I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! But staff was helpful, they had the robot service for when I ordered 外卖.

Molto molto bello hotel vicino al lago occidentale. Anche se non riesco a vedere direttamente il lago occidentale, non ci vogliono cinque minuti per camminare. Ha una sorta di sensazione di nascita nella città, e la sensazione di prima persona è sicura. Ha visto commenti di altri che l'hotel aggiorna la stanza, è veramente 😂! C'è tre piani nel palazzo, sottoterra è la sala da pranzo, c'è una sala da pranzo, la sala da pranzo ha TV. Il piano centrale è un grande bagno, con pinguini e un hotel con forniture uniche. La prima metà è il serbatoio principale, e prima di arrivare al serbatoio principale c'è un bagno, un asciugamano e un bagno.Il serbatoio principale ha TV e un piccolo balcone indipendente. Inoltre, il piano superiore, anche balcone, è un grande balcone che può essere collegato con la casa accanto. L'hotel ha una colazione, semi-auto-assistente, un po'troppo ricca per me 😂😂.

Questo hotel è convenientemente situato. Ci sono tutti i tipi di negozi e ristoranti non appena si cammina fuori dall'hotel. Miglior di tutto è meno di 10 minuti da West Lake. Colazione è piuttosto decente anche. Il personale era molto amichevole e pieno di sorrisi, ma il fatto che ho visto un guardiano di sicurezza aiutare alcuni ospiti a pulire ciò che sospettavo fosse un tipo di spreco nel carrello della loro auto. In generale, molto pulito, grande personale e valore sorprendente. Ho dato solo 3 stelle per il servizio invece di 5 perché la gente afferma di lavorare per l'hotel ha offerto un servizio di viaggio per 240-300 RMB per guidarci intorno al lago e portarci ai migliori luoghi turistici. Ovunque volevamo per 3-4 ore. Libero di andare come ci piacevamo. Quindi mia moglie ha accettato. La realtà era che ci ha portati in un posto turistico. Il resto erano negozi di caramelle per vendere te', seta e altre cose preziose. Dopo il negozio di seta, abbiamo detto che volevamo andare in un luogo turistico specifico e ha detto che erano falsi o non esistevano più. Quando ha capito che non eravamo interessati a comprare nulla, ha trovato il primo posto disponibile e ci ha gettato nella curva. Ha sprecato il nostro giorno, che ci ha fatto prenotare un giorno extra per tornare a tutti i punti che dovevamo vedere.

Prima di prenotare ho confrontato piattaforme come Ctrip e Tuan, e alla fine ho scelto Ctrip per fare l'ordine, perché il prezzo è basso e la colazione è inclusa. La colazione dell'hotel include waffle, panini, noodles, riso fritto, ecc. E hanno un buon sapore. We had a wonderful stay (15/12/23-19/12/23) at Friendship Hotel in Hangzhou. The location is superb. Minutes walk to West Lake. Entrance to the Metro station （龙翔桥站）is just across the road below a shopping centre, opposite the hotel. Take line 1 (red line) from the Hangzhou International airport directly to 龙翔桥站 for just RMB 7.00. We took line 1 to 杭州火车站 to take fast train to other places of interest like 乌镇 （桐乡站）and 千岛湖站. From there, we took taxi to reach the destinations (30 mins). The breakfast selections are very good and the dining area is at 20th floor revolving tower. Get to see the panoramic view of West lake while eating breakfast. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful especially the concierge (on duty on 19/12/23) and driver, Mr Zheng who drove us to 龙井村 to buy good tea. Our room at 6th floor looked renovated. The housekeeper did a good job and we were happy to see a clean and well provided room every day. Towels changed and accessories including drinking water, tea, were replenished every day. Well recommended. Will pick this hotel again for the next visit.

The unit is located about 800m from LongXiangQiao Metro station. We took a walk from the station. It was not too difficult to locate with the help of the local Amap app. The check-in process was simple and relatively fast. The room was decent but was not prepared for the number of people we have indicated (we have indicated 3 people but everything was prepared for 2, including the towels, drink cups, etc). Nevertheless, the front desk was able to rectify upon requesting. It's a typical dated designed hotel room at level 5. There were windows but no view as we were blocked by the trees. The unusual part was the top hung bed (it was either super single or queen sized). The upkeep of the toilet was pretty bad, some tiles were broken, parts of the wash cabinet was put together with sticky tapes. Everything was functional though, including the washing machine. The price range was an attraction. The even greater attraction for this place was that the Wushan night-market which operates nightly is just a stone's throw away. Generally happy with our stay there.

It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

L'unica cosa negativa è che l'isolamento acustico delle finestre non è buono. Si affaccia sul fiume centrale rialzato all'esterno. È doloroso sentire il ruggito delle gomme dell'auto tutta la notte.
