UUtente ospiteIl processo di check-in è fluido e piacevole. Rin, l'addetto alla reception del check-in è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci piacciono i suoi dolci sorrisi sul viso.
La colazione nella caffetteria offre una varietà di cibi gustosi. Tutto il personale è cordiale e pronto a essere al vostro servizio.
Il personale della spiaggia e della piscina è altrettanto disponibile e porta sempre un grande sorriso sulle labbra.
L'hotel è così bello e rilassante che siamo rimasti all'interno per tutti i 5 giorni e non abbiamo lasciato la struttura tranne una sera per mangiare fuori, tanto per cambiare. L'unico feedback ”negativo” è la selezione limitata di cibo all'interno dell'hotel. La scelta limitata è compensata, ancora una volta, dalla cordialità del personale di sala.

JJasonChanjjLa stanza è ancora molto buona nel suo complesso. Il suo stile globale è ancora più raro nel Land. Inoltre, l'hotel è davvero lontano da Puggie. Dopo tutto, sull'isola, ha la sua auto-consegna veloce, ma oltre le 7:45 di notte, pagherai la tua auto-consegna veloce (1000 t) e poi 25 km dal porto di Ao Po a Xiaoxie (1000 t) sono inconvenienti per abbandonare prenotazioni. In altre parole, non c'è un servizio cinese. A mio parere, è semplice dire che non si chiama servizio cinese.Il ristorante non è ricco, il menu è un grande problema, non c'è un quadro cinese, così tanti cinesi sono venuti a qualche parola di spezie rari, suggerendo di migliorare! E'diverso che sei uscito sull'isola una volta. Perche'non fai del cibo un po'divertente?Anche un po'divertente?Aggiungi le strutture di gioco sul mare? Non c'è nessuna struttura di giochi marini da fare...Il spa è davvero molto comune, non può essere comparato nemmeno in strada. Non può essere chiamato hotel di acquacoltura?Se vuoi acquacoltura, devi fare il spa?Non è molto consigliabile, tranne il paesaggio!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi al Noku Hotel a Phuket e il ricordo di questo soggiorno resterà sicuramente tra i più belli dei nostri viaggi.
Io e mio marito Giorgio cercavamo un posto dove rilassarci davvero, immersi nella natura, e qui abbiamo trovato esattamente quello che desideravamo. L’atmosfera dell’hotel è speciale: elegante ma allo stesso tempo molto accogliente, con spazi curati e una vista splendida dall’alto di tutta Chalong.
La camera era bellissima, spaziosa e molto pulita. Ogni mattina svegliarsi con quel panorama green è stato un piccolo momento di felicità. Anche la piscina è fantastica, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il silenzio e la tranquillità del luogo.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti durante tutto il soggiorno.
È uno di quei posti in cui ti senti bene e da cui parti con la voglia di tornare. Se torneremo a Phuket, sicuramente questo hotel sarà di nuovo la nostra scelta.

UUtente ospiteConsiglio vivamente questo hotel. Inizialmente avevo visto che aveva un punteggio di 4,2, ma l'ho prenotato con riluttanza a causa della camera familiare. All'arrivo, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. La hall è spaziosa, con molti posti a sedere e un leggero profumo. Siamo stati accolti con un succo di benvenuto all'arrivo (e di nuovo al check-out). La reception è stata incredibilmente cordiale e, a sorpresa, ci ha fatto l'upgrade a una suite familiare con vista sull'oceano. Appena entrati, siamo rimasti senza parole. La camera era incredibilmente spaziosa, con due camere da letto, due balconi, un ampio soggiorno e un ampio bagno. Sia il soggiorno che il balcone avevano vista sull'oceano. La pulizia e i servizi erano eccellenti. Soprattutto, non c'era odore di muffa, solo una leggera fragranza (non l'avevo notato prima, dato che il secondo hotel in cui ho soggiornato aveva un forte odore di muffa, che si è subito percepito). La piscina è nella media e la spiaggia è proprio dall'altra parte della strada, a un minuto a piedi. La colazione era abbondante e la folla era perfetta, quindi non c'è stata attesa per un tavolo. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e un taxi per il mercato notturno di Jungceylon costa 128 baht. L'unico inconveniente è che la camera con vista mare è vicina alla strada e a volte si sente il rumore del traffico a tarda notte. Tuttavia, eravamo stanchi e abbiamo dormito profondamente fino a tardi, quindi non ci ha dato fastidio. Se tutto fosse stato perfetto, non avremmo pagato questo prezzo. Mi pento davvero di aver prenotato questo hotel solo per una notte a Phuket; la successiva a Kata è stata molto peggio. Avresti potuto rimanere a Patong tutta la notte e, se volevi andare a Kata, avresti potuto semplicemente prendere un taxi. Non c'è bisogno di rimanere a Kata.

