宿とは別の部門で予約管理をしています。キャンセルの連絡をした際に、予約に穴が空いた損失をどうしてくれるのかと強い口調で言われました。リピートする客より目の前で手に入るお金を気にしていることが全面に出ている様子で、経営状態がよくないのだと感じます。

正直、口コミがなぜこんなに良いのかわかりません。 建物はおそらく企業等の研修所を改修したのではという作りです。部屋（205号室）自体は2名泊りにとってはよかったです。 食事を特別に部屋食に代えてくださりました（ホテル提案）。ただ、食事の出るタイミングが悉く悪く、あまり味も楽しめませんでした。あと、旅館価格であることを差し引いてもお酒が非常に高かったです。 大浴場は全体的に寂れており、清掃も十分ではありません。季節的に浴室がただただ寒く、連れの看護師の友人は別客の高齢者がヒートショックにならないかずっと心配してました。他方で、お湯が熱すぎて長湯はできません。露天風呂にも行ってみましたが、関係者ルートみたいなところを通り、こんな感じかという感想でした。ただ、さすが泉質は非常に良いです。ここはやはり箱根を感じました。 駅からの無料送迎や若いスタッフさんの丁寧な対応等の良い点もありましたが、価格に対してサービスが見合っていませんでした。予約サイトの写真や口コミに期待しすぎたのかもしれません。口コミにはずっと大浴場のタイル剥がれが指摘され続けているので（男女大浴場どちらも）、ハード面の改善が十分ではないのでしょう。

恋人との夏休みの旅行として利用させていただきました。おかげさまで良い夏の思い出となりました…！詳細は下記の通りです↓ 【食事】 前もって口コミで聞いていた通りで、夕食(フルコース！)も朝食もともにクオリティが高く、大満足です◎ 写真は2022年夏季の夕食メニューです。季節によってメニューが違う？らしいので、他の時期のも気になります…。 スタッフの方々もとても感じが良く、お酒やご飯に関する紹介もたくさんしていただきました。 コロナウイルスが流行っていますし、半個室で食事できたのもよかったです。 【温泉】 私たちはお部屋に温泉がついていなかったので、貸切温泉を45分間利用させていただきました。貸切温泉は2つあるので、予約が埋まってしまわないか心配！ということもなかったです。 「にごりの湯」とありますが、スタッフの方曰く、その日のコンディションによってお湯のにごり具合が異なるそうです。私たちは運が良く、真っ白なお湯に入ることができたのでラッキーでした☆温度もちょうど良く、疲れも取ることができました。 大浴場も朝方に利用しましたが、全体的にお部屋の数が少なく人数も少ないので、ひとりで貸切で利用していました（笑）大浴場を出てすぐのマッサージ機も無料で利用できるのでおすすめです。 【その他】 ・強羅駅からの無料送迎を電話で依頼しましたが、スムーズに来ていただけました。 ・お部屋は特段清掃が行き届いてない部分はなかったように思います。広々としていましたし、ベッドも気持ちが良く過ごしやすかったです。 ・お部屋に用意されていたチーズケーキが美味です！購入もできるみたいです。
