Per la prima volta, pensavo di essere in generale, ma non pensavo che sia molto buono l'ambiente, l'igiene, il servizio e la colazione, fosse più forte di un hotel generale di tre o quattro stelle.La reception è molto entusiasta e qualcosa aiuta a risolvere immediatamente; Il cameriere che pulisce l'igiene è molto intimido. E'di particolare convenienza di viaggiare, specialmente per gli ospiti che viaggiano come me. Ogni camera ha un WiFi separato, la velocità della rete è ancora molto stabile e veloce, e l'igiene è anche molto buona. Ci sono servizi di camera da ospite per l'igiene ogni giorno. Alla fianco dell'hotel c'è un negozio e cibo dolce in una strada, abbastanza per noi da andare a cucinare e mangiare. Il prezzo di questo hotel non è costoso nella città, l'ambiente di alloggio, l'igiene e così via sono molto meglio degli hotel dello stesso prezzo.Il confronto dei prezzi con il servizio è molto più prezioso. Questa volta il soggiorno è perfetto e deve essere elogiato! Dopo di che c'è l'opportunità di venire qui per vivere.

La posizione non era ideale per la mia vacanza. Era difficile determinare dalle informazioni disponibili online, se c'era una spiaggia vicino. Non c'era. È stato anche frustrante che la piscina fosse chiusa, dato che non c'era una spiaggia di nuoto vicino. C'è un spa in hotel ma non era più disponibile. Una sala fitness è ancora esistente e sembrava ben attrezzata. Il buffet è stato eccellente e il personale ha fatto un ottimo lavoro per pulire la mia stanza. È stato conveniente avere strutture lavanderia nella stanza, dato che il mio soggiorno era di 14 giorni. Se sei a Haikou per l'affare, allora darò questo hotel un'alta marca. Ero in vacanza, quindi non era l'hotel ideale.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio dell'hotel è davvero a posto~ i fratellini e le sorelle sono molto gentili, hanno fatto il check-in e il check-out posticipato in anticipo~ la stanza ha un'ottima illuminazione e la vista è molto buona~ anche i vestiti sono asciugati kkkkkk il più soddisfacente è la colazione hahaha Hahahaha è migliore di molti hotel a quattro stelle~ gli spaghetti di riso sono un po' più leggeri (forse a causa del mio hahahaha Hunanese) e gli altri pasti sono fantastici! e! L'importante è che la colazione sia aperta fino alle 12! ! Molto amichevole con i giovani che vanno a letto tardi e si svegliano tardi! ! ! ! Spero solo di poter prenotare su altre piattaforme, hahahahahaha, lo consiglierei agli amici! !

YYangyuanThe rooms were beautiful and large. Lots of space to store your luggage. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. I had some fried rice and stirred fried vegetables for dinner. Both dishes were very tasty. In addition, the staff were extremely helpful. I had to fill out apps due to the Covid situation and even though it took a little bit of time they didn't hesitate. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the ocean and about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to downtown. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

UUtente ospiteHotel in buona posizione e vicino al centro commerciale. Molto se cibo e shopping. Quando si accede a 1 della stanza, profumo di fumo a d chiedere alla reception di cambiare la stanza. Sono pronti a rispondere e grazie speciali al allenatore, Xiao Han, mi porta in un'altra stanza al piano superiore con una pulizia all'interno della stanza e assicurarsi che io sia ok, poi se ne vada e dice che qualunque cosa possa chiamarla di nuovo.

Dopo essere arrivato al negozio e aver parcheggiato l'auto, il personale dell'hotel ha immediatamente accolto e aiutato con i bagagli. Il check-in è stato molto veloce. Il tipo di camera è buono. We stayed for another 4 nights this time and discovered the small and beautiful garden on the 4th floor.
Floor can be cleaner as we are not wearing shoes in the room. The sand in the room should be covered.
Great experience overall.

BBenjamin Sch.We (German family) have visited the hotel during our Hainan vacations. The location is great within a Chinese local quarter and close to a beautiful large park with view on the Haikou bay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful but you need to speak some English to get things done. We have three children so we booked the family suite on the 33rd floor which was very spacious and suitable for us. The equipment in the hotel was a bit older and partially worn down but all still functional and could be used well. But for the price I would not complain too much. Cleanliness was okay but not superior. The rooms smelled a bit moldy from time to time and needed good ventilation.
The offered breakfast was okay for us (as we did not expect a lot of international food). The children found suitable dishes like cereal, small cakes, noodles or fried rice. The fruit offerings were good.
A negative point from my side was the very bad coffee quality. The offered filtered coffee was really not good. These days many local Chinese hotels have small fresh brew coffee machines to offer a coffee or even Cappuccino. I recommend the hotel to invest into one. Fortunately for us there was a Starbucks across the street and a Luckin Coffee will open later down the street.
Overall a nice time in Haikou and we would book the family suite again due to the good price.
