Hotel con palestra a Protaras

A beautiful hotel, lovely accessories in the room , attentive staff and a gorgeous view. Only down side was that the ac wasn’t working but they gave us a fan

Grande hotel. Molto tranquillo. Ben situato. Vicino a Protaras e alle sue spiagge (dove si può camminare) ma dove si evita la folla! Lontano dai complessi di massa. Crisate davanti all'hotel dove si può fare il bagno. Passeggiata davanti all'hotel. Parcheggio dell'hotel gratuito. Mini frigorifero nella camera che è piena di bevanda (gratuito) quando arriva (riempito una volta per tutta la durata). 2 piccole bottiglie d'acqua al giorno sono depositate nella stanza e 2 piccoli cioccolatini alla fine del giorno (che è apprezzabile). Ferro e piastra da ripassare gratuitamente su richiesta. Safety safe in camera. Nessun canale TV francese, ma la possibilità di collegare il suo account Netflix alla TV. Vicino a 15 minuti in auto da Cap Greco. Molto bella decorazione. Ho avuto la fortuna di essere sovraclassato con vista sulla piscina. Personale affascinante (in particolare la donna bionda a casa - che ringrazio vivamente - che ha fatto tutto per farmi avere un pranzo a mio agio il giorno della mia partenza alle 5.30 del mattino).. 2 dipendenti parlano francese (che aiuta). Non è necessario prendere una tovagliola da piscina. L'hotel vi fornirà (/presterà )una per il vostro soggiorno. Matelas di spiaggia attribuito alla vostra arrivo secondo la vostra convenienza (puoi cambiare), evitando di dover prenotare i contratti. Ho apprezzato la calma dell'hotel. Ci sentiamo bene, sarei felice di tornare e consiglio di non esitare.

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

Il 2-4 ottobre 2026 siamo rimasti all'hotel per celebrare il compleanno di nostra figlia. L'hotel ha molte buone qualità, ma purtroppo non posso dire che lo consiglio in questo momento. I positivi: il personale era meraviglioso gentile, amichevole e veramente piacevole alla reception, nei ristoranti e nei bar. Per il compleanno di nostra figlia, i biscotti e il vino spogliato sono stati gentilemente messi nel nostro frigorifero. L'hotel dispone di belle viste, bellissime terrazze verdi, spaziose camere con cucina, materassi confortevoli e ottimo letto, nonché una navetta alla spiaggia, attività di giornata, intrattenimento serale e una buona varietà di cibo. Purtroppo, la pulizia e la manutenzione della stanza sono stati deludenti. Il bagno della nostra stanza era in fuga, così l'acqua si raccolse sul pavimento dopo l'uso. Il sabato mattina l'ho rimosso con il bagno e l'ho lasciata sul pavimento. Quando siamo tornati dopo colazione, la stessa mattina bagnata e sporca era stata semplicemente appesa sulla partizione del doccia di vetro invece di essere sostituita. Anche le tolette non profumavano fresche, e mi facevano dubitare della loro pulizia, anche se il letto era senza spot. Ho trovato anche sporco tra il bacino e il bagno, insieme a una spider’s nest e a grande spider. Non abbiamo paura di spider, ma questo non è qualcosa che si aspetta in un hotel 4-star che costa più di €300 per notte. Un'altra questione sgradevole è stata la tavola del ristorante principale, molte piastre avevano residui bianchi e strisce e sembravano molto sporche. Io ho detto questo al personale, ma lo stesso problema rimase al colazione sia sabato che domenica. Questa è la nostra seconda permanenza in un hotel da questa catena, e purtroppo anche la seconda volta abbiamo avuto problemi con la condizionamento della stanza o la pulizia. Si prega di prestare maggiore attenzione alle norme di custodia, alla formazione del personale e alla manutenzione delle camere, che influiscono seriamente sull'impressione generale di un hotel altrimenti molto piacevole.

Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

Sono rimasto qui per una settimana e sono andato oggi. Il personale era carino e la costruzione è bella e moderna, ma ogni volta che siamo nella nostra stanza, potevamo sentire tutti nelle loro stanze. C'era qualcuno che gridava al suo partner per qualche ora, e poi penso che se ne sia andato e che siano entrati nuovi. Abbiamo anche visto un cazzo di cane nel corridoio e sotto è una foto di salsicce rosa che abbiamo avuto al colazione. Non vale il denaro. Molto deluso quando abbiamo speso un sacco di denaro per essere li'

Comfy sunbeds. We had use of a room to change and shower as our flight was late night, also this was complimentary. Food very nice.

Il personale è stato molto attento, le camere da piscina e le aree comuni sono molto impressionanti,  La cena era buona, la palestra è di base ma ben attrezzata, la posizione è vicino al trasporto pubblico, ma un po 'distante dal centro di protaras/aiya napa Ci sono anche una bella spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel

Nice hotel Location 5 stars on the beach Good facilities!!!

La posizione era fantastica, si può raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Protaras. L'insonorizzazione è un problema, si sentono le pulizie al mattino ecc. La camera era molto bella, il letto era comodo e anche ristrutturata.
