環境：酒店的環境都還可以
衞生：衞生沒有做到位，馬桶區域的地上還有上一任客户留下的一團頭髮
設施：智能設備不成熟，喊了好幾次都沒能按指令完成；跟在點評區裏説的一樣，按了睡眠模式全屋燈光熄滅的情況下，晚上起來路過廊道區廁所的燈會突然亮起還需要手動去關閉；酒店介紹界面寫着有冰箱，實際沒有
服務：經常出差入住過酒店也很多，這家也算是處理突**況較為差勁的，開了有小半年的連鎖酒店，基本的服務意識都沒有，因為出差，需要有一個舒適的休息環境，訂房前就特地備註：需要安靜的房間，入住午休時，就聽到隔壁的聊天聲以及很大電視聲，當時沒太在意，直到晚上10點準備睡覺的時候，就聽到房間很大的震動咚咚咚的聲，原以為又是隔壁看電視的聲音，結果發現窗户後面有一家KTV，很強的節奏聲，第一時間聯繫前台，對方説先去跟KTV交涉一下，看能不能減小音量，還安排人員上來確認是否真實有這個聲音存在才給換房間，跟前台電話時我本人女性溝通的，結果沒有第一時間安排女性的客房人員上來，而是安排一名男性的保安來解決問題，這麼大的酒店，連客房人員都沒有？保安能做客房的工作？保安表示覺得不滿意房間是可以更換的，如果要換要求我們立刻收東西去新的房間（雖然語氣是友好的，但讓人非常不舒服）大概率是前台人員要求他必須等我們完成換房後拿回舊房卡才能走，整個操作非常讓人無語，最終再三要求下，讓他先下樓給點時間我們收拾行李，換房完成再來取原房卡。換了同户型對面的房間，新的房間除了窗外酒店燈帶壞了一晚上閃個不停以外，是非常安靜的。下面的道路也衹是酒店的內部停車通道，所以我不明白，為什麼有安靜的房間沒有第一時間給安排，而是安排了後面晚上會有KTV的房間，着實想不明白，直至早上8點退房時也沒有酒店人員就這件事道歉，而是下午兩點多鐘後才電話説以後再住可以升級，等人走了才想起解決，真的差勁

Ho pagato un extra di 100 RMB per un abbonamento di tre mesi e mi hanno fatto un upgrade di stanza... ma la vista notturna non era niente di speciale. Mi piace lo stile d'arredamento dell'Orange Hotel, la pulizia era soddisfacente e la colazione era passabile. La posizione è eccellente e il parcheggio è molto grande. È comodo per mangiare, c'è un hotpot con base di congee proprio sotto, ed è anche facile per i bambini andare al parco giochi lì sotto.

AAllemunI booked a suite at the Mercure but was unable to check in at 1:30 pm as planned. The front desk staff explained apologetically that the hotel had been full the previous night and the rooms were still being cleaned. We were advised to leave our luggage with the concierge and wait for a message on WeChat when the room was ready.
By 3:30 pm, we returned to check again. When I asked a staff member about my room, she said it was still not ready. We waited by the counter while the three staff on duty chatted among themselves instead of assisting guests. After another 30 minutes, I followed up. At that point, they asked my name and I was finally given the room key.
The hotel has only one slow lift serving Mercure guests. Another lift for the private residences can be used, but access requires crossing to another wing from the ground floor.
Service quality was inconsistent. One morning, I called ahead to request that the room not be cleaned but asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and bottled water to be left outside the door instead. Although the staff acknowledged this request, I returned in the evening to find the room cleaned and no supplies provided.
On another occasion, the toilet became clogged late at night. When I called the front desk at 11:30 pm, I was told housekeeping had ended for the day and would only resume at 9 am. The staff advised me to use the public restrooms on level 1 in the meantime. Unfortunately, when I came back to the room the next afternoon around 3 pm, the toilet was still clogged and the room hadn’t been serviced.
Overall, the hotel’s location is convenient and breakfast reasonably tasty (though with a limited selection). However, the front desk service and housekeeping standards fall short of expectations for a property under the Mercure brand.

NNigel LippardSpent 7 days here - the Hotel has a great location right next to the vibrant Wanda Plaza. Its housed on the upper floors of an office block lobby on 31/F and is well designed and comfortable. It has all the basics of a 5* Hotel but lacks the special service touch you expect. Rooms are large, super quiet and very clean. Water pressure excellent. Spectacular views and a top quality bed/mattress add to the stay. Biggest downside would be the air quality from A/C - smoking in the building is always an issue but the system really struggles to keep air healthy. It was also very difficult to get a steady temperature but not impossible, Staff were friendly Laundry was good - it was great value and we enjoyed our stay - thank you 🙏

UUtente ospiteConvenient location; less than 10 mins drive from Guangzhou Nan High Speed Rail station / Guangzhou Metro No. 2 line Shibi Station. Plus a tram station right outside the hotel. Florentia Village, an outlet and restaurants complex 15 mins walk from the hotel.
Hotel manager, Konky and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Pleasant stay for our family holiday to explore Foshan and Guangzhou city indeed.

TTinchmanSe volete visitare il centro espositivo internazionale Meiju di Foshan, questo hotel è proprio in periferia, in una posizione molto comoda. Proprio accanto c'è un ristorante che serve cucina dell'Hunan e molti altri piccoli ristoranti. La colazione a buffet è buona ma non eccezionale, sufficiente a soddisfare la fame mattutina. La camera è pulita e ancora nuovissima. Ho prenotato due letti matrimoniali e il bagno è molto pratico. Il bagno è esterno, mentre la doccia e il WC hanno cabine separate, quindi due persone possono usare il bagno contemporaneamente, a differenza dei bagni tradizionali in cui tutto è nella stessa stanza, quindi bisogna aspettare che il compagno di stanza abbia finito prima di poterlo usare. Prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo qui.

UUtente ospiteFoshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!!
We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances.
Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT!
1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!!
Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la…
2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive.
3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person.
4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only.
5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper.
6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak.
7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool)
8. Steam and sauna access.
And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅
With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too..
If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.
