We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Nice hotel with excellent service. Buffet breakfast is good and there are many dining options available in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean. Will definitely visit again during my next trip to Chong li！

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the onsen, which was a real highlight of the stay. This is a ski resort with true ski-in and ski-out access, which is very convenient. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was very enjoyable. However, the check-in process took quite a long time — around 45 minutes — which was disappointing after arrival. Also, activity vouchers can only be used through the WeChat program, which may be inconvenient for guests who don’t use it. Overall, a very nice hotel with great facilities and rooms, but the check-in experience could be improved.

La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro città. Il personale della reception, la Sig.ra Ella Xia, è molto disponibile ed efficiente. La colazione in hotel è un'ottima scelta ed è stato un vero piacere incontrare per caso il Sig. Stephen Yang, Direttore Generale. È così cordiale e allegro che spiega dove andare e cosa vedere. Questo potrebbe spiegare perché i suoi consigli siano davvero utili per il team di gestione di questo hotel. Altamente consigliato per riunioni di famiglia o vacanze rilassanti in questo particolare hotel.

Molto soddisfatto del servizio della reception e dell'atteggiamento e della velocità del personale della stanza. Ho vissuto in due hotel a North Dai River. Il servizio non è peggio di tutti i servizi. Il piccolo giardino della reception e il piccolo alto fanno cose difficili e calde. Spero che la stanza non sia troppo alta quando sto per soggiornare, Una interruzione di uno strato della stanza, il personale non si annoia davvero di cercare una stanza soddisfatta con me, lode per il vostro servizio a cinque stelle 👍

✨ Liuling Mountain è anche un hotel, una esperienza molto comoda di vacanza nel campo montano! L'hotel è pieno di atmosfera e vento eolico giapponese, l'ambiente è tranquillo e pulito, e l'intera gente si rilassa.La stanza è pulita e pulita, il mini bar è pieno di cibo e bevande. I dettagli sono molto in posizione. L'hotel ha ancora molte attività da partecipare, e l'esperienza è buona. Il personale e il servizio di guardia dell'hotel sono particolarmente attento, gestire l'alloggio e rispondere alle esigenze in tempo e con moderazione.L'esperienza di soggiorno complessivo è molto piacevole, lontano dalle gallerie urbane, è molto adatto per il fine settimana per liberare la depressione. **Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Il servizio è particolarmente buono, è un grande hotel, il personale di servizio incontrato dal reparto degli ospiti è molto buono, è particolarmente buono sul ristorante, è molto utile aiutare a raggiungere la pioggia, è anche molto conveniente mangiare nel negozio, ed è un buon ristorante, non lasciato, alloggio e bevande, va bene andare avanti, Il vecchio è solo vecchio, ma molto pulito, stile classico, parcheggio molto conveniente, ma non c'è un club per bambini.Grazie ancora per il personale di servizio del Dipartimento del ristorante, molto buono, molto buono ⊙▽⊙.

Questo è stato il nostro miglior viaggio di Natale in famiglia finora! Non ho parole per descrivere questo resort! Adatto ai bambini, con tante attività da fare. Ben gestito e organizzato per garantire sicurezza e divertimento. Ottimo cibo, personale fantastico e il servizio di tutto il personale del resort è stato incredibile, non potrei chiedere di meglio. Per chi soggiorna lontano, raggiungere il resort può essere un po' disagevole, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno di una settimana o più, altrimenti non avrete abbastanza tempo per godervi appieno ciò che il resort ha da offrire.

Tutto era meraviglioso, dal servizio allo spazio stesso! La stanza era molto spaziosa con bevande e snacks complimentari. Era anche così pensato di offrire una bomba da bagno con il tubo, e tutte le strutture erano specialmente curate. è un po 'distante dal mare ma c'è un servizio di guida 24 ore a & da qualsiasi località all'interno di Aranya, che è stato super conveniente e risparmiare tempo.
