Hotel in zona Education Management Academy, Hanoi

Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

Very comfy and nice hotel to stay. They have chocolate bar counter at certain time where you can enjoy their own brand chocolate which is so yummy. Will be back again for business or leisure. Thumbs up

Sono stato qui per un mese come volontario regolarmente in una comunità residenziale nelle vicinanze di Van Canh. È stata una grande esperienza. Ho avuto alcune camere diverse quando ho controllato per andarmene per un lungo fine settimana, e poi ho controllato di nuovo. È molto confortevole e piacevole, situato nel quartiere antico. Puoi facilmente camminare fino al lago Hoan Kiem, alla prigione Hoa Lo, ecc. E è proprio vicino alla strada Train, per vedere che arrivano i treni! In una nota più pratica, c'è un Circle K sotto il blocco per qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno, e un lavandino vicino alla porta che fornirà i vostri vestiti alla reception del vostro hotel. Ci sono bar e ristoranti proprio fuori, e la porta addietro è la Porta dell'India, gestita da sorelle Rohit e Neha, con stupendo cibo e servizio! Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto personali e utili. Mi piaceva vedere loro ogni giorno mentre andavo al lavoro. Ci sono i bagni forniti, quindi non uscirete mai, e ogni ospite riceve 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno come parte del loro soggiorno. Tornero' la prossima volta che sarò volontario.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Io sono qui in maggio con Michael, con cui ho già soggiornato in Hanoi espressamente nelle vecchie vicinanze. Così sono felice di tornare con Michael dopo pochi anni! È così buono con me per me e-mail per dirgli che vengo di nuovo e ha risposto a casa. Questo hotel è un ottimo valore per i vostri soldi e il loro servizio è sopra tutto ciò che ho vissuto nei miei viaggi! Qualunque cosa ne abbia bisogno Michael vi organizzera' un taxi da un bus di lusso all'aeroporto a Sapa o un viaggio a Halong Bay. Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

I really enjoy the stay here. The hotel is very modern, very clean. Plesantly surprjse actually. They dont offer breakfast. They are just opposite cafe giang (the famous egg coffee cafe), few mins to the lake and the temple. Quite near to the post office to send post cards back home, near bahn mi 25, near the night market as well and dong xuan market. What is not near is the train street, which is the other side. Overall super convenient, near the bus stop as well if you are taking public transport from the airport

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Stavo qui per 2 notti in una camera Deluxe e mi sorprendeva la vista della città, e i servizi offerti. La stanza era super spaziosa con cucina completamente attrezzata e frigorifero. La colazione era così bello e fresco. Il pasto leggero al 17° piano, alla fine della serata e del pomeriggio, era assolutamente fantastico. I miei complimenti a Lap, il manager del ristorante 17th-floor (mi scuso se ricordo il suo nome sbagliato), per la sua calda ospitità. Certamente il migliore del meglio!
