Hotel eccellente, ottima posizione, personale cordiale, direttamente collegato al Terminal 3 dell'aeroporto del Cairo. Le camere sono molto pulite e arredate in stile moderno. Dispone di un ristorante cinese che offre un'ottima cucina cinese.

L'hotel ha un bellissimo ambiente, le camere sono pulite e le strutture sono confortevoli. La colazione è ricca. La prossima volta sceglierò di soggiornare qui.

Avevo un soggiorno incredibile in questo hotel. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale era incredibilmente benvenuto e professionale. La stanza era senza spot, spaziosa e molto confortevole, con bella attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione è perfetta, vicino a tutto ancora tranquillo. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni. Mi sentivo davvero rilassato e curato per tutta la mia permanenza. Mi consiglierei molto questo hotel e non posso aspettare di tornare.

L'ambiente, le camere, il ristorante e il servizio erano tutti eccellenti. Inizialmente non avevamo prenotato la colazione perché eravamo preoccupati di partire presto, ma alla reception ci hanno detto che era disponibile dalle 6:00 alle 12:00, quindi abbiamo deciso di anticiparla. Il personale della reception ci ha detto che la colazione sarebbe stata fantastica, ed è stata davvero molto abbondante: la migliore colazione che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro viaggio in Egitto. Il parcheggio costava 350 sterline egiziane al giorno, ed era disponibile il servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna auto, il che è stato molto comodo. Abbiamo cenato in hotel ogni giorno; c'erano molti ristoranti in loco, con un'ampia scelta. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The hotel needs to up their game, I was allocated a room at check in which had already been occupied by another guest, you could imagine the surprise of myself and the guest when I tried to open the room at midnight. The reception gave me an upgrade, but the room wasn’t very clean it had stains in a lot of places, packaging of the tooth brush look like they date from the times of the Pharaoh.
