NNR05Pros:
1. The front desk staff was very good and friendly. He listened to my requests carefully and made sure they were granted.
2. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting 3–4 people. There were plenty of compartments and switches, soundproof walls, and a smart TV (great for connecting a laptop and streaming content), though ASTRO was also available.
3. The location is highly convenient — directly connected to Paradigm Mall. You just go down to floor CC and turn left, and you’re there.
Cons:
1. The air-conditioning took a very long time to cool. Even at 18°C, it stayed underwhelming for almost an hour. We reported it, and the technician came quickly, which was appreciated. However, the issue still persisted until much later when we returned to the room.
2. Room service was extremely expensive, with prices ranging from RM40 to over RM100 for a relatively simple menu.
3. Breakfast was disappointing. While there was variety (local and western dishes like cauliflower cheese, charcuterie, rendang, sambal, Indian selections, and roti canai), many dishes were overly salty, heavy, and unbalanced. Even the roti canai was very hard.
4. Parking was a real letdown. The hotel lift is on the opposite side, forcing us to cross through the motorcycle area, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, the crossing point is right next to the entry gate, adding to the risk.
Overall:
The stay had its good points ,especially the friendly front desk service, spacious room, and direct mall access, but was held back by underwhelming facilities like the air-conditioning, overpriced room service, poor breakfast, and problematic parking. With some improvements, this hotel could deliver a much better guest experience.

JJ.oshcDa quando sono entrato, mi sentivo un senso immediato di conforto e di calore.Lo spazio non era solo pulito e con pensiero decorato, ma aveva un charme personale e confortevole che lo faceva sentire molto più di un posto per rimanere.
Tutto era esattamente come si diceva, se non meglio, le strutture erano a posto, il letto era incredibilmente comodo, e l'atmosfera rendeva facile rilassarsi e rilassare. Che mi piacesse un caffè mattina tranquillo o mi spogliassi dopo un lungo giorno, questo posto mi offriva il perfetto ritiro.
L'ospite era anche fantastica, gentile e veramente accogliente.La loro attenzione al dettaglio e la loro pensiero ha davvero sollevato l'esperienza.
Se cerchi un soggiorno che congiunga comfort, cura e un vero senso di pace, mi ritroverò in un battito cardiaco.

La più soddisfatta e in movimento è la reception di due sorelle. So che la nostra lingua non è ancora in grado di guidare. Insegnaci con entusiasmo e ci dà anche un'auto.

LLim HaleemHo avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'hotel Sheraton Petaling Jaya. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben mantenuta classico conforto Sheraton. Il letto era particolarmente confortevole, assicurando un buon riposo notturno.
Il servizio dal desk front e concierge è stato amichevole ed efficiente. L'ispezione e l'ispezione sono stati semplici. Ho apprezzato anche il parcheggio sicuro e l'accesso diretto agli alloggi dell'hotel.
Situato in modo appropriato, l'hotel è ben situato per affari e divertimenti, con facile accesso a Kuala Lumpur e nei locali vicini.
In generale, una scelta affidabile per un soggiorno confortevole a Petaling Jaya. Lo consiglierei, soprattutto per i viaggiatori di business o una corta distanza da città.

TTommyyyMy stay at Napzbox was a pleasant one. Everything here feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
If there’s one small drawback, it would be the bathroom setup — the toilet and shower are combined in one space, so a separate area might have been more convenient.
Overall, it’s a perfect stay for comfort and value.

CCloe88Prenotata Premier Room per 3 adulti, tra cui colazione. La camera è spaziosa con 1 letto re e divano. Quindi, bisogna chiedere piumini, tovagliolo e tovagliolo. Il personale è amichevole e utile per le domande. Parcheggio gratuito a L3 con TnG - chiedi loro dove e come parcheggiare. Lafayette non fa niente, solo perché la diffusione è limitata.

First room – toilet basin had water blockage.
Requested a room change – second room had trash in the bin and dusty bed.
Had to buy Febreze from Bila-Bila Mart to make it bearable.
Hotel provides new amenities, which is good.
But overall, poor maintenance and weak management.
Stayed 3 nights – saw many guests checking in and out, but upkeep doesn’t match the traffic.
Checkout was uncomfortable – had to wait for the lift twice.
Both times it was full of groups of male foreigners talking loudly. Felt uneasy.
This place has potential, but management needs serious improvement.

UUtente ospiteUpon check in a staff by the name of Shaffiq attended to us with friendliness, warmth and grace. We were upgraded to an executive club room from a club room. The room was very spacious but the sofa and chairs in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sitting on them. They were too deep and had no back support.
The mini bar was not replenished daily. The full set of towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to call for replacement. I think the efficiency of the housekeeping has to be improved, although they always brought whatever we requested over the phone very quickly. The point is, if they had done their job properly we would not have to call them to bring us the towels etc.
There should be more varieties of food for breakfast. We stayed for 1 week and the choices never changed. You should really have a rotation of choice of food. The pillows were, although made of natural materials, were too large and high. I coul not get support for my neck and did not have a good sleep for the duration of my stay.
Apart from that, the staff, from the door man, reception, restaurants, housekeeping were all excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and rooms were good, too. I would come back to the hotel but the thought of sleeping with the pillows supplied, is keeping me away.

DdyhxIt's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp.
Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower.
Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good.
The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

-Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture
-The condo is newly build so everything is new
-Free parking at basement
-Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter
-kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided
Cons:
-only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39)
-floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor
-swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason
-lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time
-quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car
=Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.
