The only issue we had was the next morning housekeeping was very loud and woke us. After a late night out celebrating New Year’s it would’ve been nice to been able to enjoy sleeping in.

I arrived late in the evening and was greeted at the front door by name. I was given a handwritten note of appreciation by the front desk. The decor and ambiance were excellent. The staff was outstanding from valet parking to Ellis in the speakeasy. Extending a special shout out to Kelly at the front desk who was so gracious and kind in dealing with a medical situation. We loved the special touches! Thank you.

Everything was perfect! Hotel is within walking distance to Songbirds, Chattanooga Choo Choo and Clumpies Ice Cream Parlor. Inexpensive parking lot next door to hotel for only $8 a day.

This is a very nice hotel with incredible staff. This was our first time staying here, but will not be our last.

We felt the price for one night ($268.50) was overpriced for the hotel. It's just ok. The staff was nice and it's clean but it doesn't have a luxury feel. Also, we parked on the street for 45 minutes and forgot to scan the code to pay for parking and received a $61 ticket.

We came in for a 1 night stay and had the best time. Elisa the Arrival Specialist was absolutely amazing, she provided excellent recommendations for things to do and great eats. I will definitely be visiting again in the summer months!

It’s in a great part of town and walkable area. The rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Room didn’t have the best air circulation. Room felt stuffy- we had temp set on 69 but it felt hot.
