Non assuming place from outside but surreal experience inside with great ambience and world class food options.Chef Prateek and his team were wonderful in offering a good spread of breakfast options that were sumptuous.The kulcha matar with ghee tadka was awesome 🙌.Thank you to all the servers who were so accomodative and took personal interest in ensuring everyone was taken care, great team 👍

I stayed at the plams town & country clun from 12th April - 14th April. I had the worst stay experience ever. The staff is rude , unhospitable and have delayed services. My 6 year old niece was unwell & hungry at night , the in room dining refused to make anything out of the menu for the kid (the menu is far cry from being kid friendly menu ). They just wanted to make money hence forced me to order egg chicken burger but refused to make simple boiled egg. They even refused to give plain milk as it was not mentioned in the in room dining menu & they have to adhere the menu strictly. Never heard this kind of rules in a hotel business - that too for a kid . They mention themselves as 4 star property but their should be ranked 2 star The Security at the main gate of the reception is so rude, in real kicked my uber drivers car to move it away from the main enterance . The staff has no ***ners to be in hospitality business. they need to be sent to hotel service induction program. I stayed in the premium Rooms , the towels provided are dirty unclean and old . Other than the reception and coffee shop There is no hygine outside the rooms. the food is average , the room service is over priced , unhealthy and extremely delayed. The wi fi network also doesnt work properly in rooms. Everything else can be excused but denying a ill child basic food is uacceptable. I even escaleted this matter but no one cared . I am writing my geniune review and my stay can be checked and verified Sabina

Le varietà di buffet sono molto lavico sia nel colazione che nel pranzo Love per soggiornare in questo hotel ogni volta. Non mi aspettavo un servizio così buono, il personale del ristorante era amichevole e utile.A differenza di altri hotel qui, hanno assegnato una tavola per voi, quindi non dovete preoccuparsi di avere il vostro tavolo occupato durante le ore di colazione occupate. Le camere erano pulite e io avevo un piacevole soggiorno!

Radisson hotel in Udyog Vihar is a decent stay place in Gurgaon. Vinod kumar, Vijay Pal, Dipanshu were good in keeping our rooms clean. Found the rooms comfortable and spacious. Since I have been on the business stay, could not explore other amenities.
