Buon servizio, abbiamo vissuto nel 1407, accogliente personale, camera è molto pulita. Grande posizione, vicino al parco. bambini amichevoli.

Place was nice and spacious. Shower was great. Though the heater couldn't be turned on for long it made noises. You can book a private guide from the reception. There was an in house costume store. Seems like you can wear costumes for free?, but they didn't explain it to us. the place is near to a mall which has haidilao. There is also a 24 foot massage place along the path to the mall and a famous almond store. Do try their almond drink it is delicious! I Don't eat beef, but the lamb noodle store along that stretch was also nice. The location is perfect for 1 day in chengde.

We ordered two different rooms in two days and it was the second room. On first day we had pretty good impression. It was clean and there was all amenities. We booked different rooms because of the sea-view. But this room has no sea view. Also there was opened half bottle of water in our room from previous people and there was only 2 bath towel for 4 of us. They don't communicate in english, so we didn't complain. That was the second day experience. Location is convenient if you plan to spend your day near Bohai sea.

Booked on friends’ recommendation and it did not disappoint! This is our first time in this region and first time ever in a ski resort and it has been a very pleasant and memorable experience. The hotel is in the heart of the ski resort from where dining options and shops are easily accessible. The Family Room is of decent size for 3 people (myself and two teenagers) and had all the usual amenities. Bidets are not typical in the country so don’t expect to see one here. Breakfast came with my booking and we got to try the typical food for this time of day. No Western breakfast available from the buffet. The selection does not vary per day so maybe keep that in mind if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. There are some food options outside but not a lot in the early morning. Most shops and restaurants open at 10am. Customer service is exceptional and probably what we loved most about our stay. Mr. Lang, the English-speaking concierge, was very attentive and went above and beyond for us, making sure we took full advantage of the amenities such as the free movie tickets and hot spring sessions. He took great care explaining how to rent equipment and pay for ski passes to us noobs and we really appreciate that.

This is a classic hotel. The hotel closed to the city central. The room was big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

房間雖然小，但是服務太棒了，值夜的小姐姐還出來幫忙找停車位，房間衹有一個插座，還給了一拖三使用。雖然枕芯略微發黃，但是明顯就是清洗過的，抹塵也很到位，不錯不錯，可圈可點，雖然入住時間有點晚了，早餐不一定會去吃，也提了能否免費贈送一份早餐，還是沒有權限沒法贈送，但也無可厚非，整體來説還是不錯的，值得推薦！

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !
