Buoni servizi, piccolo angolo cottura in camera. La posizione è abbastanza buona, a 5 minuti dalla U-Bahn. Personale cordiale.

Il miglior nuovo hotel. La colazione è molto semplice e completa, ma a soli 12€. Le camere sono superbamente attrezzate. Dopo le 20:00 è possibile aprire l'ingresso con la tessera dell'hotel. Il parcheggio è costoso e c'è poco da trovare nei dintorni.

È un posto eccellente con tutto il necessario per soggiornare ad Amburgo per qualche giorno, è ben posizionato, ha ciò di cui hai bisogno, il personale è disponibile 24 ore su 24 e ci sono sempre bevande calde da bere sul posto Puoi cucinare in camera? Vorrei ritornare

La camera e l'hotel in sé era pulito, moderno e nuovo. Anche piccoli tocchi come l'inclusione di servizi come lavanderia, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli ecc. Anche il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Sono stati in grado di permetterci di acquistare un posto auto all'ultimo minuto. Lo consiglierei facilmente e lo userò di nuovo in futuro durante i viaggi!

Everything was perfect, but one thing that could improve. I stayed in the room which exactly on the side of the access door to the rooms area. It was a little noisy, as you could hear when the door is opening and closing.

A lot of the things in the room like the fridge was not turned on and it was not explained to me that I needed to turn this on so my food spoiled. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Hand sanitiser on all floors were empty and when I asked someone to refill them, they did not. a few days later when I checked the sanitises was still empty on all floors in the gym area. There is only one washer and dryer and you have to wait hours for the person before you to finish. The kitchen area was very small and there was no place to dry your dishes. Not the best place for me and I will not be going back.

The location is good near to U-Bahn 3. It’s a good aparthotel for family stay

The hotel is only 3 stations from the main train station and the metro station is nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fridge could have been working better.

Very good hotel best of all,the food and location near subway will recommend to all travel
