我震驚了，在臨安竟然能這麼便宜住到這麼好的酒店。來青山湖遊玩的uu們不要錯過。酒店離青山湖景區、臨安博物館、吳越遺址都超級近。房間很乾凈，關鍵是設施超好，房間內乾濕分離，還有一面很大和明亮的鏡子可以化粧，裝修一看用的都是貴的東西，上海類似的房間起碼600起跳吧。酒店工作人員超級熱情，幫我免費延遲到兩點退房。大廳也很温暖。好評。以後來青山湖玩還會過來住。

酒店地理位置很好，下高速很快就到了，距離臨安博物館和衣錦街都不遠。酒店前身是友誼賓館，所以設施比較老舊了。接受不了的是洗澡水不大。我們訂的商務房20樓的水壓太小了，水温很難調節，第二個晚上換到19樓才好點，但總體來説水還是不大。另外早餐一般，138一位的價格來説是沒有性價比。

看着地段選了這家，離衣錦街、吳越文化園都比較方便，開元名都的基本品質是在線的。具體説一下：
1、早餐是值得推薦。中式早餐基本上就到頂了，古法豆漿有五個口味，筍乾和鮮肉春筍都有，基本上來臨安吃筍就不愁了。早點來，人有點多，現做麪條要等下。西式的麪包一般，咖啡ok。
2、房間後來升級了家庭房，大床+高低鋪。房間真的非常大，空調足。佈局上還可以優化，高低鋪和客廳的桌椅對換一下似乎更合理。入住的時候問一下，有的房間有兩個電視，有的只有一個。房間配的枕頭對我來説有點高有點硬，可以讓酒店送蕎麥枕，還可以。
3、這裏感謝一下管家靜靜，雖然生日已經過了幾天，但仍然安排了生日禮物。晚上的時候她雖然已經下班，但根據需求，幫助聯繫，迅速讓我們換了房間。
4、附近的話，衣錦街一言難盡，實在是不太熱鬧。酒店大堂姑娘推薦的酒店附近的shoppingmall還是可以逛一下。

Voglio uscire a mangiare e bere super comodo. Ma il gusto del pasto del popolo è buono. Due e due persone sono abbastanza da mangiare. Quel giorno è sette giorni. Il popolo ha anche mandato due cocktail, Molto buono!Il servizio del personale è molto buono per aiutarmi a mettere la borsa. Se ordinate tutti i pasti, potete mandarla alla stanza. Non c'è nessuno dei popoli più piacevoli che abbia mai vissuto.Il grande prato nel cortile è meglio per i bambini a correre per giocare. L'adulto può sedersi nel paradiso per bere un po'di chat, e KTV gratuito può girare tutto il campo.Puoi mangiare in popolare tutto il giorno, il cibo e la cena sono cari, e meglio prenotare un giorno prima. UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk.
The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

UUtente ospite非節假日高峯期入住的，帶一歲半小寶寶出遊，酒店給主動升級了湖景房，房間很好，管家ALEX也很細心，安排了床邊圍擋，還送小朋友了很多小玩具。最後一天約了酒店送的旅拍，攝影師小倩人也很nice，出片速度快，效果也不錯，總之，一趟不錯的旅行。

UUtente ospiteLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

Secondo: la posizione e l'ambiente sono molto buoni, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest, e l'ambiente della camera degli ospiti è pulito e bello.
Terzo: la stanza è insonorizzata, sono disponibili caffè, acqua e bevande e gli articoli da toeletta sono completi.
Di seguito le carenze:
1: Nella stanza ci sono solo pantofole di cotone per uso interno e non ci sono pantofole speciali per il bagno.
2: La porta inferiore del bagno ha un ampio spazio e non è possibile chiuderla completamente. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, si verificano infiltrazioni d'acqua nella stanza.

Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself.
2. Warm and Efficient Check-in Process
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Check-in was smooth and quick, with the front desk staff offering a welcome drink upon arrival. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options. One thing that stood out was their attentiveness; they noticed I had traveled a long way and offered to expedite my check-in, which was a thoughtful touch.
