L'ambiente è molto buono, la posizione è in città, molto vicino a Huaguoyuan Plaza, è molto comodo per mangiare e fare shopping

Ambiente, questi sono aghi, aghi e aghi, anche l'igiene è ok, per non parlare del servizio, speriamo che gli affari siano prosperi

Easy to get a cab out front or walk less than a kilometer to the subway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean room, good amenities. The carpet is a little old looking, but that was the only thing and everything else was good.

If you have a car don't stay there, no free parking. We had to pay 40 per night for parking The check in and check out took very long, they took 200 deposit and you had to wait 30mins to get it back the next day. The room has no free slippers , it has two bags of slippers that cost 30yuan per pair of you open it so be careful not to open it and use some of the other amenities. Almost nothing is free because you gotta pay for using slippers. The bed is comfortable and the mat is very dirty The AC doesn't work well and we got cold all night. I won't stay there again. It was a terrible experience. Hope they upgrade soon Also it's hard to find the hotel. The decoration us modern and nice but the parking fee is costly and the AC doesn't warm the room well and hardly anything free, even gotta pay for slippers and having a dusty dirty mat..that's not cool

Rug was definitely a bit dirty and the location is a bit hard to find, as I needed to walk through a storefront and find a rather hidden elevator. They should definitely be more clear with directions. The bed was fine but the bathroom setup was incredibly unusual, with only a transparent window separating the toilet from the rest of the room. Overall the layout was odd in general.

設施：牆角貼紙脱落，有股味道 衞生：剛進房間就有那種小飛蛾，結果看下水口很臟。 環境：空調還行，但是冰箱是壞的。餐廳環境也很簡陋，餐食很簡單，而且水果看起來並不新鮮，飯也很乾巴。24樓根本沒前台人員，人員就沒看到，打電話也沒接。 服務：身為四鑽酒店沒有任何增值服務也就算了，居然本職服務也不行，辦理入住和退房，工作人員都很冷漠，而且還坐着辦理入住，連二星酒店都知道禮貌和尊重吧，人家即使坐着看見客人也會站起來問好辦理呀。結果我説謝謝，以及詢問什麼，根本沒有禮貌用語，退房打電話催促語氣也不好，我又沒超時，而且直接趴一下掛電話，也沒有任何結束禮貌用語，我身為客人我覺得我對服務人員都很客氣與尊重，結果換來的還是他們的不客氣甚至是有點傲慢！身為服務行業，我認為基本的服務理念是該有的，我不知道酒店有沒有培訓，硬件設施有折損可以理解，但態度和禮貌真的無法接受。甚至沒有客房阿姨態度好，客房阿姨是真的不錯，微笑且禮貌，關門，開門，敲門説話都很不錯。真實親身體驗感評價。

酒店的床鋪很柔軟，睡起來舒服 梔子花的洗護用品，味道很好。 房間乾淨舒適 樓下熱鬧，吃飯的地方也很多。 交通便利，離地鐵站很近。 性價比非常不錯，下次還會選擇這家酒店入住。 服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。 歐樂品牌的牙膏不錯，看得出是很用心的。

服務：服務質量非常好，免費送了早餐，早餐質量有待提高但是免費的已經非常好了，服務員服務態度非常好，坐着還給你送水開空調，真的非常好的體驗

主打一個方便，出門到處都是好吃好喝的，地方正好方便訪友。房間臨街有點兒吵，設施完善。衞生間和外面交界處有臟污，其它都可以。

首先是誠信問題，店員説阿姨查房後，按金會原路退回。但我都乘高鐵回到900公裡外的家了，按金還沒退。無奈之下，打電話詢問情況，告知是忘記退了。如果我不打電話，是不是一直不退呢？掛電話後2分鐘，立刻退按金，體驗很不好。這也許是貴州酒店的通病，之前在銅仁訂的酒店，也是這樣的情況。 接着環境，是酒店式公寓，38層的高樓，衹有8部電梯，6樓還是醫院。銘一租了4層，樓上就是漢庭，房間格局大小可以理解為一樣。但奇怪的是，漢庭是2星，銘一是4星，4星的房價比2星的還要便宜。 我承認是看到4星，而且便宜，好評有點多，才訂的。 最後，離花果園地鐵站有點遠，要走12分鐘。當然，早餐還是挺好的，符合4星標準。被褥就不乾淨，但這是酒店通病了。

.樓下熱鬧，吃飯的地方也很多。地理位置好，交通方便。房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情。早餐種類豐富，性價比很高。酒店位於花果園中心地段，外出購物方便。服務周到，讓人很舒心

看着是4鑽酒店來的！地毯臟的要死！毛巾你們自己看看，好意思説商務酒店！好意思説四鑽酒店！！！！！！噁心的要死！攜程怎麼評的等級！！！然後給前台打電話沒人接！果斷走了！住都不想住！也不知道怎麼得的評分！

房間很乾凈，寬敞明亮，衞生舒適，熱水特別好，設施也很新，入住很舒服，旅途勞累，睡得很好。前台小妹特別貼心，給我們選了安靜的朝小區的房間，説怕臨街的會吵，還熱情的介紹哪一家飯店好吃，吃什麼好，很親切。此行旅行團的導遊雖然讓我們很不愉快，但是貴陽市還是一座温暖有温度的城市。因為飛機時間有點晚，在24樓的休息區等候時，小妹還送兩瓶水，告訴我，這一層樓都可以隨意，點個贊👍🏻下次有機會再來，還是會選這裏
