Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

Un hotel attraente in un ex complesso imperiale (una biblioteca o qualcosa del genere) che offre camere grandi e pulite. E'anche molto vicino al centro della città e è una breve gita ai templi che sono di interesse a Chengde. Il ristorante del sito offre un buon colazione e un servizio di cena con piatti locali che si pensano essere simili a quello che un imperatore avrebbe potuto mangiare, per cui si può mangiare come un imperatore, per un prezzo. Il grande pellicce roaming le terre ti guarda con gli occhi grandi, tristi, ovviamente cercando un'uscita, ma non cadere per lui perché c'è molta erba. Si sta facendo una costruzione, sembra che gli edifici siano stati ristrutturati, ma non ha davvero interferito con il nostro soggiorno.

Abbiamo ordinato due camere diverse in due giorni e questa era la seconda. Il primo giorno avevamo una buona impressione. Era pulita e c’erano tutte le strutture. Prenotammo camere diverse per la vista sul mare. Ma questa stanza non ha vista sul mare. Anche in camera nostra era aperta metà bottiglia d'acqua da persone precedenti e ci erano solo due asciugamani per quattro di noi. Non comunicano in inglese, quindi non ci siamo lamentati. Questo è il secondo giorno di esperienza. La posizione è conveniente se si prevede di trascorrere il vostro giorno vicino al mare di Bohai.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Summer Resort. La signora alla reception ha avuto un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio. Ha introdotto molti snack speciali nell'area circostante e ha consigliato un servizio di guida turistica in hotel per 9,9 yuan. Dopo aver partecipato, ho sentito che era un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo non c'era alcun consumo nascosto. La guida turistica Xiaoyu è molto professionale, con un'organizzazione ragionevole del percorso, spiegazioni dettagliate dei punti panoramici e un'attenzione premurosa e attenta per gli ospiti.

The most fabulous hotel my family have ever stayed in and the best reception staff member ever - Mr. Lang. Lang was so wonderful, my son had a birthday during the stay and Lang organized a free room upgrade, beautiful decoration and they even sang happy birthday to my son. Lang and his group brung in a tasty cake for our family to celebrate. Just to add that Mr Langs English is excellent as well and we had smooth communication. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast very tasty. Hot springs and cinema were great as well. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced such a fabulous service. Thank you Mr. Lang and thank you Thaiwoo hotel!!

設施應有盡有，你很舒服嗯，早上起來腰也不疼，然後呢，，空調給的暖風也很足，很乾凈，就像每天都有人來打掃一樣，環境不錯，還有那個喝茶的休息室很寬敞，然後給人一種愜意的感覺，早餐種類很豐富，中式西式都有。前台 人員熱情有問必答。嗯，打車十分鐘就到那個保定的全部景點很方便

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

房間雖然小，但是服務太棒了，值夜的小姐姐還出來幫忙找停車位，房間衹有一個插座，還給了一拖三使用。雖然枕芯略微發黃，但是明顯就是清洗過的，抹塵也很到位，不錯不錯，可圈可點，雖然入住時間有點晚了，早餐不一定會去吃，也提了能否免費贈送一份早餐，還是沒有權限沒法贈送，但也無可厚非，整體來説還是不錯的，值得推薦！

La suite è incredibilmente grande, con un soggiorno e un tavolo da mahjong. L'ambiente è fantastico, anche la colazione è piuttosto buona e il personale della reception è molto gentile e ci ha persino offerto un piccolo piatto di frutta. Grazie mille!!! Anche la piscina è molto bella e riscaldata, quindi ci siamo divertiti un sacco. La trapunta in camera è stata sostituita con una sottile, molto comoda. Inoltre, la corrente elettrica è sempre accesa, quindi quando torniamo dal gioco, la camera ha la temperatura perfetta!!! Lo adoro, tornerò la prossima volta!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !
