I am familiar with the chain of hotels, my experience had been really good, but this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t clean enough, the sheets smelled bad (like cigarette) and the bathroom was not clean. It is not that near from a subway station, so it’s not that convenient to stay there if you want to explore the city.

Walking distance to the small lane to the hotel as it is near a neighbourhood shop houses. Room is clean.

The room was very small so there was just enough space to walk, but only enough space to barely open a carry on suitcase. The bathroom is inches from your bed (which is right up against the wall), so when it was raining (which was when I was here), there was a strange, moldy smell coming from the bathroom (which had a sewage drain) that emanated into the room. Make sure you specifically request a non-smoking room at the desk upon check-in! They have a mini laundry room and provide laundry detergent.

I had a room without a window, which was fine because I booked it so. What it doesn't say when you are booking it is that the temperature is colder than the outside (I was there during winter) and I didn't have access to the thermostat. The WiFi didn't work, and neither did my own data. Lastly, there was noise. At all times of the day and night. Either people shouting, late at night, or the reception music combined with a noise. I didn't figure out what it was but it went on ALL NIGHT LONG, which drove me absolutely crazy. The location is nice though, probably the best thing about this hotel.

看到电视机的电线跟台灯都傻眼了，有一种侮辱客人的感觉，电视机也不能看，我也懒得去问柜台，check in时柜台发给我是一双拖鞋一副牙刷，感觉好像是在领配给品一样，這些不是應該放在房間裡嗎。 还有這次学乖了，原来房间是有一种（无窗），一種（有窗）另外还有一种叫（部分房间有窗）的。

酒店環境非常一般，床單特別臟，窗户也不是窗户，看不見外面，早上窗户傳進來特別大的油煙味和説話聲，晚上房間的隔音特別差走路，都能聽得特別清楚，避雷避雷！！！！！！！

服務員熱情，好，微笑服務，位置好，房間很乾凈整潔。周邊都是景點，非常棒的入住體驗。好

房間很不錯，雖小，但功能齊全。就在步行街，吃飯逛街都很方便。唯一不足的地方，馬桶不乾淨味道沖！希望改進。

環境很好，隔音效果好，前台服務熱情。 在河坊街附近交通方便，附近有酒吧和杭幫菜，體驗杭州當地特色方便快捷。

房間不大，隔音一般，最不能接受的是房間打掃不乾淨，還有上個房客的水瓶和紙！！！！
