Hotel con parcheggio a Haikou

Couple travelling with family members (old and young). Location was good, there were 3 shopping mall by foot. One of the mall has a huge supermarket which we loved. Room decor was simple and nice. However room makeup seems to only include tidying up the bed and replenishing toilet items like toothbrush, shower cap. Used cups and utensils were not cleaned / cleared away for new set. Coffee stain on table was still there after room makeup. There were gift vouchers upon room booking but only redeemable with WeChat which we do not have, and vouchers cannot redeem with Alipay, so we had to forgo rmb 4000 voucher for use at duty free shop and rmb 200 drink voucher. May explore other hotels nearby for future stay.

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Newly opened hotel in a good location, many restaurants within walking distance The suite room 2001 was large and clean, special thanks to the housekeeping lady she provides excellent service during my stay. Great service 👍

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.

Non ho pensato che il gusto fosse buono, o il punto di entrata era buono, ricordo di comprare il biglietto e pagare il prezzo!! Puoi anche andare al negozio di Long Lake Tian Street accanto, mangiare molto, andare avanti alla stazione di moto Città Ovest, e il viaggio è conveniente, e c'è un servizio di tracciamento del responsabile del servizio tutto il viaggio. È tutto per te. Ci sono anche le strategie di viaggio. Torna alla notte e c'è un pacchetto di farmaci!!!! Veramente molto umano!

Il servizio dell'hotel Wenching Huiding è il più sincero e intimo dell'hotel che abbia mai vissuto.A ore cinque del mattino andremo a prendere l'aereo di prima mattina. Il personale della reception ci ha preparato quattro colazioni di colazione. È una sorpresa inaspettata e calda. Un altro servizio di trasporto aereo gratuito dell'hotel è inconnettato, accurato e in posizione, conveniente per gli ospiti e in movimento. Lo spazio della camera è molto grande, la progettazione della nuova marea, l'igiene è buona, il letto è comodo e dormire bene!Se vuoi dire un piccolo problema, la pressione dell'acqua del bagno è leggermente debole.La primavera nuova arriverà, benedetto il raccolto di buoni prodotti.

Il 2° soggiorno in questo hotel e godere. Veramente buon prezzo/valore. L'hotel è in una zona centrale e piacevole per rilassarsi da solo o in coppia.

La luce circolare è un ottimo hotel, anche se non è così grande come altri hotel. Sono soddisfatto del loro servizio, soprattutto un giovane di nome Yan Yee che va oltre il suo dovere di aiutare con la traduzione in inglese. Assistenza nella prenotazione del nostro cabine e soprattutto con l'indirizzo mandarino che abbiamo avuto senza tracce. Kudos a tutti i membri del personale della linea di fronte e del personale di terra che erano molto utili anche quando erano occupati. Un giovane gioioso staff da donna (non ha ricevuto il suo nome) è stato anche molto utile nel nostro ultimo giorno di checkout quando abbiamo difficoltà con l'App didi prenotazione. Mantenete il buon lavoro. La vostra gestione dovrebbe essere molto orgogliosa di avere una squadra così grande. Il nostro soggiorno qui 4-nights è stato fatto piacevole. Grazie al personale, al personale senior e a tutti per il servizio reso. Le nostre camere sono 1306 (me) & 1307 da 20-29th Nov 2024 e siamo da Singapore. 👍🙏
