Location is about 5 mins from Ueno station and 8 mins from Keisei Ueno Skyliner. Also it’s fairly near to Ueno park, and lots to eat and shop around the area. Room size is too small due to the big bed size and packing was a little difficult. Breakfast was simple with soft buns and other Japanese food but tasted good.

Walkable distance from JR. Nice staff. The surrounding environment may not be as convenient as other districts. A modest choice overall.

Good support, espcially about customer luggage delivery service from other loacation

free coffee and tea in 1F lobby were great. the room is tiny and darkness, but for travel was ok to rest. the location is next to UENO JR STATION , 8mins by walking . summary the all was beyond the average.

Luggage storage may be outdoor if weather permits

Nice place, high security-related, convenient to go from Kyoto station.

離上野站很近，附件就有全家，三人房還算是比較大的，房間肯定不止12平方米。雙人間就比較窄了。有簡單的自助早餐。晚上提供免費的飲料。女士入住還送了護膚套裝，給小朋友送了洗漱包（有牙刷牙膏、小拖鞋）。對着高架橋但是窗户隔音超好。性價比很高。唯一不好的就是被套就是一層布。

房間很小，箱子打不開，被子不是被套，衹有一層，睡覺不是很舒服。枕頭在底樓可以選。 離開JR站和地鐵站還是比較近的，京成線和橫丁町稍遠，這個距離是可以的。找這個酒店衹要看上面的黃色招牌就可以很快找到。 早餐很簡單，有米飯，可以吃飽，咖啡，茶都有，雞蛋納豆，晚上回酒店可以喝杯可樂，蘇打水等飲料，可以選擇，這個挺好的。

酒店位置離車站、購物點及景點很遠。房間放了兩隻中型行李箱便沒有位行, 十分細。價錢貴（平均約$800一晚）。窗口對住天橋位, 十分嘈。 浴室抽氣扇和玄關燈壞了也沒有人修理, 房間清潔度不佳。除了早餐還可取外, 改善的地方還有很多。

房間的冷氣很久沒有清潔及被鋪有受潮的味道， 感覺很久沒有人入住一樣。 早餐選擇不多，但味道正常合格。 職員有禮。 另，即使連續住宿， 疑似10點也必須離開房間比較不方便。

房間很乾凈整潔，而且設施完善，環境也非常棒，距離車站也很近，出行十分方便！服務員服務也很貼心。非常喜歡😘，入住了一個月有種不想離開的感覺。這家酒店去上野公園，淺草寺，銀座，秋葉原都非常方便！
