Un nuovo hotel con strutture relativamente nuove e un buon ambiente circostante.
Il prodotto principale di AC è un boutique express hotel con uno splendido scenario che ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ma è tutt'altro che sofisticato.
La camera è piccola. Se desiderate prenotare una camera con letto matrimoniale, è meglio confermare con l'hotel la dimensione del letto, che sia di 1,8 o 1,5 metri.
Se sei alto, devi verificare con l'hotel e prendere nota della tipologia di camera. Abbiamo prenotato due camere per questo viaggio. Una è al centro dell'hotel e ha una tipologia di camera normale mansarda ed è particolarmente ostile alle persone alte e ai bambini.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel, anche se ci sono state due piccole pecche: 1. La sedia in stanza non era stata evidentemente pulita, in quanto abbiamo trovato briciole di clienti precedenti 2. La ventola del riscaldamento nel silenzio della notte si sentiva parecchio. Siamo comunque riusciti a sorvolare su entrambi i punti perché il resto della camera era molto pulito e di notte non abbiamo problemi a dormire, anche con rumori. Per il resto tutto bene, buona la colazione con scelte dolci e salate. Positivo il fatto che hanno anche latte di avena e mandorla, per gli intolleranti al lattosio come me. Il personale è super cortese e disponibile. L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione. La stanza piccola, ma confortevole. Ci torneremmo.

Hotel is great and the stay was comfortable. It's quite convenient to walk to the bus station as well at the train station. The room is clean however the toilet shower doesn't has a door and the water slashes out causing whole toilet to become wet after shower. The hotel do provide bottled water in room and has a restaurant on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and overall stay experience was amazing.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. La nostra stanza era sul pavimento e aveva un grande spazio. La decorazione era un po 'datato ma molto comoda, e il bagno è stato certamente migliorato e grande.
Il colazione è stile buffet e era bello e fresco - servizio rapido - buon prodotto anche - così bene ho pulito la mia piastra!
Il parco auto era completamente pieno, quindi doveva aspettare un po', finché non si poteva trovare uno spazio.

L'hotel si trova in centro a Inverness e sulle rive del fiume Ness dove si può fare una bellissima passeggiata. Il personale in reception è molto disponibile. Le stanze sono grandi e ben curate. Colazione abbondante dolce e salato. Abbiamo fatto anche la cena in albergo dove avevi una scelta tra tre piatti per antipasto, main course e dolce. Piatti nella media la sala in cui si fa colazione e cena è molto grande e all'interno dell'albergo c'è anche un bel bar dove si può stare in relax. Bella la piscina ma per mancanza di tempo non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Consigliato!

UUtente ospiteIl servizio e il personale sono stati eccezionali e caldi. Le camere erano belle e pulite. Quando abbiamo bisogno di aiuto, il personale era sempre molto gentile, caldo e utile. Hanno davvero creato un'impressione così meravigliosa e noi consigliamo solo Ness Walk a chiunque visiti Inverness.

UUtente ospiteJust a quick overnight stop. Hotel prices in Inverness have become silly. HIE had a good room available at a fair price. With a good breakfast - cooked and continental - included, you can't really go wrong.
Friendly check in, everything you need in the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

UUtente ospiteGood hotel but, for their regular double room, over priced. The Glen Mhor is basically a collection of former B&B establishments which have been taken over and redeveloped. This means that the majority of rooms are in neighbouring buildings so a bit of a walk is involved! I have stayed here before and each time found myself in a small double room. They are clean, well decorated and fine for an overnight stay. On the downside, they tend to be so small that there is no room for a chair or workspace. This time around we opted for the breakfast package. The restaurant was right at the opposite end of the complex but the walk along to it was pleasant. The breakfast itself was excellent. Staff were incredibly attentive and the range of food on offer was very good.
Would I stay again? That would depend on the package on offer. I wouldn't opt for a 'room only' given the small size - there are plenty Premier Inns around which, to be fair, are of an equal, if not higher standard to the standard double rooms at Glen Mhor. Location is excellent for the city centre and depending when you travel, there is plenty parking available.

AALEXD26One of the best hotels is stayed during my visit for a wedding. The welcome was very warm and the room was spotless. The staff were very helpful and kind. A special thanks for the receptionist/housekeeper who checked me in and the breakfast waitress, since they both made feel at home and very safe (as I was a solo traveler). Very close to the city center as well, only 10' on foot.

JJimmyLa posizione è molto conveniente per tutto. Al di là della stazione ferroviaria, così tanti taxi lì. Lobby è bello. Vedi molti cani all'interno dell'hotel. Se sei più di 100 kg, sarà difficile fare una doccia. Così piccolo. Il colazione continentale è poorly done.

UUtente ospiteTutti i servizi erano molto carini e amichevoli. La camera era bella e pulita, anche se l'hotel è un po' stanco guardando. La doccia non aveva acqua calda, che era un dolore! La colazione era media ma stile buffet e abbondanza. Il colazione potrebbe essere facilmente migliorato con un pane migliore per il tostapane, non le cose economiche! Il cibo e le bevande erano abbastanza calde e deliziose. Per il prezzo, mi aspettavo un colazione più classico.

Non c'è ascensore all'hotel, solo per trasportare i bagagli al piano di sopra.
L'hotel è auto-assicurato.
All'inizio, gli errori di password devono essere trattati con il telefono cliente per gestire il problema di password per aprire la porta.
Ma il problema è stato risolto presto.
