minutes' walk to Hubei metro station. Sad part is I can't find any shopping Malls nearby. Room is clean and spacious although furniture a bit dated. Overall enjoyed my 3 nights, stay.

4 front desk employees were dealing with one difficult customer. Why couldn't 1 of them help us check-in? Made us wait... Renovation is a little dated but otherwise clean and good value rooms.

The hotel is very clean and with good restaurant, also a 7/11 at the lobby
