Hotel Hampton by Hilton a Haikou

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. Requested for pool view during booking but given non pool viewing side. Was told level 7 is non smoking floor but smoke flood the whole floor. There is no booking of taxi from the reception counter and have to walk about 150m to the main road to flag for taxi with full of luggage. In general, hotel is clean and breakfast is OK. Location is about 2 km from high speed rail station. About 1 km away from newly open Paradise Walk. Super big shopping mall with Wang Hao Supermarket. Lots of F&B outlets at L3 & L4 and price is reasonable. .

Ha avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. 10 minuti a piedi per negozi, ristoranti, supermercati e spa di massaggio. Il personale della reception è gentile e utile.

Very good stay at this hotel. Hotel is quite new. Free self service laundry service. Wide spread of breakfast. Bed is comfortable and 2 pillows provided. But downside is aircond is not cold. They checked and washed our filter but still not cooling then we asked for standing fan.
