La mia stanza era la più lontana possibile dall'ascensore. Era in un angolo, a forma di angolo, mi sentivo terribilmente angusto. NON C'ERA UN SOLO CASSETTO NELLA STANZA! NON C'ERA ARMADIO NELLA CAMERA. C'erano solo 3 grucce per appendere i miei vestiti, ESPOSTE SUL MURO. Esperienza terribile, mi sento preso in giro. Non userò mai più questo hotel né viaggio. E bloccherà l'accesso a trip.com dall'interno della mia azienda.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Dachstock mit massiver Dachschräge und einem eher kleinen Dachfenster. Ich weiss gar nicht, ob das als EZ oder DZ läuft. Zu zweit wärs kaum gegangen. Alleine alles okay. Auch wenn man natürlich keinen Ausblick hat... Die Einrichtung war jedoch modern und recht geschmackvoll. Das Bad war im Verhältnis zum Zimmer recht gross und absolut okay. Überhaupt, unter dem Titel Preis-Leistung war das Angebot sehr gut. Klar, ein paar Abstriche muss man machen: Nur ein langsamer Lift. Kein Kühlschrank, keine Gläser, Kissen waren qualitativ schlecht. Viele TV-Sender - wie z.B. RTL - können komischerweise nicht empfangen werden. Anscheinend wegen fehlender Satellitenschüssel... Für heutige Verhältnisse eher erstaunlich. Im Zimmer gabs in der offenen Garderobe einen einzigen Kleiderbügel. Auf Rückfrage wurden dann weitere versprochen. Aber eben nur versprochen;-) Wohl ein internes Kommunikationsproblem. Ansonsten war das junge Team an der Reception sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gepäcklagerung war auch problemlos in einem gesicherten Räumchen möglich. Lage war sehr gut, gleich beim Bahnhof und somit unmittelbare ÖV-Anbindung. Rund ums Hotel gibt es viele Restaurants. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Somit war mein dreitägiger Aufenthalt ziemlich nyce;-)

Sto attraversando un periodo un po' difficile perché in precedenza eravamo stati all'Hyatt Hamburg e questo hotel era semplicemente fantastico. Purtroppo l'Hampton non offre abbastanza per un hotel a 4 stelle. La posizione è, diciamo, nel mezzo di un quartiere un po' inquietante. Dovevi registrare nuovamente costantemente il WiFi. niente era stabile lì. Il bagno era funzionale ma piuttosto piccolo e mancava spazio per riporre. La carta igienica era così sottile che potevi soffiarci dentro :-( Avevamo una camera ”rumorosa” e sfortunatamente non siamo riusciti a trovarne un'altra perché l'hotel era al completo. Ma la camera era molto pulita!!! La colazione era qualcosa del genere. Avevi uno slot e poi ti veniva assegnato un tavolo, che dovevi apparecchiare con posate, ecc. 4*** di nuovo?? Mi aspetto più servizio. La selezione era buona e abbondante, ma non ci ha lasciato senza parole. A 4**** ti aspetti di più. Siamo ad Amburgo e non c'era pesce una volta, deludente. C'era sempre la stessa cosa in offerta per i 3 giorni che eravamo lì. È un peccato, la prossima volta sarà un altro hotel ad Amburgo.

Didn't expect such high standard for the price I paid for 3 night. Nice, tidy, quiet, big-enough room with comfortable bed, beautiful view from the window (I was on the 10th floor), air conditioning, cleaniness, everything. Free-to-use mini bar!! Staff was super helpful and nice. The QR-Code auto-check in was fast and flawless. Breakfast was rich, fresh (finally the butter was not frozen like in other hotels). I definitely will come back, even if the price go higher.

