While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

相對老了點的酒店，房間裏的設施有點老了，該重新裝修了。不過前台和樓層服務人員還是滿熱情的。早餐有點簡單，不過相對於房價來説，早餐可能也就這樣了。儘量不要住在臨街的房間，不然挺早就能聽見道路上機動車的聲音。

這次來保定玩住在秀蘭飯店，全程很多驚喜。從保安門僮到前台客房服務員全程都是微笑服務。晚上跟孩子一起去了酒店泳池水很乾凈，外溢式泳池也沒有氯的味道，水温合適，小朋友的池子額外還温度高一些很人性化。雖然飯店裝修年代稍久，但是處處都很乾凈。早上的自助餐種類不少，味道很好，服務員熱情周到物品可以送至桌前。臨走時忽然發現手機遺落，等上樓去找的時候客房服務員第一時間已等候至房間門口，非常感動。以後來保定一定還住在這裏，也會推薦給親朋好友。

入住體驗非常好！首先是酒店的接站服務很便捷，工作人員專業性強，哪怕是第一次到正定機場站的我也能迅速明白上車地點，在工作人員的電話引導下準確到達候車點！接站師傅態度好好的，要沒入住就感受到酒店的熱情！前台美女專業、温暖的服務，使我得以快速入住休息。早上六點叫醒電話準時響起，六點半的送機場提前到達，一切都那麼絲滑……以後去石家莊晚到早走的話，還會選這個酒店。借平台感謝！
