Tutto ok. Vicino ad una stazione della metro e vicino ai principali hotel del centro. Un po’ complicato parcheggiare a causa di lavori in corso sulla strada principale, ma sorprendentemente l’insonorizzazione e’ buona.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione ed è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, molto comodo per andare ovunque. La stanza è elegante in tutta la casa, i dettagli sono molto curati e la TV è abbastanza grande, cosa che piace particolarmente ai bambini. Il personale è molto responsabile e farà del suo meglio per risolvere i problemi degli ospiti. Complimenti a Xiao Qing.

Le condizioni igieniche dell'hotel sono pessime quindi non voglio commentare oltre, era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel e sono stato morso da uno scarafaggio. Alcuni sentimenti: 1. Check-in, il servizio della reception è cordiale e l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono 2. Quando si ordina da asporto, la consegna del robot è molto lenta. 3. Ho chiamato la reception per uccidere gli scarafaggi di notte, la risposta è stata rapida 4. Sono stato svegliato da una puntura di scarafaggio nel cuore della notte, ho acceso la luce e ho scoperto che c'erano tutti i tipi di scarafaggi, grandi e piccoli, che strisciavano per terra. 5. Quando un cliente incontra una cosa così brutta e disgustosa, l'hotel non fornisce nessun altro risarcimento se non il rimborso della tariffa della camera in base all'adeguamento di Ctrip. 6. In caso di problemi, dovresti sempre contattare la piattaforma. La risposta alla gestione dei reclami di Ctrip è tempestiva e il servizio clienti della piattaforma è professionale e ha un buon atteggiamento. Ho anche fatto un video e delle foto della mia mano morsa, ma il processo mi ha messo a disagio, quindi non lo pubblicherò più.

Returning to this hotel after a year, almost everything are well kept👍 Was given a free room upgrade but not really like the room concept, the bathroom and toilet are apart and provide zero privacy. But the big sofa and TV not facing the bed is what I like, which we used it to discuss work comfortably. Overall this hotel provides a very good value based on the location and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for all the friendly staffs and keep up with the amazing work🙏

Very big and nice hotel! With plenty of foods to eat in the morning! The staffs of the hotel all very helpful and friendly and even went extra miles to assist. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the transparent door of the toilet and bathroom. It's not so suitable for families. If the door is not transparent it will be a perfect hotel that I will stay again in future.

Great hotel! Stayed during Chinese New Year so demand was high and breakfast was very busy, otherwise everything was great! Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. But only 1 staff member speaks English. Free noodles, tea and coffee in the evening - very nice.

Location is near metro with lots of shopping anf food. Roim is of decent size. Breakfast selection is good. Comes with late night supper too!

Highly recommend! Clean, extremely high tech and everything you need. The rooms aren’t huge but well designed.

Great stay

Around 10 minutes walk from K hotel to tianhe city and zhenjia shopping mall. The service is good, but the room is a bit small. Got smoking smell in the room at level 3 which I am really not happy about it

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found it wonderful overrall. Friendly staff and enjoyed the snacks and breakfast! Convenient location. Will stay again.

Very good hotel! Convenient location in the city center: 5 minutes walk to the metro station Tiyu Xilu, Huangpu Dadao and Huacheng Square. Very good breakfast: many different dishes, desserts, snacks and drinks. Also the cook will prepare hot dishes at your request. During the day you can also take drinks and snacks. Photos of the rooms correspond to reality. The rooms have everything you need, cleaning was done every day. Responsive and professional staff: they helped send a parcel, consulted on various issues and also changed the room, because when checking in, the first room was noisy from the road. Only positive impressions remained and I will come back here again!
