Hotel in zona Università di Hanoi, Hanoi

Sono stato qui per un mese come volontario regolarmente in una comunità residenziale nelle vicinanze di Van Canh. È stata una grande esperienza. Ho avuto alcune camere diverse quando ho controllato per andarmene per un lungo fine settimana, e poi ho controllato di nuovo. È molto confortevole e piacevole, situato nel quartiere antico. Puoi facilmente camminare fino al lago Hoan Kiem, alla prigione Hoa Lo, ecc. E è proprio vicino alla strada Train, per vedere che arrivano i treni! In una nota più pratica, c'è un Circle K sotto il blocco per qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno, e un lavandino vicino alla porta che fornirà i vostri vestiti alla reception del vostro hotel. Ci sono bar e ristoranti proprio fuori, e la porta addietro è la Porta dell'India, gestita da sorelle Rohit e Neha, con stupendo cibo e servizio! Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto personali e utili. Mi piaceva vedere loro ogni giorno mentre andavo al lavoro. Ci sono i bagni forniti, quindi non uscirete mai, e ogni ospite riceve 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno come parte del loro soggiorno. Tornero' la prossima volta che sarò volontario.

Solo Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and brand new. Good Location. Reception staff is a gem. Kate at front office is one of nicest lady I have ever met, she guided me about Hanoi for my short trip and she is very polite and has a beautiful smile everytime you pass front desk. They have good breakfast in the morning, Fiona in the restaurant provided excellent service and definately an asset to this hotel. They have a rooftop bar to enjoy Beer in the evening. Lot of shopping and good options around the hotel within 10 mins walk. I will definately stay here during my next visit and would like to recommend it to everyone.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Hanoi is a great destination for anyone interested in far East. Its history, beautiful nature, and wonderful people offer travelers a wonderful experience. Our hotel made the experience far more enjoyable and memorable. La Siesta is in a great location to get a good sense of daily life in Hanoi. I suggest getting a room with balcony if you can. The breakfast is elaborate with many options to choose from and rooms are quite clean. There is also a good size heated pool though I would have liked it a bit warmer. But the best part of our stay at the hotel, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us with a smile every time. If we needed to find a place to see, they would take time to look and share their suggestion. For us, with no prepackaged travel plan, this was great. They arranged some of the activities for us and they all turned out great. The food tour is a must with a knowledgeable tour guide. The hotel arranged the entire thing. I would certainly go back.

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

Bonjours j ai bien aimer cette hôtel j étais surpris les gens ce sont bien comporté avec moi alors que je ne parle pas bien anglais et que je suis un voyageurs un élément spécial pour eux .la plupart des gens je suis un cas très spécial comme je suis noire et européen j était très surpris de leur bon comportement et l auberge est très propre après c est la capitale ne. Vous attende avoir un dortoirs nickel . Je recommande à tout le monde cette auberge bien placé le café est très bon il y a des tartine avec confitures le petit déjeuné est vraiment super bon pour le prix qu on mes dans l auberge .bref l auberges est super bien👌

L'hotel è ideale per un soggiorno di 1 notte se si dispone di un volo mattinale da catturare, grandi camere con bagno privato. L'aeroporto è molto vicino per raggiungere a piedi - l'aeroporto internazionale è a 10 minuti a piedi e l'aeroporto interno è a 20 minuti. Non molto da vedere, fare o mangiare nella zona, quindi non consiglierei più di una notte.

Questo è un piccolo hotel di proprietà della famiglia. Ci siamo prenotati una camera con due letti, ma inizialmente ci sono stati offerti una con una letto. Dovevamo chiedere un cambio di camera, che potrebbe accadere spesso da recensioni di altre persone. La camera con due letti era un po’ grande e pulito. Le strutture erano di base. Il bagno era un po' difficile: non osavamo fare una doccia, ma il mio bambino ha detto che era tutto a posto. Il bagno non aveva problemi. L'acqua calda era facile da raggiungere. La colazione è stata personalmente cucinata e ben preparata con uova, pane burro e alcune verdure (tea è bella), e la famiglia sembra crescere un gregge di galline. Molto presto al mattino dopo le 6 o anche prima, un grilletto si è crollato per circa due ore ogni 30 secondi, e dovevamo stare alzati. Beh, è natura e non ho lamentele su questo. L'hotel si trova in un grande campo aperto dove il gregge di pollo e i cavalli si godono del pasto. Il migliore è che siamo riusciti a camminare verso l'hotel e ci sono voluti circa 15 minuti dal terminale internazionale, anche se è stato un po' tradizionale lungo il cammino. Non c'era niente intorno all'hotel. L'aeroporto di Hanoi, a differenza di Saigon, non ha niente nel quartiere. Penso che per una notte, questo hotel potrebbe essere ok e. per voli precoci.
