Hotel con palestra a Shaoxing

This was our very first time in Shaoxing and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Beautiful location, comfortable room and incredible staff. The breakfast was always very good, with a variety of choices and occasionally offering a buffet style breakfast. The front desk staff was so helpful, assisting us with communicating with the airport and airlines to retrieve our delayed luggage. As foreigners struggling with a language barrier we were so grateful. The staff was also more than accommodating for any requests we had (borrowing a heater, restaurant recommendations, etc.) We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shaoxing.

I recently completed my 2nd stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, the Assistant Manager kindly provided a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Floor room with a beautiful lake view, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service throughout my stay was flawless. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight cigarette smell, as it appeared to have previously been occupied by a smoker. I informed the reception team, and they handled the situation immediately. Within 5 minutes, they arranged a room change, and the issue was completely resolved. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the 45th floor restaurant. The buffet offers an extensive selection of both Western and Chinese options, with something to suit every taste. There was a wide variety of fresh breads, croissants, cereals, dim sum, a noodle station, fresh fruits, and many traditional Chinese breakfast dishes. The spread was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The hotel is located a little farther from the city center and some attractions. However, this was not an issue for me, as ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. Most of my business meetings were conveniently held in the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor, which offers excellent views and a comfortable atmosphere. Wanda Plaza is also only about 10 minutes away by car, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. The service was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shaoxing and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Shaoxing.

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Excellent Stay at ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I highly recommend ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or pleasure. The blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service makes it a standout choice.

I was initially sceptical when I read over 5,000 positive reviews on this hotel, as many of them had been upgraded. However, we truly had a great time. The facility is amazing, and we stayed in building 8, which is closed to the dining area. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. The dinner buffet costs RMB 138 on weekdays and 158 on weekends. The food was great, and there was a lot of seafood to choose from. The hotel is quite close to tourist attractions, but be aware that taxis can be quite expensive. They can cost RMB 50 or more compared to the DIDI taxi . So, it’s best to order a taxi via DIDI or online rather than catching one on the street or in front of the hotel. One place you must visit is Xu Shui Ancient City, which is the most well-documented museum in Shaoxing. It’s a walking distance away and free to visit.  All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We extended three nights more , and will definitely stay this hotel in the future.

Venite a vedere l'hotel prenotato per la performance.Pensavo che la guancia fosse occupata dalla terra, non pensavo che l'impianto hardware fosse molto buono e molto comodo.Il colazione è anche molto ricco e il mattino raro non è difficile da mangiare. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My checkout was originally at 12 p.m., but since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., I asked at the reception if I could stay in my room until 2 p.m. It was no problem at all. Afterwards, I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby. After a few hours of exploring the city, I came back to the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance, there was complimentary coffee and tea for guests, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee there. I stayed at the hotel until around 6 p.m. and felt very comfortable the entire time. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was quite large, but it was mostly local-style food. It would be great if there were more Western or international options for guests. There is a beautiful lake near the hotel. Overall, my stay was very pleasant – a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely stay here again!

過年來嵊州旅遊，客觀的説，酒店地理位置不錯，離越秀路和古城牆東前街步行就能到，房間設施衞生都還不錯，但是，重點來了： 1.入住的時候前台給了兩張卡，一張是房卡，一張是取電卡。但是不巧，給我們的取電卡是失效的，導致我們誤把房卡插上取電，出門的時候帶了失效的取電卡。回房間的時候，開了門幾次不行 ，這是一女性服務員，過來看了後，帶着説教的口吻説：這是取電卡，你們拿着取電卡，開一天，這門也打不開的。***!後來她用萬能門卡打開後，發現取電卡確實失效，給我們換了張。這個説教的態度…，大家自行腦補。2.酒店有大型的餐飲宴席，樓面一半是餐飲包房，一半是客房，還有卡拉OK，房間的隔音啊😱，啥曲目聽得一清二楚，夜夜笙歌。所以，如果節假日要來的，大家考慮清楚吧，停車難，環境嘈雜。上述真實客觀評價，供大家參考。

La ragione principale per scegliere qui è la quinta vacanza. Nel hotel con piscina, il suo rapporto di prezzo è il più alto ～ La piscina è esterna. Arriva al piano superiore e deve essere chiusa per arrivare al primo piano. Ma il bagno e il bagno sono tutti sotto, è molto scomodo, e l'acqua della piscina è ancora un po' fredda ～ La camera della piccola casa di famiglia è OK, il letto grande è anche molto ampio, e il paesaggio che si guarda fuori dalla finestra è confortevole!Ma nel bagno, i denti sono messi in un paio di cucchiai di carta igienica, e c'è mezzo volume.Questo...Il prezzo della casa dell'hotel vacanze è più del raddoppio, questo è il servizio? Quando prendo qualcosa al piano di sotto e rispondo alla domanda con la reception, l'atteggiamento del personale mi dà la sensazione che non c'è problema, e'che ti mando. Non c'è nemmeno una frase di scusa, e' davvero inaccettabile!

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
