最近出差三天都住這兒，體驗真的絕了！拍了幾張酒店照片供大家參考，房間乾淨又寬敞，床軟硬適中，每天忙完回來倒頭就能睡個好覺。網速超快，視頻會議、處理文件一點不卡頓。早餐從包子油條到咖啡三明治啥都有，種類多還好吃，趕早會也能快速吃飽。前台服務特別周到，有次忘帶充電器，馬上幫忙借到了。在市中心打車去辦事也方便。下次出差還選這家，省心又舒服！

La stanza è molto pulita, le strutture sono molto nuove, la stanza è anche molto grande, il prezzo è economico e le frutta di benvenuto, soprattutto è troppo amichevole per il fumatore, e il sistema di circolazione è buono, la stanza non ha sapore di fumo. L'ambiente dell'hotel è anche buono, la colazione è anche buona. Specialmente il ristorante cinese dell'hotel è buono. L'ambiente è buono. È che la reception ha un leader che non ama ridere, la faccia è lunga, sembra infelice, non è adatto all'industria dei servizi, altri dipendenti sono molto entusiasti, Il leader del ristorante è anche molto entusiasta, in generale è ancora molto soddisfatto. Mi piace troppo l'hotel, è troppo economico di Pechino.

Grande posizione - in contrasto con un centro commerciale e negozi CVS anche vicino, Congtai Park 5 minuti a piedi. Controllo estremamente amichevole ed efficiente - ci hanno anche dato un po 'di benvenuto! Personal were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Le camere sono molto moderne, pulite e confortevoli. Il colazione era molto buono con una vasta gamma di scelte. Abbiamo anche cena al ristorante dell'hotel, che era molto bello. In generale, questo hotel ha un servizio eccellente e sarà la nostra prima scelta la prossima volta che torniamo a Handan.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel tre volte e c'è un motivo per cui ci torno sempre. Il prezzo per la camera è ottimo e gli interni delle camere sono arredati in stile classico. L'hotel è ben tenuto, nonostante l'età, e la colazione a buffet è imbattibile.

服務也很好👍
車停得較遠，小車送進來就感覺很高大上😄
一開始等收拾房間等的時間有點長，負責人主動表示請我們喝兩杯飲品，不要影響心情。
意見如下：
1.衣衫不整在廁所的情況下，服務員未經允許擅自開房門送水果，真的是太誇張了。服務員已經表示歉意，但依然是後怕。
2.房間內有蟲子，第一個是放洗澡水時，蟲子掉進浴缸裏，第二個在浴室牆壁上，第三個在洗漱水池裡。民宿在山裡，有蟲子能夠理解，但還是希望儘量避免蟲子出現在房間內，也是很害怕了。
衝著風景真的是還想再來，就是擔心蟲子問題。

The hotel is clean, but a bit old. Breakfast is Chinese style. The territory is a beautiful garden with blossom trees and fish ponds, there is a tennis cort as well. You can get your coffee in a cute little cafe or have your meals at a restaurant (they have fish tanks with fresh mussels, crabs, prawns and other seafood). It's 20 min walk to the nearest beach and about 5 min walk to the bus stop.

E' buono. Le camere sembrano un po' date ma ok. Ci sarebbe rimasto qui, vicino ci sono dei grandi posti da mangiare, vicino alla stazione Est e è un hotel ben fatto. Il servizio bagagli e il servizio in camera è stato molto buono. Il desk front puo' sorridere più; sembrava un tentativo di dare una seconda chiave di camera. Anche la domanda: “Tieni la chiave di camera o ci la darai se esci?” Questo è strano. Si consiglia il pollo a caldo 200 metri di distanza, molto buono.

UUtente ospiteUn grande e due piccoli andare al Zoo selvatico di Pechino per giocare. Ho scelto di fare il salto a San Fuoco. Voglio che i bambini vivano in un po'di spazio. La stanza di lusso è molto pulita. Il personale della reception Carrie è molto professionale e molto amichevole. La velocità di risposta del servizio in camera è di prima classe, Il primo piano dell'hotel ha un parco infantile, e un giardino di Capibara. I bambini amano molto e sono adatto per viaggiare in famiglia.

UUtente ospiteStayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

UUtente ospiteThis is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! TTryasThe hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

UUtente ospite週末北京大風橙色預警，我們一家四口來這躲大風～從家到這酒店開車19分鐘非常方便。這次自助餐換了“墨西哥風”，但我還是期待下次還能給吃到主廚燉棒骨和羊蠍子：）已經來過很多次了，還會再來的。
服務：相比假期滿房來説，週末入住比較舒服。前台小夥Allen提前做好了房卡，辦入住非常快。 我們為了不外出吃飯不叫外賣，選了帶晚餐自助的套餐，很合適。餐廳的主廚及他的團隊、服務員Apple、Leo、戴花鏡的大姐都依然保持對工作的熱情。這都是我悄悄看了他們的名牌～
設施：雖然不是新酒店了，但設施我們沒有遇到壞了或很舊的情況。健身房和泳池很好，這也是我們一家經常來這家酒店的重要原因之一。
衞生：我們住過很多次，房間和公共區域都挺乾淨的。
環境：酒店附近50米有個公園，附近是孔雀城小區，很安靜。離潮白河也挺近的。

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
