Hotel con palestra a Protaras

Blue Ivy è un hotel molto bello con una grande posizione nella zona di Protara. Lo consiglio principalmente per le famiglie. Ha una piscina per adulti e una piscina per bambini. La piscina per adulti è bella, ma mi aspettavo un po' più grande per la dimensione dell'hotel ... Il ristorante è esattamente vicino alla piscina per adulti e è molto decente. La colazione è meravigliosa e il personale è super bello. In generale ho avuto una buona esperienza.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Uno straordinario soggiorno all'Oasis Sunrise Abbiamo appena avuto il soggiorno più incredibile a Oasis Sunrise. Tutti i membri del personale sono stati così amichevoli, attenti e veramente impegnati a rendere la nostra vacanza speciale. Dall’equipaggio del ristorante, che manteneva tutto inspotto e le piastrelle di pulizia così efficienti, al personale di intrattenimento e di bar che ha reso l’esperienza davvero inoltrabile, non potevamo chiedere di più. Il cibo è stato uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto in un hotel, con così tanta varietà e costantemente alta qualità. Oltre a un grande cibo all'hotel, vi dà anche la possibilità di cenare fuori dall'hotel due volte durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti, a una scelta di 4 ristoranti diversi sul ***** che è stato a circa 5 minuti a piedi, Abbiamo visitato il ristorante asiatico di Lemongrass e il ristorante italiano di Marcello e il cibo in entrambi questi ristoranti erano davvero di alta qualità e il personale era ancora bellissimo Anche se ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato era meraviglioso, vorremmo dare una menzione speciale a pochi che si sono davvero espressi: • Nisan e Roy al bar principale – sono sempre così benvenuti, attenti e pieno di energia. • Raj al bar piscina – servizio brillante e una presenza così amichevole. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids' disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy alla reception – sempre felice, utile e felice di aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. L'intera squadra di Oasis Sunrise ha fatto una nostra vacanza per ricordare. Non possiamo ringraziarli abbastanza e consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque cerca un fantastico, accogliente e divertente soggiorno.

Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Questo è il nostro terzo anno di vacanza con questo hotel.In generale siamo soddisfatti dell'alloggio e delle strutture che l'hotel offre.Le cose sono professionali e gentili.Il brunch ha una varietà di cose per tutti i gusti, Anche se le pasticce non sono la migliore qualità.La cena del ristorante principale (antaeus) è molto buona e deliziosa.Uno dei disavanzi dell'hotel sono le camere, alcune camere non sono ristrutturate in modo che questo è una cosa che può essere migliorata.Infine la cosa migliore in L'hotel è la piscina, è abbastanza grande e ci sono abbastanza letti da sole intorno alla piscina.

Sono rimasto qui per una settimana e sono andato oggi. Il personale era carino e la costruzione è bella e moderna, ma ogni volta che siamo nella nostra stanza, potevamo sentire tutti nelle loro stanze. C'era qualcuno che gridava al suo partner per qualche ora, e poi penso che se ne sia andato e che siano entrati nuovi. Abbiamo anche visto un cazzo di cane nel corridoio e sotto è una foto di salsicce rosa che abbiamo avuto al colazione. Non vale il denaro. Molto deluso quando abbiamo speso un sacco di denaro per essere li'

La nostra stanza era situata, e quindi abbiamo sentito i bar molto rumorosi ogni notte. La maggior parte dei bar erano karaoke o azioni di tributo con i clienti cantando insieme, così anche con la porta balcone chiusa si poteva sentirlo come se fossi là!!Personalmente non mi piacevano i letti solari che erano sull'erba, ottenere piedi disgustosi e letti solari. A causa delle persone che entrano e escono dalla piscina, si inizia a ottenere patch muti. Le ombre del sole non sono mobili e i letti del sole sono abbastanza pacchetti in una stanza così poco per spostare il letto del sole nell'ombra. La cena era grande. Il personale del bar è molto amichevole. Gli ascensori sono troppo piccoli per un hotel così grande, quindi siete in attesa di un ascensore. Abbiamo finito sulla spiaggia per la maggior parte dei giorni, bella spiaggia pulita. È economico ottenere letti solari per il giorno.
