Hotel con palestra a Key West

È stato un soggiorno molto bello! L'hotel è molto centrale e ha tre piscine. Due di loro erano più occupati di coppie. L'hotel era pulito e mantenuto!

Ci ha aiutato ad aggiornare il modello di camera e il ristorante del servizio è buono.L'hotel può vedere il tramonto 🌄

La camera era un po' piccola. Ho scelto una camera con vista mare, ma in realtà è separata dal mare da una strada principale (South 1), piuttosto distante dalla spiaggia, e il traffico era rumoroso. La camera con vista piscina era più tranquilla, poiché aveva una piscina interna privata con un ambiente più gradevole. L'hotel ha continuato ad abbassare il prezzo dopo la mia prenotazione, anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione gratuita, il che è stato molto frustrante. Mi hanno addebitato un supplemento per un pacchetto vacanza durante il mio soggiorno e la conferma dell'hotel mostrava solo una voce di spesa, ma le spese effettive alla partenza non erano coerenti con la conferma, lasciandomi incerto sui termini e le condizioni.

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

È troppo lontano dalla zona principale, anche se c’è una navetta in città. Tutte le nostre vestiti si sono sciogliete a vapore dopo solo 4 giorni di essere lì. La stanza si sentiva molto a vapore il letto soprattutto. La piscina è ok, ma sono sicuro che si scontrasse per ottenere un letto solare in alta stagione. La spiaggia è bella in tutta la strada, ma i letti solari sono redditizi da una società $$$

Hôtel très acceuillant, pack offert avec cookie, bouteille eau et gourde à l’arrivée, réceptionniste sympathique parlant français. Espace piscine et bar/restaurant très appréciable. Repas et cocktail goûtu. Navette gratuite pour le centre ville toutes les heures. Recommande fortement cet hôtel 😉

Bel posto. Ottima posizione. Personale amichevole. Camera confortevole. Il parcheggio NON è incluso. Sono un po' seccato perché non ho trovato nulla al riguardo quando ho prenotato la stanza. Ho anche chiamato e lasciato un messaggio sulla linea della portineria chiedendo informazioni sul parcheggio, ma non sono mai stato richiamato.

L'hotel era grande, pulito e con tutto il necessario. La principale osservazione riguarda la mancanza di chiarezza da parte di Trip e l'hotel sui costi aggiuntivi: il parcheggio dei valet è ”obbligo”, poiché l'hotel non permette agli ospiti di parcheggiare in modo autonomo, il che viene a un costo (nascosto) di 50 dollari al giorno più le tasse. Il manager non l'ha detto quando abbiamo chiesto il grande deposito che avevano preso sulla nostra carta di credito.

Questo tipo di camera non può essere richiesto. Una piccola finestra si trova intorno al corridoio, e la finestra è completamente priva di privacy se non si tira bene

Non è male. La grande porta della stanza è la spiaggia. In generale, il suono è isolato. La porta è pulita la mattina e apri la porta direttamente. In generale, va bene.
