Siamo lieti di sapere che abbia apprezzato la camera ben arredata con la sua spaziosa vasca da bagno quadrata, il comodo letto king size, la macchina Nespresso e le bustine di tè premium, nonché il comodo accesso al taxi Didi intorno all'hotel. Come membro dell'alleanza Small Luxury Boutique Hotel, l'LN HOTEL FIVE offre un servizio di maggiordomo per fornire assistenza di viaggio e comfort su misura per le sue esigenze, e soddisfare il suo desiderio di un soggiorno meraviglioso è il nostro obiettivo principale. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per i problemi riscontrati, tra cui lo scolorimento degli angoli del bagno, il lento scarico della doccia e le ripetitive opzioni à la carte per la colazione durante il suo soggiorno di 5 notti. Il nostro team di manutenzione è già stato assegnato alla manutenzione dei servizi igienici e il nostro team F&B esaminerà e diversificherà il menu della colazione per offrire maggiore varietà agli ospiti che soggiornano a lungo. Risposta dalla struttura: Cari ospiti: vi ringraziamo molto per la condivisione e ci dispiace che le strutture e le attrezzature non siano riuscite a offrirvi un'esperienza di soggiorno del tutto soddisfacente! L'hotel dispone di 32 camere boutique, tutte esposte a nord e a sud, arredate con mobili retrò personalizzati, che richiamano l'elegante atmosfera delle antiche dimore Xiguan di Guangzhou, ma sono anche conformi al gusto estetico moderno. Non vediamo l'ora di incontrarvi di nuovo e di offrirvi un'esperienza di soggiorno ancora più confortevole e soddisfacente! -Michele

We take your feedback very seriously and would like to clarify the issues mentioned.LN HOTEL FIVE completed WIFI network and login system upgrades in January 2026, with no consistent speed or connection issues reported. Our staff assisted you with connecting to hotel WIFI upon check-in and explained that a VPN is required to access certain restricted overseas websites and apps. The difficulties you encountered were due to restricted content under local internet regulations, not hotel network failure.The weak overseas SIM signal in your room was related to your device and carrier’s roaming service, not hotel signal coverage.Regarding the lighting, our guest rooms feature 4 adjustable lighting scenes; the sensor light is designed for energy saving and can be manually controlled. Our front counter layout and lighting design are part of our boutique style.We are glad you appreciated the spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathtub, and our assistance with late checkout.As a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, LN HOTEL FIVE provides butler service to offer convenience and support for your trip, and ensuring your satisfying stay is our goal.We will further strengthen staff training and facility maintenance.
