Hotel con colazione a Key West

Nice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day. Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious. Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

La posizione è fantastica al parrot verde e non sentite il rumore della festa sulla strada. Buona stanza di dimensioni e piccolo patio carino- ma l'ac ha solo soffiato l'aria come un fan e non ha abbassato il tempo. Modo troppo umido e non poteva dormire bene. La situazione del colazione non era buona. I gruppi chiedono tutte le 3 tavole con articoli personali e dovrete aspettare. Lavora se non ci siete per lavoro. Ho fatto saltare la testa al cuoco in cucina per dire ”ciao ci sono altri due” e mi ha fatto saltare la testa dicendo che non vedevi che altri aspettavano? lol. Quindi è stato un processo lento, che ha finito per prendere alimenti fuori.

Das Hotel habe ich anstatt eines in Key West selber gewählt, weil es einen Shuttle Service ins Zentrum anbietet und einen größeren Pool hat. Jedoch war dieser an unserem Abend ausgebucht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und 3 Busse ziehen lassen. Der Shuttle zurück war ebenso voll. Wir sind extra den langen Weg zum Treffpunkt zurückgegangen, und dann vor unserer Nase ohne uns weg. Wer nur 1-2 Tage bleibt, hat also Pech. Das Zimmer war ultrasunkel aber groß. Die Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber sehr wohl und zwar unmittelbar. Es sind große Flzgzeuge und die fliegen alle 20 min. Ansonsten okay. Von dem Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten, Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag in der Lobby

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

La camera era un po' piccola. Ho scelto una camera con vista mare, ma in realtà è separata dal mare da una strada principale (South 1), piuttosto distante dalla spiaggia, e il traffico era rumoroso. La camera con vista piscina era più tranquilla, poiché aveva una piscina interna privata con un ambiente più gradevole. L'hotel ha continuato ad abbassare il prezzo dopo la mia prenotazione, anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione gratuita, il che è stato molto frustrante. Mi hanno addebitato un supplemento per un pacchetto vacanza durante il mio soggiorno e la conferma dell'hotel mostrava solo una voce di spesa, ma le spese effettive alla partenza non erano coerenti con la conferma, lasciandomi incerto sui termini e le condizioni.

Hôtel très acceuillant, pack offert avec cookie, bouteille eau et gourde à l’arrivée, réceptionniste sympathique parlant français. Espace piscine et bar/restaurant très appréciable. Repas et cocktail goûtu. Navette gratuite pour le centre ville toutes les heures. Recommande fortement cet hôtel 😉

Geweldig! Wat een leuk hotel! Entree ziet er geweldig uit, mooie Cubaanse sfeer. Het ruikt er heerlijk. Personeel is ontzettend aardig. Prachtig zwembad met een aantal leguanen als bewoners. Mooie schone grote kamers, goede bedden. Resort toeslag, maar daar krijg je het volgende voor: Gratis parkeren Pendelbus naar Duval street Dagelijkse schoonmaak 2 welkomst drankjes bij de buitenbar Elke dag 2 flesjes water op de kamer Handdoeken, zonnebrand, water bij het zwembad 12.00 uur smoothie 14.00 uur jello-shots 16.00-18.00 uur snacks (Churro's!) We hadden 3 nachten geboekt, maar vonden het zo leuk dat we een paar nachten hebben bijgeboekt. Wij komen absoluut terug!!

Bel posto. Ottima posizione. Personale amichevole. Camera confortevole. Il parcheggio NON è incluso. Sono un po' seccato perché non ho trovato nulla al riguardo quando ho prenotato la stanza. Ho anche chiamato e lasciato un messaggio sulla linea della portineria chiedendo informazioni sul parcheggio, ma non sono mai stato richiamato.

Un grande hotel, molto confortevole. Ci sono tutti gli intrattenimenti e le vicinanze, ma l'hotel stesso non è rumoroso.  Buona colazione, ci sono ore felici di sera con vino, formaggio e snack.  Se non c'è abbastanza spazio per imballare intorno all'hotel, in pochi quartieri si può parcheggiare per 15 dollari al giorno.  Dalle nuvole - un aria condizionata rumorosa nella stanza e una piscina sporca (molte foglie).

La posizione dell'hotel è molto di qualità, le strutture e l'ambiente sono buoni.I letti sono puliti e confortevoli, il tipico colazione americana del mattino, e si siede fuori e godetevi lentamente.Vale la pena andare!
