酒店距離滑雪纜車上車點不遠，老闆每天會免費開車接送一次，酒店團隊服務很熱情，餐廳做的飯菜很不錯，價格也適中，地理位置就是在古道理鎮上，開車再往前50公里就是卡茲別克鎮（山），一下雪，這邊就是童話的世界，離俄格友誼紀念碑不遠

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! I want to give a special thanks to Uchi, Giu, and Sabi for their incredible kindness and hospitality – they made me feel completely at home. The staff was always helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great accommodation and excellent service in Gudauri, Georgia!

Last year I was at Tsiga with my girlfriend - and I liked it so much I brought almost 20 friends this year! The main reason this hotel is ways above all the rest - is the hospitality. I have never seen such honest hospitality in a hotel anywhere in the world. A big shout out to everyone - Saba, Giorgi, Ucha and Merabi - they made this stay absolutely amazing. They put to shame all other Georgian hospitality! The hotel is almost ski-in/ski-out, depending on the snow, but worry not, they drive you to the nearest lift and pick you up whenever you want. The food in the hotel restaurant is amazing, I think we've tried everything in the 10 days we were here - we had no reason to go anywhere else. They start a fire in the fireplace each evening and you chill and enjoy the view of the Caucaus mountains after a day of skiing. One of our friends broke his leg, and the hotel team helped us communicate everything, we'd be lost without them! Tsiga should be made a case study of the hospitality industry!

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. Located in the quite area of Old Gudauri, away from the hustle it offers nice rooms with a mountain views, excellent mattresses and bedding should be mentioned separately, this is a small family run hotel in which you will feel truly welcomed and treated like a most dearest guest. Though it is not a ski-in ski-out place - the owners provide transfer at the nearest Shibo ski life and back at the time convenient for guests. The restaurant at the hotel serves home cooked local food and the prices are very reasonalble, throughout our stay we never considered going out for lunch or dinner to other places. The lobby restaurant is a truly cozy place with a chill out sofa zone next to the fireplace with real fire, where most of the guests spend evenings dining and relaxing. But the main feature of this hotel making it unique is the attitude the owner Merab and other staff provides to his guests, it exceeds the highest expectations. Loved our stay there and would definitely recommend Tsiga as a place to stay in Gudauri.

Stayed here with friends in February 2024 on the recommendation of a travel agent who did the research for me: @escape_and_explore. This is the perfect hotel to stay in when planning a ski trip in Gudauri. The rooms are clean, warm and very comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious and service is prompt and friendly. In the evening the fire is inviting and we spent time curled up on couches here. Even though all of this is very positive is pales in comparison to excellent service of all the staff we dealt with. Transfers were prompt with free transport to and from the ski lifts daily. The gentlemen are so courteous and friendly- they go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the most positive experiences I've had in a boutique hotel and will be recommending to all friends who plan to visit Georgia in the future.

Amazing cozy hotel in a convenient location. Awesome staff that exceeds your expectations with kindness and smiles. Home made like food a la carte and breakfast buffet. Clean and confy rooms, adequate for families and couples. Highly recommended hotel!!!

We were here on our honeymoon. We loved Hotel Tsiga. On one hand beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, on the other hand very homey and hospitable. The hosts Lukas and Ucha are great people and gave great service. The retaurant was tasty and worked well. It has a beautiful interior design and view of the snowy mountains and the sunset. One of the best things was the cozy lounge, fireplace, and big range of tasty good priced wine! One thing only would be that the room wasnt soundproof as we ordered it to be and the room cleaning service was a bit slow. But overall we had a wonderful stay and it was a great great price!

Everything was just perfect! The location, the hotel, the room, the staff, the owner itself are beyond any expectations. The hotel just as good as it is on the photos. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunaly, my husband got a minor injury while snowboarding, and the owner Merabi took us to the hospital and back to the hotel. We have no words to express our gratitude! Also, every meal that we ordered was delicious. In fact, we ate at the hotel every time and regret nothing.

We were 2 families with young adult kids. We stayed in the hotel in last week of Dec’22. Hotel has great views on the snow clad mountains. Room and surrounding ambience was lovely. Hotel staff was very warm and friendly. They even provided early checkin. Lovely place to stay for couples and families

Мы жили напротив, а сюда бегали вкусно кушать и отдыхать. Классное расположение: недалеко подъёмник, отличные виды, тихо, дорогу не слышно даже. Уютный интерьер — ресторанный зал на первом этаже с диванчиками и камином, и терасса с удобными креслами и видом на горы. Стильный, располагающий к отдыху, интерьер, в котором приятно находиться, ненапряжная музыка (и возможность в тишине посидеть — тоже очень здорово). Камин по вечерам — киллер-фича: уютно, тепло, залипательно) Очень вкусно и быстро готовят, есть и местные блюда (курица чкмерули и хачапури по-аджарски были просто огонь), и обычно-привычные, типа карбонары и пиццы. Отношение очень дружеское, персонал приветливый: доброжелательные люди, с которыми приятно поговорить. Уча, отвечающий за ресторан — дружелюбный и приятный человек: договорился с кухней о специальных пожеланиях, организовал нам деньрожденную почти-свечку и был приятным собеседником на протяжении всего отпуска. Хозяин Мераби очень отзывчивый — помогал с бытовыми вопросами, отвёз нас на Арку Дружбы народов недалеко от отеля, угощал вином, рассказывал истории, посиживая на терассе... невероятно душевно!) Чудесно провели время, если ещё когда-нибудь буду в Гудаури — только сюда! ＜3
