Super Hotel Ueno From Ueno Station Irigaya exit, it is a flat ground 10 min walk to the hotel. Ueno area also has lots to eat and shop, with a family mart nearby. Hotel amenities are great - free samples of mask, lotion serums at the lobby, options of pillow, pyjamas, and the reception/bf area has free flow drinks most of the hours. Night hours, alcohol is free flow too. Room size is small - to be expected, but the bed is comfortable. For the room of 3, pls expect that the luggage cannot remain open throughout haha. Toilets and room are clean. Breakfast is the best part, with rice and buffet dishes, coffee/drinks. Menu changes every day too! Tldr: rly like this hotel chain (stayed in osaka too), primarily for their yummy breakfast.

The staff give me the worst & smallest room to us even we paid for normal price ! The size of the room is not suitable for two person with suitcase! I will not  recommend this hotel to my friends.

Location is about 5 mins from Ueno station and 8 mins from Keisei Ueno Skyliner. Also it’s fairly near to Ueno park, and lots to eat and shop around the area. Room size is too small due to the big bed size and packing was a little difficult. Breakfast was simple with soft buns and other Japanese food but tasted good.

Walkable distance from JR. Nice staff. The surrounding environment may not be as convenient as other districts. A modest choice overall.

Good support, espcially about customer luggage delivery service from other loacation

free coffee and tea in 1F lobby were great. the room is tiny and darkness, but for travel was ok to rest. the location is next to UENO JR STATION , 8mins by walking . summary the all was beyond the average.

Luggage storage may be outdoor if weather permits

Nice place, high security-related, convenient to go from Kyoto station.

從 j r上野站入谷口出，站內比較混亂，出口後導航很快到酒店，住客很多，大堂不大，密碼紙開房間，10點退房，無手續。大堂白天有飲料，晚上居然還有茶漬飯和烈酒，可惜在一菜碗裏看到了小蟲子。房間很小，12平，28寸箱子攤不開。離上野公園很近。洗漱用品在前台自取。

房間比較小，衹適合單人住，20寸小行李可打開，再大就很困難；含早餐，飲料，並提供其他枕頭、一些護膚/泡澡用品，全部免費，性價比還是相當高！有窗，可打開；空調給力；無論早晚水量豐沛；房間隔音效果不錯（可以聽到外面車輛的聲音，但不會聽到隔壁的談話/電視聲音，這點真的很棒！）離地鐵口JR線很近，但坐京城線的話，出口有相當距離；總的來説，性價比高，衞生尚可；安全可

地點不算非常方便, 但整體是好找的, 從上野站步行大概7-10分鐘左右, 附近沒有便利店, 最靠近一家也要走大概3-5分鐘而且要過班馬線。房間比日本其他同類型的商務酒店要小, 行李箱是完全沒空間打開的, 整理行李時還挺麻煩的。有免費早餐, 但結束時間有點早, 每天睡醒都已經結束了, 放假不想還要像上班一樣早起, 所以都沒有嘗到, 沒辨法評論了。入住過程很順利, 前台介紹也很充足詳細。 密碼進門很方便, 離開的早上趕第一班車到機場, 退房直接在門外貼磁片通知就可以離開, 不用到櫃位再等, 很好很方便, 整體來說還是推薦的。

跟男友來東京玩，想在上野車站附近找住宿。這間飯店房間雖然小了些，但是東西齊全～ 一樓還可以選擇自己喜歡的枕頭！好有趣～ 這是我來日本旅遊最好睡的一晚。

部屋は狭いが、せいけ、デスクが広い。朝食は、スープ、飲物の種類は多い。アンケートに回答するとチェックアウトか、11時になるのはありがたい。
