La notte scorsa a Zhuzhou era fredda, ma all'hotel mi sentivo molto caldo. Non è il clima dell'hotel, ma la signorina Reception mi ha dato due caldi acqua minerale. E'davvero carino, e ha anche preparato un piccolo pasto con la compagnia. E'davvero un po'di fresco.
Quando sono arrivato alla stanza, ho visto la bocca 🛁, ho messo una borsa unica per un po', l'intero processo di vita è caldo, caldo, caldo!

La posizione è molto conveniente, l'altra parte è il cortile americano, dietro la strada del cibo, lontano dalla metropolitana, ma anche buono, con un bagno.Se prenotavo presto, il prezzo era più pratico, ma il prezzo era più alto tardi, volevo continuare una notte, e poi guardare il prezzo non è redditizio andare in altri hotel intorno. La finestra della stanza è piccola e si rivolge ad uno spazio di copertura interno. Il suono degli ospiti di altre stanze è molto evidente se si apre la finestra.Quando si è appena soggiornato, c'è sapore di api nella stanza. Non si può distinguere se il materiale da costruzione è volatile o il sapore di copertura o il sapore di banana. Il sapore di ciliegia non è molto buono. Le otto del mattino, non sapevo dove, sono state sgridate più di un'ora, ma guardare il Festival musicale era molto felice il giorno prima, quindi scegliere l'amore e la pace.La reception è molto buona.

Il traffico vicino all'hotel è conveniente e vicino allo zoo della stazione della metropolitana.La sala è molto bello, la sorella della reception è anche molto calda e curata e si ferma velocemente.C'è anche lavatrice di giardino.La stanza è molto grande, le finestre di terra sono ben lucide e le strutture interne sono complete. Il letto è molto buono e ci sono due opzioni di ingranaggio. UUtente ospiteLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Ho pagato un extra per passare a una camera deluxe e ho preso una camera al 15° piano, di fronte alla comunità, che era relativamente tranquilla. Ma la colazione è nella media, le omelette sono fredde ogni giorno...
Igiene: mi è stata data la tessera della camera dopo aver aspettato l'ispezione della camera alla reception, ma dopo essere entrato nella stanza ho trovato capelli sul pavimento, capelli sulla federa e il bagno aveva un cattivo odore... È questo lo standard dopo il ispezione? Dopo aver comunicato con lo staff, tutto si è risolto uno per uno.
Servizi: il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi. Poiché la stanza non è quadrata, guardare la TV è un po' imbarazzante.

Ambiente: L'insonorizzazione è un po' scarsa. Alcuni ospiti aprivano la porta per fare telefonate di notte e riuscivano a sentirle chiaramente.
Servizio: Il servizio alla reception è davvero molto buono, ma ci sono molte zanzare e mancano repellenti per zanzare o zanzariere. Sono stato morso in un setaccio nella stanza e non sono stati trovati insetti.

MMG LeeQuesto hotel ci ha conquistato per la sua vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana e per l'ottimo servizio clienti. Siamo rimasti colpiti dal livello di reattività del personale alle nostre esigenze e il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino extra. acqua durante il nostro soggiorno, un regalo di frutta durante la nostra ultima notte (senza che lo chiedessimo). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception che forniscono un eccellente servizio di assistenza clienti e alla cameriera che ha fatto un buon lavoro nel mantenere la pulizia della camera a casa. La colazione a buffet offre scelte sia locali che occidentali Altamente raccomandato.
La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception per il loro eccellente servizio clienti e alle cameriere che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro mantenendo pulita la stanza. La colazione a buffet offre scelte alimentari cinesi e occidentali. altamente raccomandato.

Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta. Il servizio post-vendita è davvero eccellente. La prossima volta che tornerò soggiornerò al Grand Hyatt.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks
