Hotel con palestra a Kashgar

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e abbiamo trovato l'hotel molto comodo, pulito, spazioso. Il personale era tutto utile e amichevole. Abbiamo conosciuto il manager e il personale che poteva parlare cantone, che ci ha reso più facile da HK comunicare. Il nostro ufficio è stato guidato dal direttore in un ristorante vicino, benvenuto in un'ottima piastra di frutta e noci fresche, e la colazione è stata sufficiente con noodles freschi, più altri piatti caldi. Si noti che inizia dalle 8:00, che può essere considerato tardi rispetto ad altri hotel, ma perché Xinjiang è davvero due ore indietro dal resto della Cina, ma devono seguire il tempo di Pechino. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole all'Hotel Radisson a Kashi. E' stato particolarmente bello stare in un piano superiore, che ci ha dato un grande vantaggio sulla città e ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Un vero e proprio accento del nostro soggiorno fu salutato da Henry, un concierge incredibilmente gentile e conosciuto; era caldo, accogliente, e aveva un piacevole disegno; ci fece sentire benvenuti subito e era estremamente utile per tutto il nostro soggiorno. La cosa più evidente era come ci ha aiutato a ottenere le autorizzazioni necessarie per andare sulla Taklamakan Highway, che potrebbe essere stato un processo stressante, ma Henry lo ha fatto sentire tranquillo e gestibile con il suo professionalismo, la pazienza e la conoscenza locale. Il buffet è stato anche molto piacevole, con una buona varietà di cibi cinesi e occidentali, tra cui alcuni piatti locali Xinjiang, che apprezziamo davvero. In generale, questo è stato un bel soggiorno fatto ancora meglio dalla vista della città, il colazione e l’ospitalità eccezionale di Henry. The hotel is excellently located near the tower and the Water Gate of the Ancient Town. The hotel is part of a Jiu Long (Nine Dragons) commercial space so some restaurants and convenience stores are close by. My room was comfortable and had everything I need. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A few nicks to pick: Every time I put my key into the room slot both the semi shear curtain and the blackout curtain opened simultaneously, and I have to close the semi sheer curtain to preserve privacy since my room looked into another hotel room across the alley. The Xiao Kai automation didn't seem to actually do anything. I was told the breakfast buffet opened at 8:30, but some days it opened earlier. I went at 9 one day and we were actually out of white rice gruel - interesting for China. The dining area was too crowded when a tour group moves through and the kitchen can't seem to replace the food quickly enough.

The location is great in the middle route along Han Bazaar. But you will have to walk in a distance from the main entrance. It could be difficult to reach or exit if it was crowded. My wife had a medical emergency due to an allergy with the food, she was swelling and difficulty in breathing. We had difficulty getting her out or asking for an ambulance to come in. Fortunately, we had the correct medication ourselves. We slowly and uncomfortablely walk to the main entrance to get a taxi to the No 1. hospital. I hope the hotel could work with the local authorities Police or Fire department to plan an emergency evacuation route out of the bazaar to reach the hospital ASAP. People with health issues or health risks should be reconsidered. Until a proper protocol is established. Overall, it's a great place to stay. We were just unfortunate to be struck with food allergies.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the hotel was amazing, and the breakfast was very good. Although the staff did not speak much English, we were still able to communicate well through WeChat. I would recommend that the hotel creates a WeChat contact on Trip.com (messages) customers after the booking is confirmed. This would make communication about arrival times and questions much easier. I also ate in the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the night market, where there is a dance performance every evening, as well as kiosks where you can buy food and souvenirs. I also booked a trip through the hotel, and it was amazing. My driver was very kind, drove safely, and showed me the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
