Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato fantastico, con un servizio professionale e accogliente. I stayed for 4 days. The hotel was extremely clean. The cleaning staff would come everyday and tidy up. I had a very good time. The view is crazy amazing. I loved every single moment.
The only thing I’d like them to work on is to offer western food in the hotel restaurant. I don’t eat Chinese food. Either than that, all else was perfect.

Da elogiare! Altamente raccomandato! Sono andata all'aeroporto per accompagnare qualcuno nel weekend. Era troppo tardi, quindi ho pensato di fermarmi a Shijiazhuang per una notte. Mio figlio ha detto che voleva nuotare, così ho cercato la parola chiave ”piscina coperta” e ho visto questo hotel.
Le strutture sono esattamente le stesse delle foto e l'esperienza reale è ancora migliore! Appena entrata nella hall, ho sentito una fragranza più intensa ~ che ha fatto sentire bene le persone.
Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che erano rimaste solo due camere nella camera standard che avevo prenotato. Il responsabile della hall ha preso l'iniziativa di offrirmi una suite di categoria superiore gratuita quando ha visto che ero con mio figlio e che aveva le idee chiare! Due camere da letto, un soggiorno, tre TV e una macchina da mahjong elettrica! (È stato un po' uno spreco stare lì solo in due, ahah)
La sera ho portato mio figlio a visitare la piscina che aveva sempre sognato. Il personale all'ingresso mi ha detto che per nuotare è necessario un biglietto a parte. Sebbene il prezzo sia ragionevole e accettabile, spero ancora che questi servizi possano essere inclusi nel prezzo della camera. Ma prima che aprissi bocca, un bel ragazzo alla reception ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedere se fosse solo il bambino a voler nuotare (perché hanno anche la possibilità di fare il bagno e di sudare). Ho detto di sì, e lui ha detto: ”Allora puoi metterti il costume in camera e nuotare direttamente, senza bisogno di comprare un biglietto~”
Oddio! Dato che soffro di un po' di ansia sociale, inizialmente avevo pensato di comprare un biglietto doppio per entrare! In realtà hanno preso l'iniziativa di offrire il nuoto gratuito! Chissà quanto vale questo momento! È la prima volta che mi imbatto in un hotel così lussuoso nella provincia di Hebei! Valutazione ➕10086! Persino mio figlio mi incita: Mamma! Gli hai dato una recensione a cinque stelle!
Inoltre: l'acqua della piscina è pulitissima~le foto subacquee sono fantastiche~la colazione a buffet è molto ricca! Tornerò qui la prossima volta che verrò a Shi!

Molto buon hotel. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai negozi, uno di loro meno di 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Il museo Hebei è anche molto vicino all'hotel. La stanza era davvero tesa, pulita e spaziosa. C'era una lavatrice all'interno della stanza, nessuna tassa aggiuntiva, e il sapone era disponibile anche gratuitamente. Questo era uno dei punti più alti del mio caso. Il personale era molto amichevole. Il colazione era davvero buono, così tante opzioni. Raccomando molto questo hotel.

È meglio arrivare dalla stazione Zhd Zhd di Qinhuandao con 34 autobus, fermare 20+-2 e poi muoversi su 22 autobus, e guidare un altro fermo 10+-2. Migliore da Pechino a Zhd di Pechino. Da esso con taxi all'hotel 15 yuan, o anche bus 22, fermare 12+-2.

Il palazzo di Qingjiang Mountain Shell è troppo sorpreso!La posizione geografica è eccellente e il panorama selvaggio della montagna è molto vicino.La progettazione della stanza è semplicemente avanzata, secco e ben separato.L'esperienza di soggiorno è molto buona.La camera da letto della zona pubblica, l'atmosfera dell'angolo del caffè è piena, è adatta alla sedia a sedere. Questo posto è molto conveniente per andare in quel palazzo rosso per dodici minuti di guida, poi parcheggiare sottoterra gratuitamente e nuove strutture della stanza.Il personale è buono, l'intero prezzo è pieno. La notte scorsa sono venuto dall'hotel di fiori di legno di Pechino Daxing, e poi questa cantina ha metà del prezzo, ma per la mia esperienza di vita è possibile dire qualcosa di simile. Poi la decorazione della stanza è molto ragionevole. Ci sono molti oggetti e spazio per sedersi, e poi molto grande e ricco. Abbiamo fatto un letto matrimoniale insieme molto bene, l'aria condizionata è anche potente, l'esperienza di sciarpa. La prossima volta che vengo a fare la prima scelta

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

UUtente ospiteRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

Questo potrebbe spiegare perché i suoi consigli siano davvero utili per il team di gestione di questo hotel. UUtente ospiteThis is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

La camera degli ospiti è molto completa. Non ci sono sporchi angoli. I prodotti di letto sono morbidi e asciutti, aria condizionata, acqua calda e WiFi sono tutti normali e sono mantenuti in posizione.Grazie speciali alla reception, trattare le persone gentile e moderata, gestire le procedure di soggiorno molto efficienti e avere domande e risposte con pazienza. MMr MackenzieQuesto è stato il nostro miglior viaggio di Natale in famiglia finora! Non ho parole per descrivere questo resort! Adatto ai bambini, con tante attività da fare. Ben gestito e organizzato per garantire sicurezza e divertimento. Ottimo cibo, personale fantastico e il servizio di tutto il personale del resort è stato incredibile, non potrei chiedere di meglio. Per chi soggiorna lontano, raggiungere il resort può essere un po' disagevole, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno di una settimana o più, altrimenti non avrete abbastanza tempo per godervi appieno ciò che il resort ha da offrire.

The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.
