Hotel in zona Tianhe Piaojuan, Guangzhou

We did a short 2 night stay for my big family of 7. As there are limited rooms, we split into 4 different rooms. However, we were in different levels as there were no availability, and I found It strange as I booked It online really really early before my trip. It caused some difficulty in planning for my family but not too tough. We were not used to people smoking indoors and hotel rooms. The smoke smell was too strong for it me such that I went to buy air freshener to spray in my room. The hotel staff was able to help me change to another room for my children but I was not able to as there's no availability. The hotel's location is really convenient. It's situated at a major rail interchange. However, it is often crowded and traffic is heavy. As such, the honking from the cars is almost unending. So if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty adjusting. The hotel room itself is a bit jaded and it's non carpeted. The toilet is split into the WC and shower room, and there's only 1 door. So at any point in time, you can only close one side of it, and the door cannot be locked. You can only close it. WC and shower room do have mould growing. So do consider this if you are highly particular about it. The hotel has self service chargeable laundry services. They even have portable dryer for drying clothes that can be brought to your room. It's really convenient. Thus, I believe this hotel is good for transient passengers who are looking at like, one night stay for business purposes, or travelling in transit. But it may not be so suitable for families.

I loved the experience of this hotel.  Very good 11, it is worth everyone to experience, I this experience is very good, the front desk of the little sister are very beautiful, gentle.  It was a little late to get here, but if it was, the front desk would do me a free upgrade to make my experience better, and I went to the restaurant for a bowl of noodles.  I was really hungry when I came to stay at night.  I thought everything was fine.  Then the receptionist sister's service attitude is really good.  He warmly introduced me to some breakfast times and late night snack times in the hotel.  Then, because the hotel they were staying in was a complex, he was worried that I was taking the wrong elevator and repeatedly reminded me of their elevator location.  Really enthusiastic.  Then one of their hardware facilities can not be changed, but they are really serious to take care of customers, serious to do this service, they are really happy.  With this wonderful experience, the amenities in the room really blew my mind.  One of their amenities and equipment may be similar in appearance to other hotels, but what about their rooms?  We have facial cleanser and makeup remover.  Think about it.  If I go out by myself, I really don't want to bring these things, but all the hotels I stay in will provide them, which saves me a lot of trouble.  I thought it was great and the aroma in their lobby was really good and I really liked it and I really thought it would be good for everyone to try to stay in this hotel.  Even their midnight snack was delicious.  I eat a lot and then they also have laundry in the gym.  Even at night, I can do a little washing of my own clothes and hang them out to dry.  I went out directly the next day, that is, their whole environment, equipment is also very good, it is worth the price, I think it is quite a bargain.  The hotel is near the east.  11 I didn't know about it at first, but then I took a detour.  What about my sister? she told me on her own initiative, and then there was a gate 4 across the street from the hotel where I was staying. 11 it was convenient to go directly to the ticket gate of the East Station. And then to order takeout at night, they also have robots that can be delivered to the door of the room.  As soon as the robot arrives at the door of the room, it calls the room to remind me to open the door and order takeout.  Feel really enthusiastic and all aspects are taken care of.  What else? It's them.  There are some fruits and snacks at the front desk.  If you are hungry sometimes, I can give you some fruit, snacks and sweets.  If I leave early the next morning, I will experience one of their breakfasts.  Their breakfast is very good, is the kind of Chinese and Western buffet.  There's a lot of variety.  Although Guangzhou doesn't have much morning tea, it should have Chinese noodles, noodles and steamed cakes, including fruit salad and Sanming sandwiches.  I thought it was pretty good, and I had a great dining experience, but the waiter was very considerate. The experience was very rushed, that is, I arrived late and left early the next morning, but if there is a chance, I will definitely come back to experience their hotel again.  Have a good feel, I think every business trip or tourist guests are hoping to have a better and more comfortable hotel a foothold, then this hotel I personally feel is pretty good, all aspects are in place.  If I have to say the shortcomings, it is that one of their elevators is really a little difficult to wait, perhaps because this is also the reason for the comprehensive building.  Hopefully they can set up a dedicated elevator.  Come again next time.

Had a late check-in due to flight delay but it went well with prior communication. A bit confusing to locate for first timer like me as it’s an apartment building, which was a bit rundown, operated for stay by different operators. Conveniently located, adjacent to malls, metro/bus station and restaurants. However, the room is in need of a refresh, especially the toilet. Room was filled with cigarette smell but leaving the window ajar had it fixed the next day. Bed was comfortable and clean but pillows were a letdown. Given the options available in the vicinity and the city, it would be hard to return to this place.

The location is exceptional. Situated in an old building on a bustling street, the hotel is surrounded by various shops such as Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, and a 24/7 7eleven, which adds to the convenience of staying there. However, one downside is that the windows are not soundproof, but the hotel provides earplugs in each room to mitigate this issue. The room is small but clean and well-furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Modern design lobby always adorned with fresh flowers. The only drawback is that the elevator tends to be a little slow at times. Hotel staff barely speak English, which could pose a challenge for international guests. Despite these minor issues, I would still consider booking this hotel again if I were to return to Guangzhou, especially since I am not particularly sensitive to noise while sleeping.
