The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

Front desk Staff really unskilled, bad attitude, not helpful , they make my stay worst experience in my life,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Radisson Blu hotel in Ludhiana is best place to hang out now days they are hosting Rajsthan food festival which is totally unique in Ludhiana ***oj help us with food options we had dal bhati churma lal Maas safed Maas which is totally unique and authentic sartha is the guy who called and invite for Food festival We really Enjoy service and food kindly do this on regular basis so that we enjoy diffrent kind of food in our favourite Restaurant.

The GSA Acociate Avijit is really gd communicator and as well as it was good and we'll presentable service thank you for this kinds of service giving us .and overall it was wow service I would say .you should definitely go there once specialy cafe delist

It was a pleasant staycation at Radisson Blue Ludhiana, I went there with my family, The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very neat and clean. Me and my family loved the restaurant there named ‘Made in India’ where they serve the best Indian dishes .

Excellent stay and location is perfect as it feels like a second home to me . A special thank you to Atul bhasin ,Parinita,Sanchit malhotra who made our stay extra special and helped with any requests. Five stars for all of the staff . Thank you, we will be returning again

Amazing Stay Amazing... Helpdesk team especially Jatin & Yeshwant... Food was lip smacking.... Upgrade to Business Class Room was a cherry on the cake... Upkeep of the room is nice. Music in the surround was very nice. Thank you Team Radisson👍

Stayed at Hotel Radisson Blu, Ludhiana for one night ~ 4th May. Impressed by the hospitality reserved from Coffee shop restaurant (Lobby level). Mr Ajay Kumar & Ms.Priscika provided par excellence service. Quality of food too was superb. Keep it up.

Had an Amazing Experience with Radisson Blu. The staff is really helpful and the ***ager Lingaa Sir was very professional and very understanding. The way he and his team helped at every step of my meeting was remarkable. Food was undoubtedly great. Made in India hall is very beautiful. Honestly excellent place for any meetings or functions.

Was there for a business meet had to stay only for one night unfortunately but all were very helpful and smiling right from check in till check out, rooms are very clean and well maintained, thank you everyone for lovely services and going extra mile for guest.