Un buon indirizzo per i visitatori di St. Pauli. Ci siamo accolti amichevolmente e abbiamo potuto prenotare la nostra camera in anticipo. Il parcheggio è sicuro e direttamente nel cortile, davanti alla porta. Per 12 €. (Non può essere guidato o lasciato tra le 20 e le 6) L'hotel è nel centro della Grande Libertà. Ciò che non regna in assoluto tranquillità di notte dovrebbe essere chiaro. La corte è situata in un piccolo giardino di birra in cui si può bere una birra / fumare un po' di tabacco. La sedia a rotelle dell'hotel è il hit - non si aspettano davvero questo. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa, luminosa e moderna - con tutto quello che ci serve. È sorpresa: bagno con doccia e toletta sono 2 camere separate! Ci sono abbastanza contenitori, un ventilatore, TV a schermo piatto e i giardini sono ben scuri. Le finestre hanno 3fach-Verglasung. Disponibile scrivania e cassaforte. Nella camera c'è anche uno schermo piovoso e un tovagliolo. Non abbiamo davvero mancato niente. In realtà l'intero hotel era molto pulito - rispetto. La colazione era ok. - il primo torcio è freddo, il secondo è perfetto. Vorrei solo farci di fagioli e salsicce ;-) ma altrimenti tutto era così esistente. Il succo O era freddo e delizioso. Ci sono stati frutti freschi, che erano disponibili anche durante il giorno presso il bar. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

Ho fatto un giro d'affari per due notti e, sinceramente, non avrei potuto chiedere di più. La signora che mi ha fatto un giro era molto gentile, parlava un ottimo inglese e mi ha trovato una stanza per potermi controllare in cinque ore di anticipo. Sono rimasto al 15° piano in una bella camera pulita con frigorifero, un grande ufficio per lavorare, un bagno sicuro e decente. Ho anche avuto 3 bottiglie di bevanda gratis ogni mattina che è stato bello tornare dopo un giorno al lavoro. Se torno a Amburgo presto, mi prenoterò per restare qui di nuovo.

Positivo: Da una prospettiva di efficienza dei prezzi, è un bel hotel per soggiornare per una notte o per un massimo di due notti. Camere pulite e letto. Camere piccole, ma comode. Un bar/pub locale molto bello accanto all'hotel dove si può mangiare, bere e guardare giochi sportivi Negativo: Non abbastanza sockets elettrici. Nessuno accanto o vicino ai letti. Tempo difficile se si dispone di una macchina di aiuto al sonno. Il parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi non è molto, ma è problematico lasciare o caricare i bagagli alla porta anteriore dell'hotel. O si blocca la strada della bicicletta o si blocca la passeggiata o si deve rimanere in un parcheggio pagato. Ogni volta che si viene punito da persone locali :) La cosa peggiore che abbiamo vissuto è stato il disturbo di Internet e non potevano ripararlo in 48 ore.

Per una notte a Amburgo era tutto a posto! Avevamo la stanza direttamente sulla strada con un'autobus molto forte, quindi purtroppo non potevamo lasciare la finestra su aperta per tutta la notte! La camera è piccola, ci era consapevole, ma avremmo aspettato un po' di più! Il letto è molto stretto per due persone, ma per una notte va bene! Non possiamo dire niente a cena, perché non abbiamo mangiato all'hotel! Il bagno era pulito e ci ha raggiunti. Purtroppo l'entrata del parcheggio non era ben indicata, quindi abbiamo dovuto andare in giro per il blocco! Il personale è stato gentile all'arrivo e all'uscita! Sarebbe stato bello avere ancora un accesso al WiFi nella stanza, forse si potrebbe cambiare!

UUtente ospiteThe room comes with 1 queen size sofa bed and a toilet once you open the room door. Then there is a sliding door. Once you open the sliding door you will see a king size bed and a shower room with bath tub and toilet. There are 2 TVs, 4 pairs of room slippers. Room size is comfortable for 4 adults. At lobby the hotel provide welcome drinks and cookies. Also packet juice and morning coffee. The hotel is opposite the terminal 1 main entrance. Has to walk cross the road and it was snowing when we were there, very cold.

UUtente ospiteL'equipaggio alla reception era eccezionalmente amichevole e di aiuto. Ho ricevuto la mia stanza alle 11. Grande illuminazione, asciugamani, spazio tranquillo, tutto molto pulito. Purtroppo, ha piovuto, quindi ho sentito pioggia ininterrotta sull'alluminio ( fuori dalla stanza, alla finestra ). Anche se non ha piovuto. Ok, notte terribile. Ma con Ohropax ho potuto dormire bene. Sarà comunque tornato.

