Hotel a Haarlem, Paesi Bassi

Mi sono accolto bene. Mi spiace che la comunicazione con Trip fosse andata male, ma hanno gestito bene. Bella posizione vicino al centro e parcheggio vicino. Bella camera con WiFi gratuita e buona TV. Solo la colazione mi piace molto per quello che ho ricevuto.

Questo hotel è un ottimo hotel con facile accesso ad Amsterdam. Abbiamo viaggiato su RNet bus dall'aeroporto di Schipol direttamente all'hotel. La stazione ferroviaria lungo la piazza dall'hotel vi dà accesso a Amsterdam a 30 minuti. Anche grande accesso a Haarlem una bella città una mini versione di Amsterdam senza le folle. Le camere sono pulite e moderne. Il personale è molto utile e gioioso. Ci siamo trasferiti molto relax 3 notti qui. L'unica cosa negativa che il colazione caldo ha fatto la bacona e il salsa deve essere mantenuto caldo è stato freddo e sulle piastre fredde non è grande.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Haarlem, a good 35-minute walk to the central square. There is very little around it in terms of shops or cafes or restaurants. So calling it ”Haarlem City” is a bit of a stretch! It is a 12-minute walk (through a nice residential area) to Bloemendaal train station, which makes it quite easy to get to Amsterdam. Haarlem's main train station is about a 25-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and good size. But (and this is a big but!) the hotel was built right next to a big sports centre and if your room faces north it will block your window as it is literally in front of it. This is a really poor design choice, it makes affected rooms feel claustrophobic. This is something the hotel should make clear at the time of booking. Parking in front of the hotel costs 7.5 Euros per night. Given its non-central location, you would expect parking to be free. So mixed feelings overall. Nice and spacious rooms, but the issues I mentioned above detract from the overall experience and value for money.

Stopped for breakfast before my appointment in Haarlem. Bus stops are directly before the hotel (you'll see grocerystore and a gas station) but you will need to walk to main traffic lights a few mminutes away (go to right when facing restaurant windows) and then turn left to get to main hotel entrance & parking - hotel is surrounded by a sort of moat. Thank you for the walking adventure Van der Valk😆 Once inside you can get to restaurant a floor above via escalator. Greeted by host - confusion over confirmmed reservation as it was not immediately visible. Quickly found and cleared up. My reservation was 08:30am on a Friday. Not really busy at this timme. Lots of window searing available. Huge windows so even if not directly seated ( on opposide across) you still have a ”window view”. Staff member clearing tables was off the bat -first to give greeting and friendly short banter. Breakfast buffet is unbelieavably i***ressive with a mmind boggling array: good coffees, juices, smmoothies and mmore than your standard buffet offerings. On top of this -fried eggs, omelets being prepared by cook station. Sparkling wine included if that is your thing. Sure is mmine!!! A fantastic deal for €18,50 per person! I was able to catch up with Anoushka -meeting & events staff!!! A wonderful and esteemed colleague - we worked together a few years back at a co***etiror hotel. So this in particular mmade mmy visit even mmore special! I can absolutely reccommend Restaurant Van der Valk in Haarlem as a goid deal for breakfast. As I go back and forth to Haarkem frequentky -I will mmake it a point to stop in mmore often - breakfat and lunch. Don't mmiss out!!!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno 3-day/2-night a Haarlem. Siamo stati consigliati a Haarlem invece di Amsterdam da un amico e questo non avrebbe potuto essere una scelta migliore. La città era bella con i suoi caffè, negozi e ristoranti. L'hotel era un 12 su 10! Ottima posizione nella città di Haarlem, 10 minuti a piedi da autobus o stazione ferroviaria. Ci siamo chiesti una stanza dal piano superiore, più tranquillo. Abbiamo una bella stanza dal piano superiore. Sì, abbiamo sentito le campane della chiesa, ma non importava. La stanza era pulita, aveva una finestra luminosa e una piccola finestra aperta. Spazioso, buoni letti e bella bagno con un tubo. Le scale che portavano all'hotel così bella non ho mai visto. Il colazione era perfetta. Ampiamente selezionato, tranquillo, e in generale bellissimo spazio con arte in ogni parte delle pareti.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador City Center hotel in Haarlem. The location is perfectly situated near restaurants, shops, historical landmarks, and the canals. The customer service was fabulous. We had planned to stay for 4 nights, but unexpectedly stayed for 5 nights due to a rare summer storm. Without hesitation, the staff booked us another night. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Donna for all of your time and your calm and positive demeanor. Highly recommend!!

The location is in a quiet area with easy access to areas of tourist interest. Very comfortable room with facilities and administrative services of a high-quality level. Appreciate the kindness and promptness of the service staff of the hotel restaurant. I will come back with pleasure every time I visit Haarlem.

Vivevano pochi giorni a Harlem e si trovavano all'hotel Carillon, nel Grand Market. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, poiché la piazza del mercato è attraente e storicamente interessante. E' dove la maggior parte delle persone in zona si riuniscono per socializzare, quindi ci sono molti posti per mangiare, bere e negozi. Tuttavia, l'hotel stesso è deludente. Non c'è una ricezione adeguata. Per prenotare in voi è necessario chiamare al ristorante che vi accompagna, dove uno dei bar staff si occuperà del lavoro di carta e poi vi fornisce una fattura per la tassa turistica! Sebbene mi renda conto che l’hotel non è responsabile di questo onere e che è sotto l’autorità locale, mi dispiace ancora di rinunciare a un’estorsione aperta.La nostra stanza era al top di due scenari, il più profondo che abbia mai incontrato. E anche se era pulito, era anche un po' scorretto. Le elettriche erano molto Heath Robinson’ e non c’erano strutture diverse da una televisione che non funzionava. I letti erano inconfortabili e le pareti sottili abbastanza sottili da sentire chi si stava sdraiando e crollando intorno alla stanza successiva fino all'inizio dell'ora. Non potevi aprire completamente la porta del doccia, perché il lavandino era in viaggio e dovevi essere un contortionista per usare il bagno.
