Messaging for getting in was prompt. Very nice accommodations in a very nice location.

I booked the room for 3 nights. Nice hotel - location is in the city center! Very kind and friendly stuff! My room was really nice, with modern and clean bathroom, clean and fresh sheets and comfy bed! Excellent! 10/10

I stayed here with my friends in early September 2022. Because of the Formula 1 in Zandvoort, the hotels were very expensive, but this hotel delivered no value for that money! We paid 1600 euros for two nights. Then you think you are getting something good. The pictures are attractive, the surface seems ok, as well as the facilities, but unbelievably, what a disappoin**ent this was. Very strange impersonal reception. You walk straight into the hotel. There is no security or anything, even though it is right in the centre. That seems nice, but in practice it is very noisy. It was also very noisy inside the hotel. There were not even windows in the rooms. There was a small Dyson fan that did not have enough capacity to keep the room cool. Moreover, it always went out after a few minutes. To make matters worse, it was not very clean. We didn't sleep a wink. One of our friends left for The Hague after the first night. I really think that you should not rent out a room like that. That is why I am posting this review. It is overpriced, dirty, hot and expensive. Don't do it!

I had a very pleasant stay here. I came here to study for a very important exam. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. All important places such as a supermarket and a *****tore are located nearby the hotel! Also the contact with the owner was good. Now I am here for a second time.

I like this hotel very much! The location is just perfect - in the city center! clean, cozy room with a nice bathroom! highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again! Also very friendly stuff!

Great place to stay to appreciate the city of Haarleem.

Très bien placé à 1 minute de la place centrale. Tout se fait à pied, c'est calme. Mais il n'y a qu'un puits de lumière dans la chambre, pas de fenêtre pour voir l'extérieur. C'est horrible. Pas de possibilité d'occulter le jour si qqu'un dort dans le lit superposé. C'est nul. Et ça n'est pas un appartement hôtel, il y a juste un grand frigo congélateur mais pas de coin cuisine, pas de plaque, pas de four à micro-ondes, juste 1 bouilloire. Bref, c'est une chambre moche, sinistre, avec un congélateur ! Pas de table de nuit pour poser ses affaires à côté du lit 2 places car la pièce est trop étroite ! Les prises sont mal placées. Pas de réception, pas de possibilité de garder les bagages. Les autres appartements sont peut-être mieux, mais l'escalier est abrupte pour y accéder. Le ménage n'a pas été fait non plus le deuxième jour. En conclusion, en dehors de la localisation, rien de positif et c'est une chambre basique avec un grand frigo congélateur, pas un appartement. Le lavabo n'est même pas adapté pour remplir la bouilloire...

Prima appartement op een mooie centrale locatie. Enige minpuntje waren de bedden, de matras is aan vervanging toe. Verder niets dan lof. Bedankt voor het verblijf.

Beste mensen, afgelopen week waren we te gast in dit hotel. Was een hele bijzondere ervaring. Ik begrijp helemaal niks van de positieve reviews. Toen we aankwamen lagen er twee junks in het voorportaal waar iedereen zo maar naar binnen kan. Uiteindelijk gingen ze na aandringen weg. Toen ik aanbelde rond 15.10 uur waren de kamers nog niet klaar. Ik kreeg een grote mond toen ik er wat van zei (check-in tijd 15u). Uiteindelijk konden we rond 15.45 uur pas naar binnen. Wat we aantroffen was echt niet ok. De badkamer was echt echt niet goed schoon gemaakt. Haren in de douche, sporen in de toiletpot. Het bed zakt door. Er is echt heel veel rumoer van de binnenstad. De gordijnen laten licht door. Hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. De volgende dag meldden we onze klacht en toen werd er gezegd dat we dat meteen hadden moeten doen. En of we voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rang wilden zitten. En dat terwijl er echt goedkopere (en dus ook betere) opties zijn. Toen we aangaven dat we een slechte recensie op Booking wilden plaatsen, werden ze opeens poeslief. We raden dit hotel echt af! Geen value for money en er onaardige mensen.
