La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. L'altra parte è il carico di argento Tay, il trasporto è molto conveniente, il rapporto costo-beneficio, la lavanderia della stanza è anche molto pulita, la cucina della lavastoviglie è microonde tutto, la stanza è molto luminosa, il suono è anche molto buono, la notte è molto tranquilla e il servizio della ricetta è anche buono, C'è qualcosa da chiamare per un secondo.

Confrontato con molti hotel, l'unica carenza che ha scelto questa casa è che non è molto buono trovare per la prima volta. Quando vivi una volta, troverai un rapporto di prezzo particolarmente alto. Il pavimento non è stato lavato o spazzato, capelli e sporco sono rimasti sul pavimento. La toilette emana odore di urina quando la porta del bagno è aperta. Tutti i servizi igienici presentano gli stessi problemi di pulizia, puzzolenti in palestra e nella sala da pranzo. Forse l'addetto alle pulizie non esegue lavori di pulizia adeguati o non sa come pulire la toilette. Anche se la toilette deve essere sciacquata con acqua e pulita, altrimenti i residui di urina causano un odore terribile. Uso l'acqua per sciacquare la toilette da solo per eliminare il terribile odore di urina degli utenti precedenti. Buon albergo, rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo arrivati in città molto prima alle 8 del mattino, anche se abbiamo fatto il check-in solo alle 2, abbiamo chiesto alla reception se la nostra camera era libera e se potevamo fare il check-in prima, ma la camera che avevamo affittato era ancora occupata e non appena le persone sono uscite dalla stanza, questa è stata immediatamente rimossa molto rapidamente e preparata per i nuovi inquilini. È stato molto veloce e alle 10 eravamo già nella nostra stanza. Inoltre, alla reception ci è stato permesso di lasciare i nostri effetti personali mentre eravamo in viaggio d'affari.

Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。
壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。
壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！
他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。
早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。
餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。
很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

È possibile aggiungere 99 yuan per richiedere la Huazhu Club Gold Card, che fornirà la colazione e l'upgrade della camera. Ho pagato un extra per passare a una camera deluxe e ho preso una camera al 15° piano, di fronte alla comunità, che era relativamente tranquilla. Ma la colazione è nella media, le omelette sono fredde ogni giorno...
Igiene: mi è stata data la tessera della camera dopo aver aspettato l'ispezione della camera alla reception, ma dopo essere entrato nella stanza ho trovato capelli sul pavimento, capelli sulla federa e il bagno aveva un cattivo odore... È questo lo standard dopo il ispezione? Dopo aver comunicato con lo staff, tutto si è risolto uno per uno.
Servizi: il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi. Poiché la stanza non è quadrata, guardare la TV è un po' imbarazzante.

Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta. Il servizio post-vendita è davvero eccellente. La prossima volta che tornerò soggiornerò al Grand Hyatt.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

DDongfangdagang1La stanza è più comoda per dormire, nessun odore, la scrivania vicino alla finestra è troppo pratica, è bello sedersi e leggere e scrivere, l'hotel è molto ben posizionato, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, al piano di sotto c'è un grande supermercato, molto comodo e il personale della reception ha un atteggiamento speciale Buon servizio, voce molto amichevole! La prossima volta che vengo a vivere a Jinjiang Inn!

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

Disvantaggi: i capelli sono impurità, la lavatrice non sa cosa sia, e i capelli sono difficili da spruzzare insieme quando sono utilizzati, che è più raro nelle popolazioni e negli hotel attuali. Il problema è che l'approvvigionamento di acqua calda è insufficiente. L'acqua calda è quasi venti minuti, e poi ci vuole un po'di tempo.La porta del bagno è spazzatura e non può essere chiusa.
In breve, oltre a dover chiudere il bagno, gli altri sono ancora buoni, il rapporto costo-benefici e pratico.
