My stay at this apartment was truly memorable! The central location made it extremely convenient to get around, close to attractions, restaurants and shops. I could easily walk or use public transport to explore the city. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and modern, especially with a lovely kitchenette that allowed me to cook comfortably. The host/manager was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me throughout my stay. I was really satisfied with everything and will definitely come back here on my next trips!😍

Our stay at M Village Hotel Tho Nhuom was fantastic! The staff were excellent and very attentive, reaching out via WhatsApp before our arrival to confirm our check-in time. Communication throughout our stay was seamless.
We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade featuring a sliding door and a charming mini garden view—it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was huge, and the TV offered plenty of channels. The toilet and bathroom were separate, which was convenient, and the hotel provided a washer and dryer in the lobby next to the elevator.
The location was perfect—within walking distance of most Hanoi attractions and just a 1-minute walk from Hoa Lo Prison. The lobby was stylish, featuring a co-working space, and the price was incredibly affordable.
I’d definitely stay here again whenever I visit Hanoi in the future!

We stayed wonderful nights at Splendid Star Grand Hotel. The staff helpful and spoke english. Upon arrival in the morning we were warmly welcomed with a fruit plate & drink. Brien, checked us in even though the normal check-in time was 2pm. He then gave a map and gave us a good brief of where to go, restaurants, and answered all our questions.
Apart from Brien, Kimmie was also very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was plentiful, and had a wide spread of variety.
The location of the hotel is superbly central, and very close to St Joseph Cathedral, and a ten minute to the Hoan Kiem lake, and the famous Train Street.
The location served our purpose of exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter.
Only misgiving was the crowded narrow lane leading to the hotel in which our airport taxi could not enter. So we had to walk about 70meters.
All in, we were very happy with the hotel, and will return

Service was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff esp night staff: Ms. Ly, Ms. Than, Ms. Hang and a guy (didn't get his name). Room was clean. Was easily able to access many touristy hot spots from hotel. Laundry service wash and dry, steamer iron upon request. Staff was able to suggest places nearby to get food based on what you were looking for.

Facciamo sfruttare il panorama locale del cibo di giorno a Hanoi, tornando all'hotel e potendo venire a una festa con amici, con una piscina di fitness sauna e il suo Spa molto consiglia ai suoi amici di godere del suo Spa, E'il vietnamita che ha 90 minuti, sono molto rilassati .
Poi la sua colazione è anche molto ricco. Ci sono quel pranzo e la metà auto-assistenza è molto ricco

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and spacious with an amazing view and amenities. The staff we friendly, open and helpful throughout the entire stay. The room had an amazing balcony, which was equipped with a medium sized jacuzzi. The bathroom was large and spacious with a separate and lovely bathtub and shower space. Morning breakfast was delicious, with a variety of meals to choose from.
The hotel is within walking distance of West Lake, Train Street and several affordable bars, cafes, and restaurants. The location was convenient to explore the city surroundings and return for a quick rest. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is was affordable for the duration of our stay and was extremely comfortable.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Hanoi. Check-in and check out is very fast. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but that's okay. If you want to get to the Old Quarter, it's 15 to 20minutes Grab ride away. It's a new hotel, only 3 months old at the time of my stay and they take service very seriously! I had planned to stay only 1 night and decided to extend by 2 more nights. Very clean, comfortable and the overhead projector is a nice touch. If you need a retreat away this is a great choice. I got quite sick with a flu during my stay, the staff attended to me and made me fresh ginger tea. The front desk staff swiftly got onto her scooter to get traditional Vietnamese medicine that I had requested. They checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire stay. And I was able to do late check out comfortably without any hassle. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time that I visit Hanoi again!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in una buona zona, a pochi passi da negozi, centri massaggi e un centro commerciale.
È possibile effettuare il check-in prima delle 14:00 pagando un supplemento.
La camera era eccellente, era al secondo piano con vista sulla strada, tutti i comfort sono presenti e in abbondanza, particolarmente utile la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice.
P.S. la guardia di sicurezza principale di questo hotel mi è rimasta nel cuore: un cagnolino di nome Eun (spero sia corretto) vi accoglierà e non vi farà annoiare: una creatura carina)

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff at Cristina Boutique Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
The room was tastefully decorated and exuded a cozy charm that instantly put us at ease. After a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds were a welcome respite, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room also offered all the modern amenities we needed, making our stay even more convenient.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa.
The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had.
Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the attentive staff and well-appointed rooms, made it a memorable experience. We left with a sense of contentment, ready to embark on the next leg of our journey to Sapa.

UUtente ospiteThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

UUtente anonimoLe persone dell'hotel sono molto amichevole. Anche se l'inglese non è buono, sentiranno molto duro, o lo faranno quando hanno bisogno di soldi per salire in auto?L'ha rovinato dalla borsa e ha preoccupato.
Forse perché il personale raramente pulisce l'igiene e aspetta gli ospiti che ritardano la partenza, quindi quando ２ ho completato le formalità di imbarco, sono arrivato in anticipo １, ho messo il bagaglio e sono andato a visitare il lago. Se, quando torno dopo circa un'ora ２, mi è stato detto che ci voleva circa １ un'ora, e sono arrabbiato.
Infatti, il giorno prima, sono stato trasferito ad un altro edificio dell'aeroporto per effettuare una doppia prenotazione. Anche in quel giorno, sono sicuro che il mio autobus sta uscendo dalla strada, quindi ho rullato il valico dall'altra estremità del lago occidentale. Ho appena passato più di un'ora dalla valigia di un'auto e ho chiuso il sentiero occupato.In effetti, non ho abbastanza tempo per camminare, quindi ho riposato sulla scatola sulla riva del lago.
Di solito preferisco la convenienza dell'altro, ma quando mi lamento quando presento la lettera di conferma, è troppo tardi!!Quando ha fatto il suo meglio, mi ha guidato immediatamente.
Guardando la stanza, è grande, ma non c'è niente, la TV non ha canali, il sedile non c'è, il sedile non c'è, il sedile non c'è.
Non c'è finestra ... È molto economico, ma dovresti smettere di avere una stanza senza finestre al secondo piano.
Non mi aspettavo che quando ho detto alla reception, mi ha immediatamente controllato e ha portato un'altra TV dall'esterno, perché non ha mostrato la TV e l'ha installata sul muro.Ha tirato il tavolo sotto la TV, ha inserito il sedile sotto e l'ha messo indietro. Sono un bravo ...
La colazione è buona.Prepari il camion per il piano superiore dell'hotel di bagagliaio ８, poi salire al secondo piano.Non perdere, perché tornerai da solo a casa.Un fratello come un giovane a tempo parziale mi ha sposato senza un viso sgradevole.
Spero di vivere in una stanza migliore ...

UUtente ospiteLa nostra stanza è stata davvero piacevole, ha avuto un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita, la posizione è molto conveniente per i layout, la stanza era pulita e spaziosa, il colazione era grande. E la piscina è stato un colpo assoluto! L'hotel offre anche un trasferimento per 100.000 dong vietnamiti, che noi consigliamo molto perché non si può trovare un prezzo migliore. Molto consigliamo!

UUtente ospiteI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

UUtente ospiteLa ricezione era molto amichevole e aiutava a prenotare i miei taxi (meno economico di avere un taxi Grab), la stanza stessa era molto pulita e la custodia era attenta e pulita le bianche, ecc ogni giorno.
La posizione è anche molto buona - vicino alla vecchia zona della città e grande da visitare per andare intorno al lago.
