Hotel Hampton by Hilton a Haikou

Были с семьей в этом отеле. Все очень понравилось. Персонал приветливый, всегда стараются помочь. Отвечают на все вопросы. Ходили на завтрак , тоже все на высшем уровне. Национальная кухня выше всяких похвал. Посещали бассейн и горячие ванны. Прекрасно особенно в дождь. Великолепный отель- рекомендую!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. Perfect hotel, good location and easy to find. The hotel staff are very friendly, plus a few of them can speak English, which made things a bit easier for a laowai like us. We love our room as it gave us a full glimpse of the beautiful sea just about 300m away. In addition, the booking comes with breakfast for two, and the restaurant have got varieties of food items on offer; different Chinese and Western cuisines. We will sure book the hotel the next time we need to book a hotel in Haikou. Thank you, Hampton, for your hospitality, see you again another time.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton. The rooms were clean and the facilities modern. Mandy at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. She made sure that our stay was smooth.
