A very amazing hotel and the location is very close to the airport and they even offer you shuttles to and from the hotel . Also the hotel service is amazing , neat and clean rooms

Good location if transiting otherwise if coming to explore then better not because it’s far from the city center. The hotel is fairly good. The rooms are ok, worth the price. The service is great. I can highly recommend it if it’s for a night with the intention for flight connection.

We arrived at 1 am due to flight delay. Called the hotel, was told the shuttle bus service has ended and advised us to take a taxi and said they would reimburse us the expenses. And they actually did! That’s something surprised me a lot. The room was clean and up to the standard I was expecting. Breakfast was good. Generally it was a really nice stay with an affordable price. Highly recommending to those who need to stay near the airport.

The flight was temporarily notified to cancel the selected hotel，The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes' drive, the hotel environment is not bad, breakfast is relatively rich, the next opportunity will choose to stay.

Free airport shuttle transfer from airport to hotel which is convenient if need transit the next day. Variety of Chinese and western Breakfast. Surrounding area has other hotels ,restaurants and sundries shops.

Hotel is clean nice bed too.t the laundry washing machine is good but the dryer no good.i tried about 4 times to dry my clothes till 12am plus still not dry😶 The front desk girls are good in manners but not the man,skinny man with rude altitude n manners,.should have send him to course learn how to communicate with guests n talking manners. Overall,the hotel is good n the girls are excellent..keep it up girls.

The hotel is near the airport. Really nice to stay before a flight. The room is really clean and nice.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Free shuttle in the morning (make sure they understand your departure time). It was possible to hear airplanes stafting in the room . Bring earplugs. Also the room was pretty brighg due to the light of the mirror and AC.

Very bad experience with this hotel staff! As I have booked my rooms some months ago before my trip. Due to the next day I need to take early morning flight to the airport so I choose to stay a hotel that nearby with the airport. But when I arrive to the hotel it’s already 7pm. However, the staff at first he told me that he doesn’t see my booking. After that he said my room not ready for me to move in said will change me to another hotel instead I asked how long if I have to wait for my room to be ready then he said an hour or 2. The part I angry the most is I clearly heard that he asked his other colleagues that one of the room they have rented out to other guests and why yet to collect money!!! Means they have sold my room to other and oversell the room!!! That’s why no room for me! And not as what he told me that room hasn’t clean! Moreover, as the hotel they wanted to transferred is a name called JiaYu hotel. And the value is so much cheaper than what I booked with Skybird hotel. So they said will try to upgrade us to a better room. At the end the hotel they send us to another hotel and not the JiaYu hotel. The guy just drop our passport at the counter and walk off, didn’t do as what they have promise to communicate with the other staff about the upgrade and we have to stay in a hotel that it’s under renovation!!! The dishonesty, the oversell, the irresponsible of the SKYBIRD HOTEL’s staff it’s very very terrible !!! Totally leave me and my families a very bad bad experience for my last stay in Guang Zhou.

The room is clean, the hotel staffs are very polite, the airport shuttle bus is very convenient, the breakfast is reasonable. However, as some hotel staffs could only speak a little English, so for foreigners, if you need an airport shuttle bus, it would be better if you add the hotel's WeChat account using hotel phone number as an WeChat ID before you arrived at the airport, so you could contact hotel using your English conveniently.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. We also like the breakfast they provided. We had a good stay at this hotel.
