Ho avuto un check-in tardivo, confermando questo 2 giorni prima del soggiorno di notte, e il ricevitore (che ha risposto al telefono quella mattina) mi ha detto che riceverei un messaggio/email con dettagli su come entrare nell'hotel. Tuttavia, questo non è mai avvenuto, e il giorno dell'arrivo ho segnato 8 volte durante le ore di ufficio (2.30-5pm) per ottenere istruzioni, tutte le quali non sono mai state risposte. E quando ho chiamato l'assistenza a Qantas, ero in custodia per 42 minuti, non potevo ricevere alcuna risposta alle chiamate telefoniche, ecc. alla ricezione dell'hotel, ancora tutto durante le ore di ufficio dell'aula prima delle 17:00. La telefonata dopo le 17:00 è arrivata alle persone che mi hanno detto che c'era un telefono alla porta dell'hotel per chiamarli e mi darebbero i dettagli all'arrivo, che era esattamente tutto quello che doveva essere. Le informazioni fornite dall'acquirente non hanno avuto alcun aiuto, e il telefono di ricezione non è stato risposto la maggior parte del pomeriggio è stato estremamente povero. Il telefono nella mia stanza era completamente morto e non funzionava quando andai a prenotare un taxi all’aeroporto, l’ariacone era pieno di borsa e non poteva essere spenta, ma il tubo era spesso e caldo, il che lo rendeva abbastanza caldo per dormire. La stanza era tempestiva e pulita, ma data la povera assistenza e comunicazione (e non rispondere effettivamente ai loro telefoni durante l'après-miglioramento) non consiglierei questo hotel a meno che non arrivate effettivamente durante le ore del giorno quando Spero che ci possa essere un membro del personale che possa aiutarvi. With an unexpected couple of nights to spend in Brisbane, and looking for something relatively close to the airport, I chanced upon this great motel. It gets five stars from me as it excels at what it is…clean, decent, comfortable accommodation at a fair price and in a good location. Helen on reception was fantastic and friendly, helping me out with an early check in and sharing knowledge about local places to eat. I had a second floor room but there’s a lift. My room was spotless, spacious and had everything I needed. I hate the mean-spirited places that portion out two teabags in your room – so I loved that here, there were six teabags! It’s the small things ;-) Although close to a busy road, the rooms are reasonably sound-proofed and the traffic dies off dramatically at night. With a comfortable bed, decent pillows and nice linen, I had a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended.

Location is perfect close to new cruise port and airport with lots of surrounding cafes cinema and shops and a short five minute walk to river ferry for trips to Brisbane South bank and City shops Apartments are spotless and good value for money Manager Tracy is a great asset and makes it a pleasure to stay with her help and knowledge What a difference it makes when you find such a nice combination of great management, location and comfort Well done Tracy

Strong lemon cleaner smell - that bad that we had to leave doors open to be able to breathe. Vomit stains on furniture Wet furniture (from cleaning ? Vomit) Splash marks on walls & roof Cigarette marks on curtains Plastic wrap on smoke detector - fire hazard Shower screen broken Toast still in toaster Bedside light pulled out from wall - electrical hazard Aircon has flashing E7 not working - Fan in freezer missing- - hazardous Shutters broken Unsteady bunk beds No quilts on buck befs Tablets & rubbish from previous guests under couch - child hazard Dirty benches A rat 🐀 floating in the pool Booked due to good reviews on a booking site, proximity to airport & a shuttle bus service advertised as being provided. Had to arrange own transfer to airport, no customer service just text messages. Paid $260 for 1 night non refundable unless canceled day before arriving. Emailed motel & group - no response Unsafe accommodation- do not stay here

Rimanendo al Riverview Motel per 1 notte arrivato dopo ore, buona comunicazione con i proprietari per quanto riguarda il check-in tardivo - vicino all'aeroporto di Brisbane. Sono dotati di un autobus cortese che vi porterà al terminale di crociera o aeroporto fantastico. Abbiamo anche avuto un volo cancellato, quindi abbiamo dovuto ottenere un alloggio di ultima notte e solo andare a prendere il motel come avevamo rimasto lì prima che tutto fosse stato facilmente organizzato per noi, questo è stato molto apprezzato. Il letto della camera era molto confortevole con le lastre pulite e gli asciugamani forniti anche in camera. Potrebbe certamente fare con un ascensore facciale, perché è un vecchio motel, ho trovato la luce molto povera e sicuramente il bagno ha bisogno di rifacere, ma in generale per $130-$138 per notte è stato ragionevole e il personale è stato molto amichevole. Raccomando questo motel a chiunque cerca un breve soggiorno vicino all'aeroporto, la città di Brisbane stessa.
