Questa permanenza ha davvero dato una sorpresa molto superiore alle aspettative, entrato nel salone e iniziato a sentire l'intenzione dell'hotel. L'atteggiamento del personale della reception è particolarmente buono, la velocità di soggiorno è particolarmente veloce, e ha anche chiesto attrazioni vicine e luoghi di pranzo. Non importa le strutture della stanza, la posizione geografica è anche molto eccellente. I stayed at this hotel for six nights and it was an outstanding experience.
The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and the staff are truly professional.
My room was spacious, and the minibar was fully stocked with fresh fruits, drinks, and snacks.
The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety and everything tasted amazing.
Honestly, this hotel is so good that it deserves 7 stars.
I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting China.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Summer Resort. La signora alla reception ha avuto un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio. Ha introdotto molti snack speciali nell'area circostante e ha consigliato un servizio di guida turistica in hotel per 9,9 yuan. Dopo aver partecipato, ho sentito che era un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo non c'era alcun consumo nascosto. La guida turistica Xiaoyu è molto professionale, con un'organizzazione ragionevole del percorso, spiegazioni dettagliate dei punti panoramici e un'attenzione premurosa e attenta per gli ospiti.

Un hotel attraente in un ex complesso imperiale (una biblioteca o qualcosa del genere) che offre camere grandi e pulite. E'anche molto vicino al centro della città e è una breve gita ai templi che sono di interesse a Chengde.
Il ristorante del sito offre un buon colazione e un servizio di cena con piatti locali che si pensano essere simili a quello che un imperatore avrebbe potuto mangiare, per cui si può mangiare come un imperatore, per un prezzo. Il grande pellicce roaming le terre ti guarda con gli occhi grandi, tristi, ovviamente cercando un'uscita, ma non cadere per lui perché c'è molta erba.
Si sta facendo una costruzione, sembra che gli edifici siano stati ristrutturati, ma non ha davvero interferito con il nostro soggiorno.

La suite è incredibilmente grande, con un soggiorno e un tavolo da mahjong. Anche la piscina è molto bella e riscaldata, quindi ci siamo divertiti un sacco. La trapunta in camera è stata sostituita con una sottile, molto comoda. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! The service is thoughtful yet unobtrusive, making guests feel very comfortable. The rooms are clean, bright, well-organized, with beds that are neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with stable hot water and a complete set of amenities. The hotel is generally quiet and tidy, with good soundproofing, making it completely peaceful. The location is exceptional, making it convenient for travel, sightseeing, and dining. Compared to similar types of accommodations, it offers great value for money. In questo posto è perfetto, e se si tiene ancora conto del suo prezzo, è meglio. Letteralmente pochi passi dalla stazione, tutto è pulito, acqua calda e condizionatore d'aria nel freddo gennaio risparmiare. L'unica cosa è contattare l'ospite in anticipo. Quando sono arrivato alla recessione, nessuno è andato e ho lasciato le cose e camminato intorno alla città.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il nostro viaggio al Daxing Wildlife Park e ci hanno offerto due biglietti gratuiti per il parco, colazione inclusa. L'hotel dispone anche di un'ampia area giochi all'aperto e di uno zoo con carote. La camera familiare è piena di giocattoli e i bambini si sono divertiti così tanto con il passeggino che non volevano più andarsene. La camera è dotata anche di servizi per bambini, tra cui una scaletta, set di spazzolini da denti e pantofole. Il direttore, Jia Rui, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, contattandoci anche prima dell'arrivo per discutere di eventuali richieste. Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di aggiungere un seggiolino per il WC per bambini e tappare le prese più basse.

UUtente ospiteRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

UUtente ospiteStayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

E ' estremamente moderno e confortevole e ha una posizione molto conveniente nel centro di Baoding. Xiao Li al di fuori del dipartimento è stato grande a aiutarmi a entrare! È davvero incredibile che un hotel così grande sia disponibile a un prezzo così basso! All'inizio pensavo fosse troppo buono essere vero, ma vive fino alle foto e tutte le attrazioni promesse online!

MMr MackenzieQuesto è stato il nostro miglior viaggio di Natale in famiglia finora! Non ho parole per descrivere questo resort! Adatto ai bambini, con tante attività da fare. Ben gestito e organizzato per garantire sicurezza e divertimento. Ottimo cibo, personale fantastico e il servizio di tutto il personale del resort è stato incredibile, non potrei chiedere di meglio. Per chi soggiorna lontano, raggiungere il resort può essere un po' disagevole, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno di una settimana o più, altrimenti non avrete abbastanza tempo per godervi appieno ciò che il resort ha da offrire.

The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.
