Sono venuto a Sanya per tre giorni e ho ritenuto che l'esperienza complessiva fosse la migliore tra i tre hotel. L'hotel è molto pulito e la reception ha aggiornato la tipologia di camera. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è direttamente collegato alla hall ed è molto comodo. C'è una lavanderia e un'asciugatrice gratuite. Non mi aspettavo che in una giornata così calda, avrei cambiato i vestiti due volte in un giorno, quindi è stato bello poter lavare e asciugare i miei vestiti di notte. L'hotel non fornisce il servizio di lavanderia gratuito per i prossimi due giorni. La piscina è bella, ma ho dimenticato di fare le foto. Sono arrivato qui in macchina ed è molto vicino al mare e agli outlet. È davvero bello vivere qui se hai una macchina e guidi da solo.

Il primo hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Sanya era molto vicino al Tropical Paradise Forest Park e potevo andare e tornare a piedi. La nostra camera era al 5° piano dell'edificio principale, vicino alla strada, ma non rumorosa e con un buon isolamento acustico. I servizi in camera sono abbastanza nuovi e c'è uno stendibiancheria. Lo stato di salute è buono. Ci sono frutta per il check-in e la limonata nella hall è ghiacciata e deliziosa. Il balcone può vedere la piscina di sabbia fine al piano di sotto. Nella hall c'è un piccolo parco giochi per bambini con mattoncini, piscina con palline oceaniche, ecc. La colazione è abbastanza soddisfacente, non molto variata, ma abbastanza per saziarci. I noodles hainanesi sono buoni e ai bambini piace moltissimo mangiarli. C'è una lavanderia al primo piano, ma non l'ho sperimentata. Dopo aver lavato i vestiti manualmente, ho scoperto che c'era una lavanderia gratuita.

The hotel seems to be very new, everything looks soo nice and perfect, Stay was very comfortable.

The resort features spacious rooms within a large complex. However, kitchenware was absent, and only three bath towels were provided for four guests. Cleanliness requires improvement; for example, window stains were noted. The property includes large swimming pools and a large gym. Yalong Paradise Forest Park is an eight-minute walk away. For the price, I will still recommend it

The staff are very friendly and professional, the hotel room is very clean. There are two nice big pools and a working space near the lobby. I really recommend this hotel

It was a great vacation. The cleaning service was very good. The environment is really excellent.

I like the hotel, i will be again

The hotel was clean, workers are super friendly and helpful. Even they don’t speak English, they translated in the phone. Breakfast was good: it was Chinese and  Europenean food so everyone could find something. But location is like nowhere. Near there is no restaurants. Even there is no fruit store. There is bus that can bring you to the beach and walking street with restaurants.  Отель ок, чистый - убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца и халаты. Персонал не говорит по английски, но переводят в переводчике. Рядом нет ничего, но есть трансферт к морю и пешеходной улице. В целом, если вы на машине, достойный вариант. Завтраки разнообразные и хорошие.

Wonderful resort, very friendly staff. The apartment we were in was huge, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, big living room, very affordable and would for sure recommend to others

Clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. Service is kind and considerate ( free room upgrade, late check- out). Great gym and a swimming pool complex. Guards are doing their work well. Very good experience considering the price.

Recommend for people traveling by group.
