Everting è buono, la prima volta che sono arrivato in Cina come uomo d'affari musulmano, ho trovato che questo hotel ha anche le opzioni di mangiare HALAL in un colazione, posizione vicino a tutte le mie fabbriche necessarie. Una cosa è che la gestione deve concentrarsi su: 1- fumare è quasi ovunque , anche se hanno mostrato il segno ,”non fumare ” ma nessuno si prende cura anche il personale dell' albergo e soprattutto il personale del tempo del colazione anche fumare che mi dà ansia e malattia come non fumatore . Nelle stanze le persone fumano anche. È un ottimo hotel ma non segue le regole non fumatori . accanto all'hotel è un ristorante halal è disponibile anche per pranzo e cena. È importante che hanno anche sala preghiera.

首先酒店的前台包括保潔阿姨還有餐廳的服務人員態度都非常好，都很有禮貌很有耐心，在辦入住的時候前台有個很甜很漂亮的小妹妹就端來了檸檬水，給孩子拿了小玩具還有小童牙膏牙刷還有拖鞋。房間是小度控制的很智能，乾濕分離佈局很好。下午還送來了水果，第二天我們正要出去玩保潔阿姨好好在門口，問我能不能打掃衞生，我説可以就帶孩子出去了。回來孩子脱下來的襪子阿姨給洗了晾上了，這太暖心了，住第二晚早晨想睡個懶覺決定在餐廳吃早餐，去訂早餐前台小帥哥也超級有禮貌很貼心。早餐有特色的是蒙古奶茶 酸奶 還有羊雜碎 排骨做的味道超好很推薦 我和孩子都愛吃，退房的時候又是給我拿水又是給護手霜的，很貼心，很舒服，下次來張家口還住這裏 也推薦了朋友過來定他們家。

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of Shijiazhuang city, opposite to Hebei Museum , next to a metro train station. The service is excellent,, room is clean, staff are very polite. I recommend you to stay in this hotel when you visit Shijiazhuang city .