UUtente ospiteThe location is very good. Its close enough to the beach that you can take the private boat shuttle or walk without meeting to be tired. The swimming pools are connected to each other and its a very unique experience. We got the loft style room and the children really enjoyed the upstairs. Included a small kitchen with a refrigerator and some cooking utensils which allowed us to have access to good food. There are decent restaurant and seven eleven but they require a fifteen to twenty minute walk. There is one limited tops store slightly closer. The breakfast quality was not so good although their options were diverse. The normal restaurant food quality was not so good and very expensive. The actual cleaning workers and people on the ground were very nice, but the overall organization of the staff and the ability to get feedback was quite limited. Exceptional Stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket – Already Planning to Return
My recent stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was fast and warm, with cold towels and a welcome drink that hit the spot after a long flight.
Room & Views: We stayed in a King Bed Ocean View room and the name doesn’t do it justice. Waking up to that panoramic view of Kamala Bay every morning was unreal. Room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was impeccable — always thoughtful touches like turning down the room and leaving local treats.
Facilities: The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is the highlight. Stunning at sunset. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa was a must-try. We did the Thai massage and walked out completely recharged. Beach access is easy with the resort’s shuttle, and they set up loungers + towels for you.
Food: Breakfast at The Lounge was a standout — huge variety of Western, Thai, and Indian options, plus made-to-order stations. Don’t miss the roti and fresh tropical fruit. We also had dinner at The Camp — great vibe, live music, and the grilled seafood platter was perfect.
Service: This is where Hyatt Regency Phuket really shines. The staff remember your name, your preferences, and go out of their way without being asked. Special shoutout to [add name if you have one] at the pool bar and the front desk team for helping us arrange island tours last-minute.
Location: Tucked on the hillside in Kamala, it’s peaceful and private but still 5 min to Kamala Beach and 20 min to Patong if you want nightlife. The free shuttle made getting around easy
Overall: 10/10. Luxury, views, and service that actually feels personal. We came for relaxation and left already planning our next trip back.
Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone wanting a bit of calm without being isolated.

JJessy ♥️Scuola nuova e pulita, il personale si prende cura di te. E' nel vicolo. Non vicino alla strada Ci sono molte stanze da ospitare. Ci sono anche tour, molti stranieri e una varietà di colazione. All'inizio ho informato che stavo chiedendo un letto matrimoniale, ma si è rivelato essere un letto singolo. Ho informato il personale e hanno spostato il letto e ci hanno messo un coprimaterasso per trasformarlo rapidamente in un letto grande è pulito, con asciugacapelli, sapone, shampoo, articoli da toeletta e pantofole.
Lo svantaggio è che il flusso d'acqua non è molto forte, ma non è male e c'è solo un piccolo parcheggio.

I had an amazing stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Beach Phuket! The resort was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool was huge and so much fun — definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Their kids club was awesome too, spacious with lots of activities that kept the kids entertained and happy.
Overall, everything was smooth, enjoyable, and beyond expectations. Truly a great place for families. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

SSarahJhNon avrei potuto chiedere un miglior alloggio. La mia stanza e la mia vista erano eccellenti. Il personale è più che utile e il bus gratuito è brillante. May sulla ricezione è stato sorprendente. La cena è davvero buona e il colazione gratis che si è sprecato per la scelta. Ho fatto un giro di sollevamento del sole, che è gratuito, con Tiki. Era duro andare, ma valeva ogni passo. Tiki era sorprendente e guardava per me stesso inadatto ogni passo. Avrei fortemente raccomandato questo hotel, mi sentivo rilassato e ripristinato e non dovevo andare. 11/10.

UUtente anonimothe trip and the location was fine and great. Seen many great review, but only to be deluded by it. On first hand experience personally only can give an honest review after i've booked it myself, exterior of the accomodations looks good, but after we checked in and got into the room the interior of the hotel looks horrible.

our first night we slept our body was itchy and been nonstop since next day and informed them to change the bedsheet and the issue was resolved. but then
floor tiles were cracked and broken throughout the room and the window for the window view was not cleaned. Not sure if its because i booked for the partial sea view hence the service of cleanliness wasnt there and as compared to the full sea view room. Though the bathtub by the window of the sea view was really quite good even for just the ”partial sea view”. managed to get some instaworthy photos. also quite a few things have happened. Our power trip on our second last day of stay. their service were great i went down showering halfway with my bathrobe to inform them that the power in the room trip all the electrical were out. They did do a room replacement for us informing us that they will fix our room in the morning while we were being temporarily upgraded to a better room but have to move it back to our own room before 2pm as there will be next customer coming, they handed the key over to us after the power issued was resolved and informed that is it still persist or tripped we can just use the key. but we never used it. but during our last day of stay we utilized the swimming pool facilities on the roof, it was fine and great also quite instaworthy shot. but after we swam in the pool like for good few hour we came back, to only saw them raided our room to repair the facilities without informing us despite we have not place any sign of ”please make up my room” or ”please do not disturb” even tho we were given the sign but we prefer not have our room disturb in the state we left it. but we came back and saw everything was move our belongings and all. i understanding that room service exist but we did not utilize it again, as my wife and i have the habit to self clean the room we stay in so will hardly call for any room service.
Actually i myself have came to phuket for the 3rd time and wasnt quite happy with the accomodations, as i know a hotel that my spouse and i have been staying on which is near the airport and the hotel is a ”2 star hotel” with a 3-4 star standards such as cleanliness and all. but never have we been raided, we just felt uneasy after staying here with a series of unfortunate encounters. was expecting minimumly a balcony or some place that me and my spouse can wash and dry out clothes, but nah uh. not sure if this is an actual 3star hotel after what we encounter, tho the staff seems friendly no offence.
had a bad experience, but booked it yourself to witness first hand experience. seeing just review can be deceiving and not most travel guru are latest updated.
when we had this series of encounter we did actually wanted to booked and the first & second time hotel we used to stay, but we decided to give them a chance for redemption. but they outdone themselves to be honest, everything was great but only they seems to put more effort into more professional like manner. raiding our room to fix your property is not a professional like manner imo.
