Un ottimo soggiorno in tutti gli aspetti. Cibo delizioso, un servizio veramente grande, hotel pulito. Check-out tardi gratis e scrivere ora godere del mio tè con la migliore vista dal balcone della mia stanza. Certamente tornando!

We love Fig Tree Bay. We have visited for several years, always admiring the King Jason and its setting from the boardwalk. We booked a holiday here in September into October. The King Jason didn’t disappoint. The welcome on arrival was very friendly as were all of the staff throughout our stay without exception. The hotel and rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The food was very good, we were consistently impressed with the choice and quality. All staff deserve a special mention for their effort, their quality of service and their friendliness. We will definitely return. Thank you to all at the King Jason for making our stay the best ever at Fig Tree Bay.

Se cercate un vero 5 stelle non lo trovate qui. Andate all'Anassa o all'Asimina Suite. Questo è un buon albergo, adult only, quasi nuovo, abbastanza tranquillo. La cosa peggiore è la gestione delle camere: in una settimana abbiamo avuto quasi un problema al giorno: un volta manca l'asciugamano grande, una volta quello piccolo, una volta il tappetino, una volta c'è un tappetino in più al posto di un asciugamano, una volta c'è un tappetino tutto sbrindellato... Il top con le lenzuola: dopo 6 notti con le stesse lenzuola (pensavamo per motivi ecologici) l'ultimo giorno le hanno cambiate per farci dormire una sola notte: altro che ecologia, questa è sciatta disorganizzazione. I letti venivano fatti alla veloce, tirando su lenzuola e coperte e se dimenticavi un fazzoletto tra le lenzuola lo ritrovavi la sera nello stesso posto. Anche la pulizia (in camera) lascia a desiderare. La stanza comunque è bella, ampia, luminosa e ben attrezzata (smart TV, caffettiera Lavazza, bollitore, frigo rifornito giornalmente di acqua, cioccolatini serali) con un bel terrazzino con splendida vista mare, dotato di stenditoio, poltroncine e tavolino; anche il bagno è bello ed ampio, con 2 lavabi e doccia walk-in (senza bidet). Ottima dotazione di prodotti. Nonostante l'albergo sia nuovo le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente tutto. Il ristorante (buffet serale) è assai buono, abbastanza vario (con pesci e carne, molte verdure e ottimi dolci) anche se un po' ripetitivo. C'è la possibilità di cenare, senza supplemento, in un altro ristorante della stessa catena: abbiamo provato quello greco, deludente. Ottima anche la colazione (buffet). All'esterno una enorme piscina, un'altra più fonda (con una bellissima parete di vetro) oltre a quella condivisa delle suites a pian terreno. Tutto molto pulito, con molto spazio per i lettini, anche su un più fresco prato. Si sceglie una postazione di lettini+ombrellone e la si mantiene per tutto il soggiorno. Ottima cosa. Alla spiaggia (non privata) si accede da una discesa in terra o da una scala di una ventina di gradini. È splendida ma molto piccola, con poca sabbia, ciotoli, rocce. Opportune le scarpette. In giugno molto affollata la domenica, temo che in luglio/agosto sia affollatissima sempre. L'acqua è spettacolare, limpida e pulita. Ottimo il wifi. Il personale è molto gentile, cordiale ed efficiente (a parte la cameriera delle camere, di rara inefficienza) . Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole nonostante le defaillances nella gestione della camera.

The Hotel Location is fantastic. The hotel was spotless , all staff lovely and they did everything they could to help make our holiday five star which they succeeded in doing. We booked bed and breakfast then upgraded when we saw how good the food was. Food very good and Chefs do everything to try satisfy you. Sometimes when very busy you may need to wait a couple of minutes if you want freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. One of our family has a wheat allergy so we informed the chefs who prepared some gluten free food for them. Next time id probably email the hotel first to find out the options of gluten free food available for peace of mind. If you need gluten free food give the chefs or reception some notice so you can eat at the same time as your family etc. The choice of local restaurants you could use as part of the evening meal deal gave us great variation at a fair price. 5 nights food for the price of 4. The organisation should be very proud of the 5 star standards all the staff work hard to keep up. This hotel seemed to have a quieter atmosphere than its adjoining sister hotel the Sunrise beach . So if with children there seemed to be more activity at the Sunrise beach at the time we were there in first week of October. Both amazing hotels and you wont be dissapointed.

This hotel is lovely, it was very clean, the room was good with everything that was needed including robes and slippers. Lovely high powered shower. We had twin beds pushed together with separate bedding but wanted one bed with one set of bedding. We requested this after our first night and it was sorted that day without bother. The food in all of the restaurants and buffet was always good, only once had lasagne in the Italian which had pretty much no meat in it but apart from that you could not fault any of it. The staff were really nice, especially Charlotta who greeted everyone with a huge smile, she was especially helpful and friendly a real asset to the hotel. We stayed on half board basis which we would probably change to B&B on any return visit only because the drinks at the hotel are pretty steep, much cheaper to drink in the bars and restaurants on the *****. We like wine with our meals and found it very expensive having it with our meals in the evenings. Location for night time entertainment was great literally on the doorstep. The beach at fig tree bay which the hotel is situated on is just lovely, soft sand from beach right through walking down through the water to swim, play games or do water sports. Beautiful clear sea, as good as we have found in the Maldives just perfect. Would recommend definitely

Just spent a week at the Protaras Plaza, loved every minute of my stay, hotel is excellent, all the staff from management down were, kind, courteous, friendly and helpful throughout my visit they could not do enough for you, i was half board and enjoyed the breakfast and evening meals, the rooms are extremely clean and the maids came in every day to make the beds and change the towels, the pool area is well kept and i had no trouble getting a sun lounger, i tried the revolving bar on the roof one night and although they don't sell beer up there they do have shorts and cocktails, the hotel is situated at the quiet end of the ***** so no problems with noise, all in all i would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again, 10 out of 10.

The only positive is a natural crystal clear sea and a gentle sandy beach, which is not an achievement of a hotel. The hotel is large and grand, but has an average range of food, very old fashioned , unfriendly and disinterested staff (whom don’t seem to interact with each other?) The reception - is not friendly and will go out of their way of not helping you. Most of SUN LOUNGES and Parasols are so old, wooden and broken, which can make them hazardous to the unwary! Rooms are very dated and shabby ( 3* hotel max), the bathrooms are mouldy and rusty, old and worn towel and bedding ( with wholes) , the safe is CHARGEABLE! Evening entertainment is very poor and laughable. The hotel is relying on the location and pay no attention to customer service or improving their experience. If it was in a different location and didn’t have a lovely beach on its doorstep, the hotel would go out of business. Look elsewhere in the area for a better hotel and value for money!