VValeryintheworldHo adorato questo hotel! La camera era davvero grande con un arredamento nuovo, in stile moderno e il bagno molto spazioso con molti asciugamani e kit doccia inclusi. Pulizia ottima! La posizione non è proprio centrale, occorre camminare una decina di minuti e prendere la metro per raggiungere il centro città. Il personale è stato gentile, ho trovato una receptionist italiana molto simpatica! Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Although the room was exceptionally large and we had a river facing view, which was nice, that’s about all I can say to encourage you to stay here. At first I thought we’d been given a room for a disabled person as the bed was so low to the ground, but the bathroom was not suited to disabilities so it was just an exceptionally low bed, given that the average German man I’ve seen seem to be well over 6ft tall, even I am 5’7”, I found it uncomfortable to get in and out of. The wifi in our room was pretty much non existent. You know how a wifi icon is rainbow shaped, our intermittent connectivity was the little dot at the bottom of the rainbow, if I stood right at the entrance door. You have to ask to have your room cleaned and if you forgot, too bad. Our room wasn’t attended to the 3 nights we were there but I managed to get our bins emptied, once. There was a space for a fridge, but no fridge, no phone either to call reception to request room clean. The bathroom, while nice, had the toilet paper holder right in the splash zone from the shower, so everyday we had wet toilet paper. We didn’t eat at the hotel, breakfast was €25 each so we went to the street that is a 2 min walk away and has breakfast for €8. The staff were all very pleasant. All in all, there is nothing wrong with this hotel and Hamburg generally is not cheap, (we were hit with an unexpected city tax upon checkout, which we have not paid in any other German city), but I think for the price, things could have been better.

PPHILLIP JAMESCome indicato sul sito, questo hotel è direttamente al di là della stazione ferroviaria di Hamburg e questo aggiunge che l'hotel è super comodo per tutte le attrazioni di Amburgo. Anche qui sono vicini i principali bar LGBTQ. (15 minuti a piedi) La mia stanza era situata nel centro dell'edificio, quindi non c'era rumore per le strade. Tuttavia, la vista era interna - tra due edifici e c'era molto poca luce naturale che entrava. La stanza non dispone di aria condizionata, quindi durante il giorno può essere un po 'caldo qui in estate, ma non è stato un problema durante la sera.. L'hotel usa chiavi non carta elettronica, quindi un po 'di sconforte. Tuttavia, il più grande accento è stato il colazione incluso. Ottima selezione di piatti caldi e freddi regolarmente aggiornati dal personale dell'hotel. Ci sono sicuramente posti più economici a Amburgo con migliori strutture per le camere, ma la posizione sarà sempre un vincitore.

UUtente ospiteGute Lage. In die Jahre gekommene Räumlichkeiten, aber sauber. Frühstück war gut. Da das Hotel über dieses Portal gebucht wurde, war es nicht möglich mir eine Rechnung zu erstellen. Unerklärlich!

JJade DRight in the middle of the Reeperbahn, near KFC, very rowdy but this is a safe hotel that accommodates tourists. We loved the convenience of being able to explore St Pauli and also get a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night as the taxi rank is just downstairs. Smelt of smoke in our room, but it was still clean and well-prepared. Looks like the photos, but no elevator till the 1st floor. This was the view from our room, we were street facing but slept well, the hotel is well insulated from noise.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è centralissima, a due minuti dalla metro e vicina a St.Pauli. Dispongono di un parcheggio interno per 15€ a notte. Colazione ottima. Sono rimasta 4 notti in questo hotel per lavoro, purtroppo ho dovuto sempre dormire coi tappi nelle orecchie perché non c’è la minima insonorizzazione, si sente ogni macchina che passa, ogni passante che parla, e dal giovedì sera per tutto il weekend si sente tutta notte una musica assordante. In 4 giorni non mi hanno mai cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani, per terra c’era appiccicoso, la doccia è minuscola e nel farla sei praticamente a contatto con la tendina. Alla fine non ce la facevo più, l’hotel può andare ma solo per 1 notte possibilmente nel weekend e con i tappi nelle orecchie.

UUtente ospiteInizialmente non potevo trovare la proprietà, anche se mi trovavo davanti a lei, perché non aveva una piastra di nome molto piccola. E il check-in è in un altro hotel vicino. ma la stanza era molto spaziosa e con tutte le amnestie. Era tranquillo e accogliente La cosa migliore è la sua posizione a pochi passi davanti alla stazione principale di Amburgo
