Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

Che hotel fantastico, i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli, siamo stati in una delle auto con un dormitorio privato, bagno privato con un piano riscaldato, così ben decorato, è come tornare in tempo e viaggiare in un auto Pullman. Tutto era perfetto. La macchina del treno era super pulita, meravigliosa bagno con doccia piena, il modo in cui le auto sono parcheggiate, sono perfette, luce di gas fuori, e abbiamo dovuto camminare solo 50 piedi al ristorante delle figlie di Elsie sulla proprietà, Lo rivederei separatamente, come è stato anche eccellente, e raccomandato dalla chalet dell'hotel. Da quando abbiamo controllato il nostro soggiorno andava perfetto, Molly e Lily al di fuori del desk erano ospiti eccellenti, si assicuravano di avere tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, quando la pioggia cominciò, ci hanno controllato un ombrello di due persone per arrivare al ristorante. La gestione si occupa chiaramente di ciò che sta succedendo in questa proprietà, perché tutti i dipendenti sono cortesi, gentili e super professionisti. La posizione è anche eccellente, nel centro di Chattanooga, siamo stati in grado di camminare a tutto, consiglio molto questo hotel, e rimanere in una macchina ferroviaria, se è in grado di salire, pochi passi, e soprattutto se si gode di treni.

What a nice experience! Checked into the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large, clean and furnished well. Do not be discouraged by reviews saying it is in a bad location. They are many other hotel and restaurants nearby and all within walking distance. It is only about 1-1/2 blocks from the main street which you exit onto from I-75. This will be our go to place in Chatanooga for now on. 1 of the nicest budget hotels we have stayed in using our Wyndham Rewards.

This Hilton Garden Inn has been updated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of food choices. There are plenty of places to sit and visit with friends. (Even a fireplace outside.) We stayed when the weather was really cold, and our car was hard to start. The lady at the front desk got a maintenance man to drive around with booster cables and jump is off. We will be back here when we’re in Chattanooga again.

Il dipartimento e la gestione erano così brutti. Sembravano tutti infestati da droga. Sono stati in sala e in tutto quando cammina fuori. Ho prenotato questo hotel sulla base di foto e recensioni online. Posso dirvi 100% che nessuno è accurato. Questo hotel è estremamente in cammino. Situato direttamente dietro un edificio abbandonato che non è assolutamente illuminato.. Le persone che camminano e camminano senza veicoli sono estremamente spaventose. L'hotel non ha più un segno davanti. Siamo saliti nel buio e non sapevamo nemmeno se fosse l'hotel giusto. Il lobby è pulito. L'assistente del desk front era gentile. L'hotel è anche situato davanti a un sito di costruzione di ciò che sembra essere un nuovo hotel a costruzione con una pendenza di catena intorno a lui. Anche scarsamente illuminato. Molti degli ospiti di questo hotel avevano le loro porte aperte e sedevano in sedie sul lato. Questo mi fa credere che siano residenti di questo hotel/motel. Ci siamo chiesti e sono stati donati una stanza senza fumo. Quando siamo entrati in essa abbiamo fatto un giro di fumo. Quindi abbiamo chiuso la porta e siamo tornati in ufficio. La cameriera ha detto che era vicino a una stanza di fumo, così l’odore si spruzzava... ci ha dato un’altra stanza, alla porta. Ci siamo chiesti di cancellare, perché il tempo che abbiamo passato nelle stanze ci ha fatto sentire sempre più inquietanti e spaventati. Lei ha consigliato di non cancellare, quindi abbiamo lasciato l'hotel.Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel mentre viaggiavamo e siamo stati stanchi dopo 11 ore in macchina. Abbiamo anche un cane con noi e non c'era posto per camminare con l'erba. Ho emailato l'ufficio dell'hotel con risposta no quella notte.Sono una donna e sto viaggiando con mia figlia che ha 24 anni, non mi consiglio questo hotel, è estremamente insicuro. Non è ben accurato. Ho un video della luce fuori dalla nostra stanza e sopra la ficcatura. Abbiamo lasciato e rimasto altrove e voglio i miei soldi indietro. Se posso mai raggiungere questa società ......... I NON RECOMANDA

We LOVED this hotel!! The location was perfect! Near the aquarium, rock city, Ruby falls, etc! The valet was super convenient and quick. Every single person that worked at the front desk during our stay was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond and we’re very kind & knowledgeable. We also ate at the Brazilian steakhouse, Rodizio and they were great!! All in all this was a perfect place to stay for a perfect trip!!! Also, they have great coffee downstairs! ☺️

This Hilton Garden Inn has been updated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of food choices. There are plenty of places to sit and visit with friends. (Even a fireplace outside.) We stayed when the weather was really cold, and our car was hard to start. The lady at the front desk got a maintenance man to drive around with booster cables and jump is off. We will be back here when we’re in Chattanooga again.

Che hotel fantastico, i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli, siamo stati in una delle auto con un dormitorio privato, bagno privato con un piano riscaldato, così ben decorato, è come tornare in tempo e viaggiare in un auto Pullman. Tutto era perfetto. La macchina del treno era super pulita, meravigliosa bagno con doccia piena, il modo in cui le auto sono parcheggiate, sono perfette, luce di gas fuori, e abbiamo dovuto camminare solo 50 piedi al ristorante delle figlie di Elsie sulla proprietà, Lo rivederei separatamente, come è stato anche eccellente, e raccomandato dalla chalet dell'hotel. Da quando abbiamo controllato il nostro soggiorno andava perfetto, Molly e Lily al di fuori del desk erano ospiti eccellenti, si assicuravano di avere tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, quando la pioggia cominciò, ci hanno controllato un ombrello di due persone per arrivare al ristorante. La gestione si occupa chiaramente di ciò che sta succedendo in questa proprietà, perché tutti i dipendenti sono cortesi, gentili e super professionisti. La posizione è anche eccellente, nel centro di Chattanooga, siamo stati in grado di camminare a tutto, consiglio molto questo hotel, e rimanere in una macchina ferroviaria, se è in grado di salire, pochi passi, e soprattutto se si gode di treni.
