Great hotel, conveniently located near the train station, grottoes ans a short drive to the city. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast was great. I'll be staying here again when I return to luoyang!

Great value for money. Easy check in, welcoming front desk. Comfy rooms and lots of little extras that make the difference like real coffee and drinks. Perfect location for the grottoes and museum and parks and restaurants. Great breakfast too.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The housekeeping aunty was friendly. The hotel will send robot to deliver fruits on your first day. I luv the TV and toilet bowl which come with heated seat and electric bidet. The laundry room was also fantastic. Overall I’m very impressed with this hotel except for the afternoon tea provision is kind of disappointing.

Mercure Luoyang is clean, staffs are very kind and helpful. Since we are a group of 6 with many big luggages finding bigger cabs to reach the airport might need some time and one of the staffs even drive us to the airport. We will difinitely stay in this hotel when we visit Luoyang again.

Great hotel in a great central location. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, quiet, extremely clean and beds and beddings very comfortable. Breakfast has just the right balance between variety and quality. Front desk organized a tour for me to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple without any hassle. It's a short 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride to just about anywhere in Luoyang and I enjoyed the food court at the mall just across the road from the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Luoyang.

The service provided by Ms Zhang was excellent. She was very helpful in answering our queries and giving suggestions on where to go. The hotel beds are very comfortable and clean. Having a laundry room is an added bonus for leisure travellers on a long trip. Though the hotel is not near any metro, getting around to various sites is easy with Didi. Highly recommended.

It's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation that won't break the bank.
