Hotel con palestra a Belgrado

Il personale era gentile colazione era deliziosa.Le camere erano pulite e piacevolmente, ma si poteva sentire facilmente persone dalle altre camere che erano sgradevoli

Удобное местоположение гостиницы, достойные завтраки с вкусными свежевыжатыми соками, персонал приветливый за исключением высокого с плотным телосложением работника на ресепшен с бородой на ресепшен (слева), который при регистрации нахамил и повышал голос.

We were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

Ho sentito che è l'unica famiglia di cinque stelle a Belgrado. Non so se la stanza è grande, il letto è molto morbido e comodo. La stanza è prenota presto, la colazione è buona, ci sono stazioni di bus sotto, e il bus è molto conveniente, perché il bus a Belgrado è gratuito. L'unica cosa non è buona è che l'inglese è abbastanza per usare un po'di problemi. Quando incontro l'inglese buono è OK, l'inglese cattivo è anche un bel paragone.In generale, è buono, perché vengo in viaggio, non c'è nessuna piscina di bar, spero di avere una possibilita' la prossima volta.

L'ingresso ha un odore speciale, non piace molto alla gente, e il primo momento è un po'inconveniente. Ma sono dotate di finestre che possono essere aperte e possono introdurre aria fresca.L'insieme è pulito e pulito, letti e lavastoviglie non sono sporchi. Il colazione è leggermente semplice, e il gusto non è in linea con le preferenze personali. Il ricevimento è in inglese, e i piccoli problemi di feedback sono trattati in tempo utile. La temperatura dell'aria condizionata ha un intervallo fisso predefinito che non può essere regolato al di fuori di esso.È possibile che per alcuni ospiti la temperatura sia un po'bassa. L'accento è: questo hotel è un hotel in cui sono stato negli ultimi anni, non ho mai visto, non dotato di interfaccia USB, e si suggerisce di rimanere in un convertitore di energia pre-servato.Se davvero dimenticate, c'è un posto disponibile vicino all'hotel. Ci sono molti bus a porte dell'hotel (Belgrado è gratuito per l'autobus).Le attrazioni di Belgrado sono più concentrate e possono andare molto.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per qualche giorno. Voglio sottolineare separatamente tre punti di forza: 1. Personale. Questa è la dignità principale dell'hotel! Al respiratorio, sempre incontrato con un sorriso, rispose rapidamente a tutte le domande.E' evidente che le persone amano davvero il loro lavoro e curare gli ospiti. Grazie per l'ospitalità e l'atteggiamento attento! 2.Colazione. È solo una grande scelta: ci sono entrambi uova/omeleti, verdure fresche, e formaggi di qualità, salsicce, pasticceria.  3. Camera. In camera (camera doppia standard) c'era tutto quello che avete bisogno: comodo letto, vestiti puliti, bagno moderno, doccia buona. Tutto l'attrezzatura (insegnante, macchina del caffè) funzionava bene. Pulizia e ordinazione a cinque. Nessuna denuncia. La posizione è anche molto conveniente - in passo-passo accesso alle visione. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel e sono felice di rimanere qui la prossima volta! Grazie per un piacevole riposo!

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, it is clean and breakfast is good with a variety of choices. There is a gym you can use anytime, you just need to ask for the key at the reception. Rooms are small (economy in the adjacent building) but comfortable, I would only suggest they add a kettle for tea/coffee.

Изначально пришел по адресу, подошел на ресепшен где мне дали ватсап человека который перенаправил меня на другой адрес. На почту до заселения мне не отвечали, в ватсапе по прибытию отвечали быстро. Апартаменты удобные, все нужное есть внутри. Но у меня просили больше денег, чем было написано в брони, пришлось разбираться с поддержкой трип.ком и владельцем в чате ватсап. В последний день пробивания сошлись на сумме которая прописана в брони. Отопление было плохое в начале апреля 2025. Никаких принадлежностей для уборки комнаты не было.
