The room is spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that, at first, we got a room with a double bed despite booking a family room on Trip.com. When I asked the reception staff, she said there was no family room per se in the building, and in the booking that they had, it didn't say that I wanted a family room or how many people would be sleeping in the room. For them, a family room is a room with a double bed and an extra bed. The staff managed to change our room to one with an extra bed ready, so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel was what I expected. Clean, cheap and organised. Super easy and quick check in and check out process. Supermarkets nearby. Perfect for those who just want to spend the night. I would stay again and I recommend it.

In a quiet area away from city centre. Staff were excellent and I had no problems.

Poiché è il posto peggiore in cui abbia soggiornato, sicuramente non è un Premier Inn. Non c'era personale sulla scrivania per ottenere le chiavi magnetiche e ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 15:00 dopo che sono riusciti a spingerla fuori dalla sedia in ufficio. Quindi finalmente siamo riusciti a far entrare le chiavi magnetiche nella stanza e alla piastra che tiene la serratura mancava una vite. Sono andato nella stanza e la stufa nella stanza era sull'impostazione della cottura. Poi ho provato a configurare il WiFi che è Virgin Media 🤦🏻‍♂️ e non sono riuscito a farlo funzionare sul mio firestick, quindi nessun film da guardare di notte Ohh e anche il riscaldamento si accende da solo di notte, quindi ti svegli presto ore del mattino pensando che ti stai cucinando come un pollo. Il letto e i cuscini sono così scomodi che probabilmente ho dormito 10-11 ore da sabato a lunedì. Sicuramente non userò più Travel Lodge

Room prepared by Janet, and cleaned very well. Hotel clean, and all good. Beeping noise outside I'm guessing from the golf course all night on this occasion but booked for in a few days time so hopefully something faulty and fixed by then....

Stayed here for 1 night last week for a work meeting just outside Inverness. Hotel seems to be undergoing a refurbishment but despite the works there was no noise or dust. Scottish lady on check in was very friendly and helpful and room was very clean. If returning to Inverness later in year will ask to stay in this one again

So lost my deposit. Due to health reasons. Ashame would love to get a nice trip away... maybe next time travel lodge

A lovely warm welcome from Dominika and fantastically clean room done by Miri! A great base for staying at if you are travelling around Inverness or to/from the Airport. Has a lovely pub near by which does great food and has a big Asda just a walk away. Would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the receptionist who was Polish, was very helpful and friendly, even setting up an extra bed for us.

The leaflet for the food outlets contained outdated and totally wrong information regarding acceptance of dogs in outlets. The morning staff chased after us with an item left behind in the room so a big thumbs up for her.

Basic hotel on the outskirts of Inverness. The rooms are pleasant but lacking of decent views from the rooms. Nearest bus stop is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a shopping centre along with a Tesco's supermarket in close proximity.
