Do not book this hotel believing it is clean. I looked for a clean room for my family of 5, nothing fancy. But the apar**ent is filthy, all the dirt are pushed to the corners. There is not one cup or glass. There is a kitchenette with a (dirty) microwave, but there is not a plate in sight. Bathroom water pressure was inadequate, shower leaks badly , toilet does not flush properly. Electrical sockets is problematic - all devices charged got hot in a short while and we have to stop charging our phones, iPads, battery banks. This is a rip off.

Bad, worse, worst. Never stayed in such a bad hotel before in my life. Not even sure where to start. Whole room smells of cigarettes. Bathroom: smells of sewer and urine. Super dirty and shower hardly has any water. Ceiling and walls: moldy and wallpaper coming off the walls. Floor: dirty stains everywhere, some parts were 'mended' with sticky tape Bed and couch: springs poking out Safety: the apartment opens with a code which is shown on a sticker on the keycard, and the sticker doesn't seem to have been renewed, hence I am sure all previous stayers would know the same code. Furniture and curtains: old and dusty Balcony: dusty and is used as storage for furniture, can't lock Overall, this is not a hotel, and I can tell that the owners are just there to scam people 1) with their high price, 2) the name 'Conrad West' because it is west of the Conrad hotel and 3) the obvious fact that they paid to get fake reviews here at Trip.com. This makes me also doubt the prefessionalism of Trip.com, because how would they allow such a place to be on their website, with a fake review score? No team on the ground to monitor? I ventured away from *********** because Trip.com has more hotels in China, but now I know why.

Best location in Guangzhou. And apar**ent is spectacular. Loft with with huge living room, bedroom upstairs, great balcony, and good bathroom. Amazing choice. Will definitely book it next time again

Very good location near to the river and near to Pazhou fair complex.

The first thing I noticed when I checked in was how dirty the hotel was. Rooms were full of hair and I had to vacuum myself. Called the front desk they didn’t care. I stayed in your property with two young kids and booked because of you positive reviews which I suspect is made by you own staff as the rooms were appalling. Never will I stay in this b&b again. So buyer beware !!!!

一開始訂的就是兩張1米8加一張1米5的床，結果推門進去，三張1米5的床。。。打電話換房，看到床型符合了就住下了，到了晚上才發現：緊挨着床的櫃門都是黴，不得已自助清潔；衞生間掛鈎全壞，沒地兒掛毛巾；客廳裏蟑螂橫着爬。。。 跟店主反饋，就是個“嗯”，沒有任何補償，停車費還得一天96照給，體驗跟房價完全匹配不上！

房間還滿意交通很方便嗯你進的房間蠻大的70多平嗯，下樓就是有飯店.玩的地方有博物館.廣州塔還可以夜遊珠江

房間很大躍層式有上下兩個大床，睡覺也安靜睡得好，站在陽台上看夜景很不錯，走路去廣東省博物館非常近，周圍吃東西很方便，晚上在樓下廣場上逛一逛可以拍到很美的廣州塔，總之挺滿意的一次住宿。

公寓位置很好，房間宿舍很乾凈。裝修的很大氣，住的很滿意。附近有很多好玩的，好吃的，是一件很不錯的下次還來。

環境嗷嗷次，和圖片完全不一樣，沒見過差這麼多的，就忘記拍照了，化粧品落在房間裏的直接説沒看到，從房間出來直接就去機場了，沒去過任何地方，清楚的記得就在房間裏，雖然不是很貴重的東西，但真的覺得無敵噁心人，大家千萬別去住，東西落在這就別想找回來了。

Appartement sale avec des bêtes dans le placard. Lit dur impossible de dormir... On a dû dormir sur le canapé. Le prioritaire nous as dit qu'il allait nous rembourser les nuits restantes mais il a refusé la demande sur l'application. Malhonnête .

離地鐵站很近 去廣州塔也近 門口就是吃的喝的 設施：交通方便， 衞生：乾淨衞生，可以喊阿姨打掃， 環境：設施齊全，門口就有吃的喝的， 服務：前台微笑服務，不懂得都可以問老闆，

沒住過這麼差的酒店，衞生也不行，洗澡洗一半就涼水了，洗完一個還得等十五到二十才能下一個人洗，被子也不乾淨，無奈臨時叫了**買了一次性床單，説是三個房間，一個房間在客廳的隔層沒有門就跟睡了客廳一樣的，沒法睡，因為帶了小朋友衹能出去別的酒店另外訂了房間。非常的老破舊，差差差

房間很舊，雖然是所有電器都有，但沒有使用的必要，除非長期多人居住。另外，的確是公寓房，很簡陋，衞生用品看着也沒那麼乾淨，所以都沒用。好處是地理位置優越，逛街非常方便，尤其是晚上走在小巷子裏，酒吧的招牌琳琅滿目，煞是好看。正好趕上情人節，坐在土耳其酒吧外吃着烤肉，抽着土耳其水煙，旁邊賣花的長者在我們座位邊賣花，因為土耳其水煙濃郁的香味吸引了很多人都買他的花，生意興隆。總之，住的一般，玩兒的吃的都很好，是到廣州最舒服的一天。
