Excellent stay! Beautiful hotel. Daniel at the reception is very helpful.

Very smart hotel inside and out. 10-15mins walk to the Sunac theme park and the Sunac shopping mall where the indoor show park and water park.

The balcony was big and the view was spectacular!! The only thing is toilet flush can be improved

We had a great experience staying in Steigenberger Icon. The hotel is well kept and exclusive. The services of the staffs are excellent too. Coco and 小聪 have provided great service and care. It’s a stone throw away from the ski-resort and moving around is easy as well. Our children enjoyed themselves and will look forward to going back again.

My recent stay at Silks Club Guangzhou was highly satisfactory. The hotel features an elegant environment, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a very relaxing experience. During my stay, I also tried the Malaysian restaurant in the hotel. For lunch, we ordered a set meal for two, which had very generous portions, though the taste was somewhat average. Breakfast was also served at the same restaurant. While I missed it due to rest, my wife and child gave very positive feedback on the quality and taste of the breakfast. Special thanks to the staff member Anny, who thoughtfully arranged our room and ski tickets and also provided the shuttle bus schedule. Her attentive and detailed service left a great impression. I look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here for our anniversary. We got a free cake from the hotel. Check in and check our process was smooth. Location is pretty good with free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, but it’s actually a 10 mins walk. Room size was great with pleasant view of the lake. Would stay here again next time.

The hotel very good. All items can give 6/5 rating, if can. We family sure will again live in this hotel once more. Breakfast as provided nice view and many different foods for choice. Hotel bed very comfortable, thanks hotel all's teammates to keeping the well good condition. I hope you're keep in this good management and hotel of all teammates team works.

The room was very nice, with a huge balcony. The view from our balcony was amazing that we could see fireworks during Chinese New Year celebrations. It’s close to the major shopping mall in the area, with just 15 minutes walk. Alternatively, we could take 5-minute shuttle bus to the shopping mall.

Exceptional customer service by Coco, who was the manager on duty, from the minute we arrived at the hotel all the way till the very end. It was our first time visiting Sunac and she helped us every day to ensure we could get into the parks without any hassle. I left something valuable in the safe after check out and she even has gone out her way to find a solution to have those delivered to me which I appreciate deeply. Highly recommended. Much better than my stay at another 5 star hotel I stayed in Guangzhou a few weeks ago.

Very spacious room, great with kids. Special mention for Arina’s of the front desk for her thoughtfulness and arranged adjacent rooms for our group of families.

It’s my husband and me happy 6th anniversary, to celebrate this also comes with 2 kids, thank you so much of Front Office CoCo who suggested we upgrade our normal 1 bedroom to suite room on higher floor and quiet corner of the floor, so we could enjoy our family time privately, and thanks CoCo to arrange a fruit cake for celebrating our anniversary, and also organised all tickets can cover 4 of us to enjoy skiing and the theme park in different days, so we had plenty of time to enjoy the games, the suite also comes with nice view, located exactly in the middle of the lake, we could see the great view from the balcony. Thanks for information to going out and appointment for shuttle timetable for tourist bus to go back home, the house keeping and Bell service also being so welcomed, will be back shortly.

5 star hotel with nice decorations. It’s so relaxing to stay here will a lake view. Suitable for family as there are lots of activities at the nearby shopping mall
